Can't wait to visit again! - The attention to detail and staff were exceptional Walk to the station on our routes to and from the hotel were 10-15mins, not too long but long enough after a day of 20-30 thousand steps. Road to the hotel is also a slight incline but can feel like a small mountain after a day of walking thousands of steps.

Notice part of the buffet section was closed and this caused congestion and slower moving queue even though the place was not at full capacity. Am a returning customer to the hotel partly to try the French breakfast (toast) again. - Grace (8/5): Very good room but staff were mostly unpleasant - Quiet and safe location. The hotel itself is very quiet which was relaxing. I especially like the bathroom design. Amenities and mini-bar very good indeed. Housekeeping is punctual, thorough with cleaning and helpful with minor things like clearing the trash in the evening, pretty much within 5 minutes of receiving our request. Yamazato restaurant tempura is tasty and reasonably priced for the quality. The Spa at Okura Prestige offers good massage therapist. The staff at Reception, with the exception of the lady who checked me in, were in general very cool and stiff. No one smiled or even said good morning on the 10 days I stayed there. The only people who did was one lady at the driveway and another gentleman who helped me mail a box. It was very different at Okura Prestige just a walkway away from the Heritage. An employee of mine stayed there for 10 days so I was at Prestige as well. The staff at Prestige were totally different. EVERYONE was polite and friendly, from Reception to the Concierge to Door staff. Why the difference?

- Dorigos (9/5): Iconic Japanese hotel with super suites and great architecture. - The Okura is simply fabulous. It is what you imagine Japanese architecture to be. Every space has been thought of in detail. We chose the Heritage wing and liked it very much. Our suites were wonderful and the bathroom was huge with steam room incorporated and bath with amazing views. Top breakfast and also loved the restaurant on 31st floor. Walking distance to Azabudai Hills, Toranomon hills station with the fab market and easy access via tube to the wider Tokyo. Lovely presents at arrival. Cannot wait to go back.

- Srdan (9/5): If you are looking for something unique yet traditional - The bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept on. Rooms are so beautiful and spacious. We even had a steam room in our room. Free minibar was absolutely fantastic surprise. Breakfast is mediocre and disappointing. No freshly squeezed juices, few options for fruits and veggies, same food everyday. I assume it’s a cultural difference but…any where in the world you go to spa from your bedroom in a bathrobe NOT here. Very difficult communication before the arrival.

Impressive choice of breakfast locations within the hotel. Bellboy service is the best ever. Great teas. Coffee is not so great though... but this is the only one thing I can complain =) Everything was top notch.

Choices of breakfast areas are excelle - Though a bit far from city centre, but their trains are so well connected I like the exclusivity and the area is very safe even walking late around at night coz it’s near to some embassy and you see police patrolling around 24/7 It’s a little difficult to communicate with some staff who doesn’t speak any English at all. Otherwise it’s perfect

The staff and service was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Nothing about the property but the location is a bit far from major interest areas in the city and there is the need to take a taxi/subway to get to restaurants/shops etc.
