• Szymon (10/5): - Perfect place to stay in Rome. Away from the crowded center but very close to metro station which gives you easy and fast (4 minutes walk to the station) access everywhere. Well equipped kitchen. Bakery, supermarket, pizzeria and many other places are also very close, and they are for locals not tourist so expect far more better prices than in center. Apartament is very clean and the owner is very communicative - you will receive very useful guide about apartment and the access to it even before arrival. I highly recommend. Nothing.

• TatjanaMatjuskina (9/5): - Very clean and comfortable apartment. Was calm and quiet at night.Have everything for cooking included oil,salt and more. In kitchen we also found coffee,tea,sugar and even coffee machine capsules. Location is good,looks a bit far from centre but with metro can reach almost all tourist places in 20 min. Comfortable keyless entry system,don't need to worry about loosing a key Sometimes hot water disappeared in shower. Could be good to have a small chair and table on balcony, because can't stand on hot tiles when sun is out,but its more recommendation than complaint

• Renata (10/5): - Amazing place - spotless clean, equipped with everything you need for couple of days. The owner is very helpful and responsive- thank you, Marzia😊. The location is perfect -close to metro station and 24h supermarket. There is a large bakery below the building and it can be a bit loud in the morning. If you are sensitive to noise, with ear plugs you will be fine😊

• ariannin_ (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno di coppia - Siamo stati ospiti per 3 notti nella Casina di ZiaMar.... In una parola SUPER. Anche se non abbiamo conosciuto Marzia di persona, è stata sin da subito gentile, precisa e presente ☺️ La casina, di piccole dimensioni ma super accogliente, è perfetta per una coppia! Molto pulita e accessoriata. Non mancava davvero nulla! La posizione forse potrebbe scoraggiare i meno "esperti", ma la stazione di Porta Furba - a solo 150 MT da casa - dista 10 minuti di metro da Termini ed è a parer mio (che ho vissuto a Roma anni fa) una posizione strategica. La zona è, inoltre, ricca di servizi a partire dal supermercato, farmacia e ristoranti. Credo che se avremo un'alta occasione di visitare Roma, prenoteremo nuovamente questo carinissimo e accogliente alloggio. Grazie Marzia. A presto!
• haki1483 (8/5): - 250 méteren belül metró és busz megálló, éjjel-nappal nyitva tartó élelmiszer bolt, kávézó, bár, étterem. Az apartman jól felszerelt! Reggel 06-tól késő estig a felettünk közlekedő repülőgépek zaja kezdetben zavaró volt!

• Sandra (9/5): Excelente para conocer Roma - El alojamiento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Roma, muy completo y cómodo. La cocina bastante completa, incluso con café! La ubicación era muy buena, en un barrio tranquilo, se llega en metro en aproximadamente 20 minutos desde la parada 'spagna'. Por la mañana temprano se escuchaba bastante ruido puesto que hay un centro de distribución justo al lado y las ventanas no aíslan demasiado, pero quitando eso, el barrio es súper tranquilo. Es muy cómodo hacer el check-in y el poder acceder al alojamiento sin necesidad de llaves. Por otro lado la anfitriona es un encanto, muy atenta a todo y muy servicial. Calidad-precio creo que es difícil encontrar algo tan bueno como este alojamiento. La cama era bastante mala, se hundía bastante y al final era incómodo pasar la noche completa ahí.
• Max1976 (10/5): UN SOGGIORNO BELLISSIMO - La Casina di ZiaMar è molto accogliente, arredata con cura e non manca di nulla. È una casa vera, si sente una bella atmosfera, non è un appartamento asettico. Marzia è molto disponibile per risolvere eventuali problemi e dare consigli. La zona soggiorno/notte è molto ampia, sia il divano che il letto sono comodi. Tv con tutti i canali possibili e immaginabili. La cucina è ben fornita, addirittura con una macchina che prepara cappuccino e/o caffelatte. Check-in e check-out sono automatici e molto semplici, le istruzioni precise. La casa è in un condominio e in una via entrambi tranquilli, a pochi passi dalla metropolitana. Insomma, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Grazie a Marzia per la simpatia e la disponibilità.
• Csilla (10/5): - Az apartman nagyon jól felszerelt, a házigazda figyelmes, segítőkesz. A szállás az A metro vonal mentén van, a metró megálló közelében. Az apartmantól 3 perc sétára szuper kis bár van, fincsi a kávé és a süti, valamint kozel van a szupermarket is. Reggel egy kicsit behallatszik az utca zaja.
