• Clarissa (10/5): Great place! - We enjoyed our stay! We were 2 couples and really liked the space. Separate bedrooms, comfy beds, big enough kitchen and comfy sitting area. We enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood close to a downtown wedding we attended. We were happy to find stores were within walking distance. Much preferred over a hotel

• Abril (10/5): - The house is amazing and so relaxing. Great place to enjoy your stay A little warning for people travelling with pets. Even though it says it's a pet friendly place, the dogs are not allowed upstairs (which I wasn't aware of beforehand). So, if your furry ones are used to following you everywhere all the time, probably not the best place for you.
• Anke (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! - Alles was man braucht war vorhanden, im EG wohnen und Küche, im 1. OG die Schlafräume. Betten waren gut. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, schön und ruhig gelegen in einem Wohngebiet. Separate Toilette im EG vorhanden. Das Bad hätte größer sein können - aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau!

• vanessa (7/5): Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet établissement. - Spacieux, confortable et très propre, au calme. Le parc est juste en face, c'est top avec des enfants. Globalement bien équipé, avec des produits de base pour cuisiner fort appréciable (épicerie, sauce) mais aussi sac poubelle et produits de ménage de base. Bon contact avec les propriétaires qui sont là en cas de besoin. A 2min en voiture il y a un supermarché Super C parfait pour les courses et une station essence Canada pétrole. -pas de machine à laver mais un service de lavage payant. -pas de Clim partout à l'étage mais des gros ventilos (trop bruyants pour les laisser tourner la nuit) quand nous y étions, il faisait très chaud et la Température des chambres étaient à 31 degrés
• TribuWa (7/5): Maison pratique et spacieuse dans un quartier calme mais loin de la zone touristique. - Maison spacieuse, propre. Bien pour une grande famille. Quartier calme et tout ce qu'il faut à proximité. Par contre, la voiture est indispensable pour se rendre sur les lieux touristiques. La literie et ce serait bien d'avoir l'air conditionné pour tout l'étage et pas seulement pour 1 chambre. Il y a bien des ventilateurs mais par ces fortes chaleurs ce serait très utile. La cuisine est vieillotte et certains ustensiles collants, on a nettoyé ce dont on avait besoin avant usage.

• Rui (5/5): Passable - The owner is very friendly, and he responded quickly to all questions. Parking is convenient and the house is relatively large.The living room and dining room on the first floor are more comfortable I didn't want to comment, but the owner sent me two messages after I left asking me to comment, so I wrote it. The photos are good and the owner is very friendly, but there are many regrets. 1. If you want to use the kitchen, it is a disaster. The kitchen has not been renovated and is very old. There is no dishwasher. The pots and knives are very greasy. You can only wash them again. The two cutting boards are all moldy and dare not use them. The bowls and basins are relatively clean. The microwave is full of stains and a disgusting curry smell. It feels like it has grown hair. 2. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. When we arrived in Montreal, it was the hottest weather. Only one large bedroom has an old window air conditioner. The cooling effect of this air conditioner is not very good, and the noise is just like a tractor, which is louder than the window air conditioner I bought in China in the 1980s. I can't imagine that this window is the era of air conditioning! The other two bedrooms only have fans. The fan in one bedroom can only be placed on the ground. I can't feel any wind at all. I can only move a chair from the living room on the first floor to put the fan. The problem is that the quilts in the three bedrooms are very, very thick, and it is impossible to sleep. 3. Because it was hot, there were mosquitoes in the house at night. Fortunately, I brought electric mosquito coils. If you want to stay in hot weather, please think twice! 4. The owner was very enthusiastic but insincere. On the very hot night of the first day, the owner sent a message asking me if I could contact him if I had any questions. I was very touched and told him that first of all, it was because of the hot weather and the room was really hot. I had thought of a reason for him, and then I told him that there were mosquitoes in the room. In fact, he had no way to solve it. I could also say that there was no way because it was extremely hot.
• Danuzia (9/5): Good option to stay - It has 3 comfortable rooms, 2 toilets, a good living room and kitchen. The host answer very fast for our questions. Everything was clean and functional. We would come back for sure.
• Steve (10/5): Comfortable and peaceful weekend retreat - It was a perfect location, right amongst are family members and in the neighborhood I grew up in during my childhood summers. I really hope to book this location during our annual Montreal trips.

• Heather (10/5): Very comfortable and convenient - We needed a place for 5 adults to overnight. This location was perfect for us. The host was easy to contact and very responsive. We asked for early checkin and the host was able to oblige. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked with coffee and tea for the morning. We will return!

• Stephen (6/5): All the facilities were there but the location and cleanliness were diisappointing. - Facilities were very good and there was lots of space. Cleanliness was only fair. Washung machine was advertised but not present although a laundry service was used. Title mis;eading-downtown Montreal is 27 km away. 20 min drive to a metro with a totally full car park. Then 10 stops aand probably a change to city attractions.

Sink in the downstairs bathroom does not work so if you have to use that bathroom downstairs, you have to go upstairs to wash your hands after.
