Hei (9/5): Nice place to stay. The host was very nice and responsive. -
Ionut (5/5): Good property, a bid shady hosts - The property is very good, clean and furbished, particularly for a larger family of group. Location is good, 50 meters from the river bridge and with many restaurants and cafes around. I wish I could have rated this property the 10 it deserves, but I had a very bad experience chasing the hosts for a couple of weeks to get the accommodation invoice I needed. Although I have asked for it from the moment I booked, and sent many reminders directly and via Booking.com, the hosts have completely ignored me. Only when I threaten with formal actions with the Czech authorities, they have immediately solved the problem claiming their accountant was on sick leave. This was obviously a lie, since they could have reply with this status instead of ignoring several messages.
Piotr (7/5): Good - Spacious place in a noce area. Well conntected to Prague's landmarks. Definitely needs a restoration. Mold on the pillows in the balcony. Shutters broken. Kitchen appliances needs to be fixed. As for family with strolles the lift goes to 4 th floor thus you have twice half floors of the steps to carry your stroller.
