• Beatrix (8/5): Ich würde mich wieder für dieses Appartement entscheiden. - Feines Appartement mitten in der Stadt. Die Lage ist perfekt, viele Geschäfte und vor allem nette Lokale in der Nähe. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Das ist jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber die Sessel fand ich nicht sehr bequem, dafür war aber das Bett bequem, auch wenn es quietschte.
• AHensel (10/5): - Super eingerichtete Wohnung in hervorragender Lage. Es fehlt an nichts, die Betten sind bequem und der Ausblick auf den Schlossberg erwärmt das Herz. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein gößeres Brotmesser wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

• Il Viaggiatore Misterioso (10/5): Appartamento a Graz - La struttura è ottima e molto comoda. Erano presenti diversi utensili in cucina, anche se noi non abbiamo cucinato. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro. Il parcheggio coperto incluso è utilissimo. Gli host sono stati davvero disponibili, abbiamo dovuto anticipare il ritorno comunicandolo una decina di giorni prima dell'arrivo e ci hanno accordato la riduzione.

There is nothing that is not likeable, truly a perfect appartment.
• AdrianPdr (10/5): Excellent location and apartament. - Location is excellent for visiting Graz center, old town and the citadel. 10 minute walk to anywhere. Supermarket, restaurants and street market 2 minutes away. Underground free parking close to the apartament (you can park temporary near the apartament to carry the bagages inside and then park the car in the Underground parking 300m away). Apartament is clean, cozy and well equipped with everything necessary (coffee, tea, dishwasher, washing machine, towels, shampoo, etc.). Spacious balcony with nice view. Easy Self check-in / check-out. Good wifi. Host is very friendly. Definitely would stay here again when visiting Graz. Everything was great.

• ADORIAN (9/5): As rezerva din nou cu placere acest apartament. - Locatia a fost la nivelul asteptarilor, bucataria a fost dotata cu toate lucrurile de care am avut nevoie, La intrare am gasit un bilet de "bun venit", impreuna cu o sticla de apa si o ciocolata. As fi dorit sa fie mai cald in apartament. Temperatura afisata pe termostat era de 24.5 grade, dar nu cred ca erau mai mult de 22-23 grade.

• Dobospeti (7/5): Szép tiszta, felszerelt, pár napos tartózkodásra ideális. - Részletekig precíz, tiszta és rendezett, jól hangszigetelt, nagyon közel a belvároshoz! A szállásadók kedvesek, segítség nyújtóak. Teljes gépészet van, éjszakai fűtés, nagyon finom a kávé! Műlábas rokkantként foglaltam a szobát, így is kerestem, a Booking Óriási hibája, hogy ezt a szobát beadta találatként, ezért a Bookingnak 1 csillag!!! Előre megírtam üzenetbe, hogy rokkant vagyok, mégsem jelezték a feltételeket! Lift van ez igaz, de sem a zuhanyzó, sem az illemhely nem alkalmas mozgáskorlátozottak kiszolgálására!! ( Nagyon alacsony Wc, kapaszkodó nélkül, nagyon nehéz róla felállni, a zuhany besétálós, de nincs kapaszkodó, a zuhanyajtó neki nyílik a kézmosónak - egyfolytában arra kell vigyázni, nehogy összetörjön a méregdrága üvegajtó! ) Az étkezőben a székek nagyon alacsonyak! Egy helységben van a 2 francia ágy, 4 személynek egy légtérben kell aludnia, ez baráti társaságokat zavarhat!

• Petra (9/5): Entspannte Städtereise zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (10 & 7)) - Die Wohnung liegt perfekt zwischen Bahnhof und Schlossberg, quasi direkt am Lendplatz. Damit ist in der Stadt alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und großzügig ausgestattet. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte und Lokale. Die Hauptfeuerwache ist nebenan und die Alarmierung erfolgt in der Nacht über Lautsprecher die gut hörbar sind. Auch ist es ein beliebter Fußweg und in der Nacht mit etwas Lärm verbunden. Die Jalousien können nicht ganz verdunkeln.

From check in, equipment, parking, wifi, netflix, tax pay, tourist attractions, games for kids, cleaning etc. Instructions was written in my local language (Slovak). Location is perfect in the quiet part of city center. We also appreciate welcome gift :). Apartment was very clean and also got a great parking in the city center near the appartment for free, which is great deal.

The kitchen is excellently equipped, and the overall setup makes you feel at home! + A coffee machine with capsules is also available. + Very comfortable sleeping, and there is also a fold-out sofa available. + Window shading provided. + Ideal for a stay with children. Right across the street is probably the most beautiful fire station we've ever seen. The glass doors reveal fire trucks, and the courtyard is visible right from the apartment balcony – a show for kids’ eyes! + Welcome gift provided. − Missing microwave oven (we use it to warm milk, though it can be done on the stovetop) − Parking is not directly next to the apartment but in a garage about 300 meters away. Unloading luggage with children is a bit more complicated, but manageable. - Double bed was creaking

Lend City Apartment is superbly situated, close to the historic center (walking distance to all the main sights) and also to nice parks, restaurants and shops, The apartment had everything we could dream of: delicious coffee, a well stocked kitchen, modern appliances, big rooms, big bathroom and caring hosts. It is hands down in our top apartments we ever stayed in via Booking, it would be on #1 if the host will change the mattress in the main bedroom as it is very squeaky.

• Philip (10/5): Perfect. Would choose to stay here again when returning to Graz, which we certainly will, as it’s a beautiful town, in m - Everything was perfect. But what made the stay extra special were all the small touches. The notes, the complimentary bottle of water and chocolate bar, the well stocked coffee machine, plenty of everything and nothing in want. Could happily have stayed much longer! Nothing to fault really. Only small suggestion perhaps, is to have a physical deadbolt on the inside of the apartment in addition to the electronic lock. Just to feel safe at night.
• Jakub (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully furnished, modern and practical apartment. It is clean, spacious and perfectly located on the edge of the inner city. It is only a few minutes walk to the centre, but the street itself is quiet and peaceful. There are shops like Billa and Spar nearby and on Saturday mornings there is a local market in the adjacent square. Public transport is conveniently at the end of the street and the train station is about 15-20 minutes walk away. Keyless accest to the apartment is quick and easy. The apartment is opposite to the fire station which was interesting to watch, especially from the balcony - you can clearly see the vehicles and activity. However, if you prefer more privacy, the blinds (both external and internal) will ensure complete comfort. Inside, the apartment is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer and coffee machine (Qbo capsules provided), while the bedroom has fast Wi-Fi and a TV for relaxing. We also appreciated the thoughtful little extras the owners provided, such as umbrellas to borrow, crayons and games for the kids, and even a shoehorn. The owners went above and beyond and provided us with detailed and helpful information about the city, transportation, restaurants and shops in both English and German. They were also very flexible, making the whole reservation process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this apartment - it is the perfect combination of comfort, convenience and thoughtful hospitality.

First floor with elevator. Even in the hot weather convinient. All in the city center reachable by walking distance. Parking near buy on the street paid or garage 300m walk. Very pleasant stay!
