Posizione ottimale per raggiungere ogni punto della città. Il letto e poco comodo. L'appartamento non risulta ben insonorizzato e data la posizione, davanti alla stazione, può risultare molto rumoroso, soprattutto durante le ore notturne.

La zona es segura y llena de locales comerciales. El departamento cuenta con todas las comodidades. La atención de javier fue excelente, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Volvería sin dudarlo. • Antonino (10/5): I will consider it for my future stays - The studio is ideally located right in front of the station, making it extremely convenient for getting around the city and reaching the airport by train (only three stops away). The bed was comfortable, and we didn’t experience any noise issues during our stay. That said, adding curtains would make the space even better. The host was very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our bags after check-out, which we really appreciated. The studio itself is quite spacious and comfortable, and the smart TV was a nice bonus that added to the overall experience. Access via fob key was straightforward and convenient, so I’m not sure why some previous reviews mentioned issues with it. The bathroom has a fairly high step to get into the shower, but it’s not a major issue and didn’t affect the stay.

• Nieto (10/5): Apartamento increíble y ubicación inmejorable - Javier, el dueño, es súper amable. Nos explicó todo con mucho detalle y además nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares para comer cerca. El apartamento es un 10/10. Nos encantó y lo recomendamos 100%. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí si regresamos. La ubicación es excelente. Justo enfrente hay un centro comercial muy completo con cine, arcade, supermercado y varios restaurantes. Además, cerca hay muchas cosas para hacer: pudimos ir caminando al centro comercial Larios y a El Corte Inglés, y también a un escape room que está a solo 5 minutos. Enfrente también hay una estación de tren, que aunque nosotros no la usamos, se ve súper útil para moverse por la ciudad. El estacionamiento también es muy cómodo. En general, nos encantó tanto el alojamiento como la ubicación. Todo excelente.

• Sławomir (9/5): - Dobrze wyposażone i przrstronne studio w znakomitej lokalizacji.w Wygodne łóżko. Kompletny aneks kuchenny. Wszystko razem oceniam na pełne 9. Trochę głośno z ulicy mimo 8 piętra.

Comfortable bed and all the amenities in the room. You can even just see the sea from my room. Secure entry gates to the property.

• Pablo Javier (1/5): La estancia que no pudo ser. - He intentado comunicarme con el establecimiento para poder coordinar un cambio de fechas, me dijeron que no era posible porque ya estaba ocupado.. Cuando solicite ayuda ya que tras el accidente del tren, me cancelaron el viaje y no pude. NUNCA mas me respondieron.

• Veronica (8/5): Práctico estudio - La ubicación nos venía muy bien en nuestro caso, realmente enfrente de la estación de tren. El baño tenía un escalón para subir al inodoro y a la ducha . En nuestro caso no fue un problema pero igual para otras personas si. No se sabe por el anuncio este detalle

• Rubio (5/5): Un sitio más para quedarte un fin de semana sin nada destacable - Que estaba en frente de la estación y para los viajeros es muy cómodo, situado en el centro de Málaga. Es un piso partido en dos, el baño no estaba del todo listo limpio, la ducha tenía mucho moho, la cubertería no estaba tampoco limpia del todo, algunos muebles con mucho polvo y sobre todo, no aislaba mucho de la calle las ventanas por el ruido. También al ser un piso partido en dos, el “apartamento” de al lado, me tocaron dos noches con ruidos, sobre todo el sábado hasta altas horas de la noche y uno no puede descansar a gusto.

• John (9/5): Awesome location across the street from Estacion Maria Zambrano - The owner was helpful, patient and friendly. My flight had been diverted to another Spanish city instead of Malaga. He waited to meet me personally at the flat. I arrived at the flat around 02:00. It meant a lot to me that he was there after such a stressful flight. It would be nice to have a 2-burner stove top. But it's not a big deal.

The cleaning was only done superficially, and the neighbors with whom we shared the common hallway were noisy at night: they slammed the entrance door, vacuumed at 2 AM All the pots and pans in the kitchen were scratched—we couldn't use them because Teflon could have been released into the food.

• Gooch (3/5): Total Shambles - Avoid - No breakfast provided. Near rail station Found the location which was obscured by street dumpsters. Found that the apartment block consisted of 7 blocks, each with about 48 apartments - so how did I know which one was mine? Problem solved eventually when host phoned my UK address to ask where I was. Wife delegated issue to son who phoned me and then contacted host with message that I was standing outside the apartment block. Booking documentation did not include enough information for me to be able to contact the host immediately. You have got to do better than this. Secondly, I was handed a bunch of 4 keys, only one of which worked properly - the outer gate key. The inner gate key never worked for my entire stay there - I had to rely on local inhabitants opening the gate when going out, so that I could enter at the same time. The keys to the outer apartment and the apartment itself worked after several attempts. Please tell the host to get some new keys cut - This is shambolic
• Alicia (9/5): A well priced short stay in the centre of Malaga. - The location was perfect to pop around the town and to get a bus to the airport the following morning. The host was super friendly and helpful and gave us a full tour of the property. Everything you need.
• Monica (8/5): Very easy and quick proccess - Very easy all the process, quick and eficience Tjere was not wifi, you needed to go out the door to get some internet signal.
• Filip (4/5): Disappointing - Walking distance to the city center, close to train/metro. Disappointed. It was extremely noisy. No window insulation so we couldnt sleep and it was cold there. Also, the bad was small and the matrace uncofortable. The bathroom wasnt nice either.

