- Justin (4/5): Disappointing and weird, but good location if you don't want to sleep comfortably. - The location was great, but as you are above a pub it was incredibly noisy and lacked soundproofing and no air conditioning meant the windows would need to be open (unless you are going out at night over the weekend). Probably great for younger group of friends for a night on the town. Luckily there were fans in the room. No air conditioning in the rooms and main air con did not work. Taps basically fell apart as you used them in the kitchen and laundry. No parking available. Lack of ventilation without fly screens so had to decide between being hot and quiet with no flies, or being cool with noise and a lot of flies.
Difficult to access as there are a lot of tight staircases and the positioning of the front door overlooks the back areas of restaurants so it is kinda smelly.
- Louise (10/5): If you want to be in the heart of the Burleigh entertainment district and walking distance to the beach then this is the - Well appointed beach unit in sought after location. No need to drive once you get there. Hosts have provided everything for a comfortable stay. No complaints - It was even better than expected.
- Conyngham (10/5): The best - Great location and very spacious! Super clean and comfy and very well stocked! The locks on both the gate and door were a bit fiddly. More instructions on the bins would be great, wasn’t really certain where to put the trash :)
- Thomas (1/5): Actually moved to another hotel. - Good location No parking at all.
- Erryn (3/5): Poor - Loved the whole place The construction kept us up all night we didn't get much sleep over the whole stay. Would of loved to know that there was night works happening. Vibrating and drilling all night I was awake for 48 hours at one point. Was too expensive to experience that.
- Paul (2/5): Very poor - blood stains on wall. shower head wouldnt remain in position, needs fixing. Could not use the sink due to mirror being in the way. very very noisy from outside
- Anais (8/5): stylish & comfy apartment in prime location just bring a sense of humour for the 5am trash symphony - The location was amazing—just steps from the beach and surrounded by great coffee spots, restaurants, and bars. Perfect for rolling out of bed and straight into a flat white. Public transport was super handy too, with easy bus access to and from the airport. Inside, the apartment felt freshly renovated. The beds were comfy, the shower had solid pressure (a rare vacation miracle), and overall it was a really cozy, welcoming space to stay in. While the location was fantastic, it’s worth noting the apartment is directly above a pub. Surprisingly, the pub noise wasn’t the issue—it was the early morning garbage trucks doing their 5 a.m. heavy metal concert out back. Some better soundproofing (like double-glazed windows) would go a long way here. Speaking of windows, most of them were either stuck shut or just decorative at this point. The only one that opened easily was the sliding door in the lounge, which made airflow and ventilation a bit of a challenge in the rest of the space.
- Ellen (5/5): Just a visit to see relative who has been ill so not there all day and only to sleep. - Location very good Stairs to approach had no handrail on lower set. No sensor light. Rug in lounge room is filthy. Could not empty upright Dyson and nor could the previous user. Lounge could do with a spot clean.
Better if the owner could paint front door and door surrounds. Not a good first impression because of this and the problem with the stairs.
- Nevan (5/5): Passable - Check in experience was long and painful, given no information about the place when checking in, no WiFi code given (it was awful anyways) and the air con just didn’t work. Other than that was clean and a 10/10 location.
- Jessica (9/5): Superb -
- Cooper (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (2/5): Very poor - Location Entry gate keypad is broken and you have to climb over the gate to enter premises. Told them about it and they said they would fix it but never did instead was told if you use the keypad on the inside of the gate by contorting yourself over the 4 foot gate whilst lifting and rattling the gate sometimes it opens. Very noisy as well only because of the light rail work going on outside all night. Otherwise very good location
- Keani (7/5): Has everything you need. - Location was 100/10. So close to the beach and shops. There were stains in the duvet covers. Stuff in the alleyway leading up to the apartment. And the check in process was quite difficult. It should state everything in the confirmation email (instead of putting a link in there with all the info). And have clear direction how to get to the place.
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stella (6/5): Pleasant - Super cute apartment in a very good location in the heart of Burleigh. Far too noisy. I had to buy ear plugs to get a full nights sleep.
- Jake (10/5): Beautiful, clean & most convenient stay. - Loved how convenient everything was. Gave a very clean & light atmosphere. Plenty of linen & towels which was very nice. Everything you needed was there. There is 4 sets of stairs that we didn't realise. Carrying 6 suitcases & a flustered toddler up them was insane, but was more of a me problem haha.
- Rich (9/5): Superb - Location and price. Limited parking but that’s to be expected in Burleigh.
- Lee (10/5): Winner - Amazing location, awesome amenities and plenty of them, if you planning of staying purely in Burleigh you will not need transport, walking distance for everything, beach, cafes, national park all within reach, if you need to travel out of Burleigh, buses take you to all the hot spots, shopping as well, pac fair, robina, heading up to palm beach you get tallebudgera on one side, currumbin beach on the other, definitely a no brainer if you want the best of what goldie has to offer The main bedroom gets pretty warm at night, but the industrial grade air-conditioning in the loungeroom solves that problem
- Shaun (9/5): Was enjoyable -
- Derek (7/5): Overall great apartment- the access stairs would not be suitable for people with mobility issues - Location great
Bed Comfortable Tap on kitchen sink broke
Shower Head very ordinary
No Free to Air TV
