• Jody (9/5): Great unit. Very convenient. - Well appointed, everything you could need.Close to beach. Pool was dirty, didn’t want to swim in it.
• David (8/5): - Great location. Beach, cafe, surf club, bus stop and local shops nearby. Good living spaces both inside and out. Very well equipped property. The Green Hill Team was not pleasant or particularly helpful to deal with. If they don't want to rely on third party bookings (ie like this one, through Booking.com) then they shouldn't use them.

Not suitable for elderly or people who have difficulty with stairs. This was not well advertised with the property details.

• Trish (6/5): Pleasant - Location from beach Wasn't perfectly clean, the skirtings and around the aluminum on windows were dirty, the toilet roll holders were very loose, there was no dishwashing brush in kitchen to clean pots and pans. There were ants on bench when arrived. Great effort for refurbishment but just needs a very good clean.
