Roberta (8/5): Conforto de hotel com preço de flat. - Localização excelente no Itaim em prédio em que funciona um hotel, com academia e café da manhã muito bons. Decoração agradável. Banheiro precisando de renovação. Toalhas e roupa de cama precisando de lavagem mais cuidadosa. Eu mudaria os quadros da parede.

Toalha de banho manchada, gavetas dos armários sujas e precisava melhorar a manutenção: armário do banheiro descolando. Não se conseguimos fazer funcionário ar-condicionado também
JOAO ALFREDO (3/5): Péssimo - Faltou energia 2 noites e o gerador não atendia o quarto ,dormimos no calor , não conseguia carregar o celular no quarto,tomamos banho no escuro,barulho de gerador no quarto,um verdadeiro martírio .VOCÊS VENDERAM COM HOTEL E NÃO ERA,FOMOS ENGANADOS .O Hotel Clarion não dava assistência no quarto,nem na limpeza. Repetir o descrito acima

Flávia Cristina (9/5): Muito boa, recomendo! - Atendimento excelente da responsável Maria, sempre atenta as nossas necessidades. Nos deixou um mimo muito fofo no qual não iremos esquecer. Estrutura do hotel em si muito boa e organizada também. Acho que a limpeza e organização do quarto poderia ser melhor ao decorrrer dos dias. Café da manhã regular.
