• Qingqi (9/5): A very nice property at good price - The apt. Is newly remolded and very clean and nice. The location is good as well. 10 min. away from the train Station. The owner is very responsive. Check in is very easy with instructions. The sound proof is poor. You can hear the neighbors clearly. That is the only concern I have. Otherwise this property would be rated at 10.

• Lucy Turcotte (10/5): wonderful, modern, super clean, excellent easy communication.++++ - All good. If you need a place for a comfortable sleep, take a nice shower in a super clean bathroom, and even make your breakfast in a neat kitchen- it is an excellent place! I will not pick it for a longer stay due to the lack of daylight, but for exploring the town for a couple of nights- absolutely! All good.

• Elina (10/5): Great choice for a stay in Florence - Great location, very clean and spacious room and shared kitchen with everything one might need. Easy check in and communication the the host. Totally recommend. For my personal taste bed is a bit tought and pillow is not super comfortable.

• Anonymous (9/5): Comfy, clean and good location, exactly as advertised. - The location, the air conditioning (it was a heatwave!), the room, the bathroom. The stairs up to the apartment on the 2nd floor was a little hard with heavy suitcases. Someone propped open the street door which could have compromised security. Whilst it said do not park child strollers/prams in the foyer, one was there for the entire duration of our stay and nothing was done about it.

• Trusheva (8/5): A good place to stay for few days in Florence - Location was very good - 20 min by tram from the airport, 10-15 min walking to the train station. Room was very clean! Bathroom seemed recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. Window frames did not let sounds from the street bother us. Room fridge was working properly. There was an air conditioning but we did not use it since weather was nice. There was a kitchen for common use - we could get cups, plates etc from there. Coffee machine with capsules provided was a nice touch. Cheking in fully contactless. We did not have to talk to even one person. Perfect! (They just send instructions and pin codes to doors to your whatsapp) Noise cancelling between rooms and floors clearly did not work. We could hear neighbours, dogs barking, a baby crying (very loudly and A LOT). There was no trash can in the room. Dear owners, please add a simple trash can to the rooms, it will make them much better.
• Denise (9/5): Modern rooms in quiet area, short distance from the centre - Perfect for a 2/3 night stay in Florence. The floor has been renovated with modern rooms and a communal kitchen area. Communal kitchen area with large fridge, freezer, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine. Shortish walk from the train station but approx 15 mins walk to the Duomo, which was fine for me but something to consider for others. Rooms are on the second floor without a lift, if you have heavy bags prepare for a 2 flight staircase. A very loud child who was noisy late at night, screaming, running. My loop earplugs were a god send! Unsure if a guest a resident in the apartment block. Not a lot in the area by way of shops, bars, restaurants, I was ok with this but think about buying provisions or eating out before you head back.

Once you buy your food. There were bottles of steal water both in the kitchenette fridge and in the room minibar fridge. Warmly recommend this location! Very good value price services.

• Hui (9/5): Superb - The place is modern, clean and fully equipped with functioning facilities. Greta was very responsive on chats. We really enjoyed our stay. The building is old and not well soundproofed. We could hear the neighbours' kids cry (not sure whether it's next door, upstairs or downstairs).

• Amano (10/5): Would definitely stay again and strongly recommend this accommodation! - It is just 10 minutes away from the city centre. The apartment is very new and the room is very clean. The owner even provided us some water and biscuits! There were also shampoos and shower gel in small bags so it is very hygienic. Also, the good thing is that the owner messaged me a few days before my check in to ask me to provide my documents so they can send me the codes earlier and I don’t have to stand in front of the entrance not knowing what to do (I always did that before because I often miss my emails). I got three passcodes in total and the owner sent me the codes with images so they were very clear and easy to understand. Would be better if you could provide a luggage storage service. You got a common area inside the apartment, so I think it is possible to let your guests to put down their luggage there so they can have more time to walk around before and after check out. Also, the only inconvenient thing was that there were no rubbish bin in the room, so I had to throw my rubbish to the toilet bin or the common area.
• Traze (5/5): Passable - The room is clean and well presented. The beds are comfortable, and it was quiet. The outside stairway is dirty and the neighborhood full of big roads and few amenities. This is a typical "codes only" service - if you like purely digital contact you'd probably find the "staff" ok. We found them rude and unhospitable - "Greta" rolled her eyes at me on videochat because I failed to understand the texted pictures with codes - difficult to see on a phone if you don't have great eyesight.
