The unit is in the basement of the house with the entrance at the rear. The stairs might be a challenge for someone with mobility issues.
- Davis (10/5): Place is super clean, with nice interiors that live up to its name Cozy Guest Suite. - Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown. The amenities made our stay very comfortable, especially the nice touch of having toys for our little toddler. This is just a minor recommendation for improvement but it did not make our stay any less desirable: There could be a mirror in the bedroom.