Plenty of amenities around Had to wait a while to check-in despite giving my arrival time beforehand and sending constant messages with my ETA. As some other reviews have said, as it's a typical Spanish apartment, all the street noise comes through the windows despite being 8 floors up. As it's a busy area, you'll be woken up early by the traffic outside

• Belinda (5/5): Never again. - Location was the only thing good about the apartment. Both elevators were broken and going up to the 8th floor with luggages in the hot temperature was a nightmare.

The windows and walls are thin. Noises from the street are heard all night. Everything in the studio feels cheap.

• Svitlana (9/5): Nice apartment, like the heart of Malaga - This is a nice and comfortable apartment in a good building with elevator and with a convenient location right across from the station.To Playa de San Andres 12 min along a couple of quarters and through the park. The centre is also not far away. The owner is friendly and sincere. The apartment is bright, clean and equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Personally, the street noise did not bother us at all, rather, it emphasised the local flavour of Malaga. The shower was not perfect, some problems with the washing machine

The host and hostess were very nice and helpful, answered all our questions, helped with recommendations. The beach is not far away. All in all, it was a very nice stay. None, we got everything as expected.

And it was located right in the heart of the city. People with the building were very nice as well. I would encourage having face cloths or hand towles on hand foe America's staying on your property.

• Geoff (9/5): Perfect short stay accommodation good value for money - We only booked it for 1 night stay to break our journey from Almunacer to Seville, it was the perfect location directly opposite Malaga train & bus station, also plenty of shops bars restaurants very close by,it was basic but had good facilities kitchen fridge freezer everything you need in a self catering apartment. The owner Javier was very accommodating & helpful allowing us an early check in, got the impression he would go out of his way if you needed help with anything My wife is not keen on high rise apartments & this is on the 8th floor it’s not a problem for me, the toilet & shower is a step up & tiled floor, I have slight mobility issues & although it’s not a huge step up I felt I need to be extra careful
• Anielle (8/5): Fine value for money. - Very well located in front of the train station with direct connection to the airport and to downtown. Small, but nicely equipped. It has a washing and drying machine. The owner is very friendly. The shower cabinet has a missing door that needs to be properly fixed, it is currently covered up with some curtain. The beds are fine, but the pillows are very thin. Some investment in good pillows would benefit greatly the guests' experience. Wifi connection would also be great, there is none. Hot water is limited. We were 3 guests and had to shower quickly not to run out of hot water.
• Free (8/5): Very good - We were very pleased that the host did everything possible to make us feel comfortable; he even waited for us to arrive after midnight. He speaks very good English which is something rare in Andaluzia, as far as we experienced. The apartment was not easy to find and it was very noisy during the night which made us not sleeping very well. Moreover, the toilet and the shower, which was not the cleanest, ware strangely positioned in the bathroom.

Very clean and well located.owner was very prompt - Excellent Location across from main train station and proximity to restaurants etc. very clean and bed was very comfortable. Lots of electric plug points. Very prompt communication from owner .Was surprisingly quiet for the central location. No hairdryer in the apt and no electric kettle. Wifi was stared as not being included but if it were, it would make the apartment more user friendly.

• Nikolina (10/5): Exceptional - We have a wonderful stay in an extremely well-equipped apartment with a great location in the city center. The host is very kind.
• Ugljesa (9/5): Decent choice even for a longer stay - Location - on the eight floor of a 1970 - 1980s building, just across the street from main transport hubs (train and intercity bus stations) and good connection with the airport (local train - just 3 stops away on C1 line). Several supermarkets and grocery stores open till late nearby. Good interaction with the owner (speaks good English), an early check in was possible. Decently equipped kitchen, some amenities provided. Large fridge. Large, comfy beds. WiFi was very erratic - it is in fact shared with the owner who lives at the same floor. Therefore, if you want to get a constant Internet connection, your best bet is to grab a chair and to sit in the corridor in front of the apartment and elevator. One of the panels in the shower cabin is missing and replaced by a curtain. A suggestion to the owner: pls put a new dish washing sponge and a cloth for drying the dishes for each new guest!

The air conditioning worked very well. The apartment is centrally located and across the street from the train station. Lots of great restaurants, nearby and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again thank you for a wonderful stay. The only downside if you can call it that is there is no TV in English, but I’m not in Spain to watch TV.

The room is large, clean and it has everything you need. the owner is a delightful man who makes sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend. There was nothing I didn’t like.
