• Andrii (1/5): - I paid for a week in advance and arrived at the apartment late at night. Even the taxi driver was surprised and double-checked if he brought me to the right address. What happened next felt like a horror movie. I walked into a 3 or 4-story building with a creaky wooden front door. There were no lights on in the building at all. Pitch black. I turned on my phone flashlight and walked up the stairs to my floor (didn't want to risk taking the elevator). There were bags of construction trash just left on the stairs and in the hallways. By the time I got to my floor, I was seriously terrified. It felt like I was in the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and some zombie or rabid dog was about to jump out at me. The other apartment doors in the building were old and wooden—some were completely broken, others were just left wide open. The door to my apartment was actually brand new, which gave me a tiny bit of hope. But I can't really say much about the apartment itself because I just felt incredibly unsafe. I kept thinking that if someone wanted to get in, they could easily kick the door down. And if I screamed, nobody would hear me because the whole building felt abandoned. I lasted a maximum of 30 minutes in there before the panic got to be too much. I quickly found another place, called a taxi, gathered my courage, and walked back through that hellish corridor to get outside. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I don't understand how a place like this is even allowed to be rented out, or why Booking.com lets it stay on their site. No one refunded my money. Booking support said they would "look into it," but it's been a month and a half with absolutely no result. If you care about your safety and don't want to experience constant panic and fear for your life—stay far, far away from this horror-movie apartment.

• Claudia (9/5): Accogliente - Casa accogliente e calda, con il freddo esterno ci ha rincuorato tantissimo tornare a casa e stare super caldi. Il proprietario sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Da rivedere la Pulizia dei tappeti. E ne mancava uno per uscire dalla doccia.

If I visit Sofia again, I would like to stay at the Green Flat. - Green Flat Sofia was elegant and comfortable, I could have spent weeks living in the apartment. All facilities were of high standard and clean. Easy walk to all main sites and supermarkets. Interesting area. Nothing. I didn't know how to use the stove top and the host answered my question immediately.
• Dell'atti (10/5): A lovely stay - The property was perfectly located in the centre of Sofia, it was easy to reach the main sightseeing by foot. The flat itself was clean and comfortable, including everything you need for the stay. The owner is really nice and friendly. Absolutely recommended!

• Máyer (7/5): Ár-érték alapján jó választás pár napra - Jó helyen van, terasz Az utca nagyon szemetes és a lépcsőház rossz állapotú. A lakás a képeken szebb, kicsit koszos is volt, nem volt hajszárító. Kértünk plusz ágyneműt amit nem kaptunk.

• Karen (10/5): - Beautiful apartment in a great central location with easy walk to the train, bus,metro stations. Very well equipped and a nice little balcony to sit out on in the evening. Owners were very helpful when I couldn't find the right apartment door (it's the new fancy white door on the second floor) it's a great place to stay I highly recommend it
• Daran (10/5): Clean comfortable apartment near the center of Sofia - The apartment was very clean. There's a washing machine in the kitchen as well as a drying rack (no dryer). Air conditioning worked well and the wifi is good and stable. The kitchen had everything you needed, and markets/groceries a few minutes away. It's at walking distance from the city center and very close to public transport. The building is a bit old and rundown, but inside the apartment was really nice and clean.
• Anzhela (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Ich habe mich sehr gut in der Wohnung gefühlt. Sie passt sehr gut sowohl für eine als auch für zwei Personen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und viele Geschäfte und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.
• Adriana (8/5): En general muy bien pero con cosas a mejorar. - La ubicación, el apartamento es muy tranquilo, el check in, la disposición del apartamento y está completamente equipado. Las camas son cómodas. Hay varios supermercados cerca y está cerca del transporte público. El aire acondicionado también muy bien. El primer día no había agua caliente, aunque no fuera culpa del propietario. El segundo día encontramos dos cucarachas, aunque el apartamento estaba limpio.

• Dorothy (10/5): Well located and very comfortable - The host is generous in providing all the little extras which make life comfortable for the traveller. For me, there was nothing missing. Despite the traffic noise, with windows closed it was quiet and there is air conditioing. I heard nothing from neighbours so a very quiet place to stay. It's easy to either walk to the centre (1 km to the Mosque and to Alexander Nevsky) or to get a bus into the centre and there is also the metro which you can take to the airport. The entrance and public areas are really dilapidated and dirty and, although the old lift works, I preferred not to take it as it didn't seem reliable. My heart sank when I entered but the apartment was quite the opposite being newly renovated and well decorated. I would have like the host to have made contact with me, even providing the key code, two days before my arrival for peace of mind since I was travelling. When I called, the host seemed a bit rude, curt. (perhaps language difference). Only at midnight on my day of arrival did I get the email with the information. The apartment number is hard to find as all the properties on this very busy Boulevard are generally not well maintained with no numbers or very faded ones. A handy tip would be to say "after the big red building" at least then the taxi driver would have a landmark on a road were slowing down and parking is very difficult.

• Morris (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is gorgeous, spacious, stylish and well equipped with some lovely original features. The apartment is near the main road, so is a little bit noisy, but we've travelled a lot and found this to be the case often, so we just travel with ear plugs.
• Dmitrii (10/5): Exceptional - The place is absolutely great, definitely can recommend! The only thing I would say bothers a lot is the noise from the transport outside - it is too loud at night. Would advise to use earplugs.
• Daniel (10/5): Brilliant flat - The property is in a great location, walking distance from the centre and has very nearby bus routes which makes getting to and from the airport very easy. It was clean, spacious and great value! The hosts were super helpful and there if needed. I would definitely recommend to a friend and would stay there again if I revisit Sofia! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ N/A
