• Jorge (7/5): - There were ants all over the apartment, this was very unpleasant. There were no napkins or paper towels available, that is basic hosting stuff, like toilet paper. Instructions on how to use the washing machine or the dishwasher would be very helpful.

Uwaga na: - konieczność zapłacenia depozytu - drzwi otwiera się za pomocą aplikacji - każdy mieszkaniec musi się zarejestrować w aplikacji - w jednej z łazienek był zatkany odpływ, prysznic bardzo łatwo wylewa na całą łazienkę, ze względu na kiepską konstrukcję - w mieszkaniu zamontowano miernik hałasu, po przekroczeniu pewnego progu głośności dostaje się ostrzeżenie, a następnie można zostać wyrzuconym z mieszkania - są kary pieniężne za pozostawienie więcej niż jednego worka śmieci polecam bardzo dokładnie przeczytać regulamin!

• Federico (9/5): Comodid en una zona tranquila - que a la llegada, no habian dejado papel higiénico y cuando llame para comentarlo, lo unico que me dijeron, fue un siento no podemos hacer nada hasta mañana las 10.30, cuando eran las 19.30 de la tarde del dia anterior. Se les debe haber olvidado... pero lo mínimo es tener algo de reposición en el piso.

No me funcionó hasta que descubrí que el chivato de la calefacción en el cuadro eléctrico estaba bajado. Es un rollo tener que abrir las puertas con la app. Podrían pensarse en dar un juego de llaves. Las almohadas.

• Andreicut (4/5): - The location was great, near to the metro, shops & restaurants. The MitHouse App access was something horror. We weren't able to access the main entrance and we stayed out until someone left the building. 200$ deposit for staying at the door.
• Stanislovas (9/5): We like stay very much. - Will get everything for comfortable living, good location 15 min by foot from stadium, 5 min from metro station. Good support, plenty grocery stores and restaurants. Unusual for me damage control reservation. Garbage policy related to it quantity from owners is uncomfortable if you come for short period and spending evenings not at apartments.
• David (3/5): Disappointed - Great location and loads of nice bars, restaurants and supermarkets. My elderly mother and myself were stranded on the road for up to 2 hours as the application wasn’t working (which is the key to open the house front door and to access to the building) plus the heating wasn’t working(didn’t go any further than 19-20 degrees Celsius) and was extremely cold during the night and not enough spare blankets for instances like this. Also one of the taps in the toilet was broken and could not be utilised at all.

Cuesta muchísimo comunicarse con el personal, no me enviaron el código de cliente para el app ni el número de piso y habitación, yo misma tuve que enviar correos y hacer llamadas que tardaban en contestar. Un cliente sin Internet no podría llegar ni entrar al edificio. Muy impersonal el servicio. Los productos de limpieza demasiado limitados, hacia falta un jabon de lavamanos y demas productos.No estaría de más dejar alguna servilleta, o algún producto básico comestible como sal, azúcar, aceite, te que si ofrecen otras instalaciones.

The house had table settings for 8 (plates, cups, cutlery etc) it idid not provide any paper towels, napkins, extra trash bags, salt, pepper detergent - simple items in small quantities when paying 200 a night. I arrived at 23:30 hrs and had to go to the supermarket to. Uy everything. MiT House is a worthless middleman company. They do not reply or respond to any problems. They take your call, say they will reply and that is it. The photos are accurate but they have no idea how to administrate a home. Get rid of the useless middle man MIT House

• Miguel (9/5): Clean and modern apartment - great location - Clean, modern and very well located. Walking distance from cafes, restaurants and supermarkets as well as Castellana st and other major places. The water heater failed and they didn’t send us anyone until the next morning. The heater had a locked access in the kitchen that only management could open. Other than that it was perfect.

The noise, construction in the area. Neighbours screaming early in the morning, no heat water after the second person took a shower.

• Keila (7/5): Nice stay in a good residential neighborhood, apartment needs improvements. - We loved the convenience around this neighborhood. Supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants right down the street. The place was also nice and modern and big enough for us 3. Kitchen and bed room are good. Sofa bed is in terrible conditions. Besides the sofa being very stained, when opened as a sofa bed the mattress is in bad shape. It sinks down on several spots and you end up sleeping in a very uncomfortable position. It felt pretty unfair to have one sleeping there. Also, basic amenities inside the apartment were scarce and not left according to the duration of our stay (6 nights). We had to buy extra toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and hand soap for bathroom and kitchen. There’s not even salt and pepper in this kitchen either. The shower has only an odd size glass wall that doesn’t really keep the water from splashing and overflowing into the floor. After one person takes a shower the bathroom floor and half of the sink counter is going to be all wet. Since we were 3 our bathroom was all wet most of the stay. Lastly, no way to store your luggage before or after you check in/out.

I didn't like the this place never told me before my reservation the they are under construction and every day at 8 or 9 am they start making alot of noise wake us up early every day when I wanted to enjoy our sleep and vacation very disappointing with that and the i paid extra €50 because I got there 30 minutes after the time to check in that's disappointing never happen to me before and the they want me to leave super clean before check out I mean I'm paying for my stay already and they still want me to leave the apartment like if no one stay there to me that's too much... so yeah. Thanks
