If you can check the time on Google Maps, everything was comfortable and quite punctual, requiring planning. The important thing is that I felt like I was at home because I had a kitchen, so I could buy something from the supermarket and cook it here. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is an a nice bathroom with cold and hot water that can be adjusted appropriately. There is a coffee shop that serves breakfast nearby. Rachel, the host, is very friendly and provided excellent assistance. I arrived here very early in the morning, around nine in the morning, and as scheduled, I was supposed to check in at 15:00. But once I arrived, the room was ready to move in. This was a great experience. Additionally, the accommodation had a washing machine and a clothes dryer under the stairs, which is very convenient for the residents. There are four bus stands that I remember. 1. Balaclava Rd opp Bling St (If coming from Eastwood, get off and walk a little straight then cross the street to the accommodation) 2. Balaclava Rd at Hunts Eve (If coming from Macquarie University, you will arrive before your accommodation) 3. Balaclava Rd at Corunna Rd (If coming from Eastwood, get off and walk back across the street to the accommodation. This station is home to a coffee shop that serves breakfast.) 4. [ สําหรับภาษาไทยให้เลื่อนลงไปอ่านข้างล่าง คือกดอ่านเพิ่มเติม] The only thing I don't like is that this place is far from the city center, but if you study public transportation well, there will be no problems at all. It was clean and you have living room area to hang out and a kitchen area to make your food. I felt peaceful during my stay. Miss Rachel is a great host and will respond swiftly for any queries you have. The place is one bus ride (545 bus about 10 stops) away from Eastwood station and can use taxi as well to get around I wish there was a dustbin in my room so I didnt have to leave my room to drop the trash

• Shashank Kotian (9/5): Perfect place for long term stays. - The place is next to a bus stop with bus 545 every 30 mins, that will connect to Eastwood station. There were restaurants, fuel station, pharmacy, car wash and convenience store within 3 mins walk from the guest house. The house was fully furnished and clean! You just need to carry your clothes and move in. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious lounge area. Good light and ventilation for longer stays. Suggest keeping an iron-board as well, that would complete the laundry setup. Rachel and her partner were a very good host! Thank you!!

Beide Male wurde uns nicht rechtzeitig Bescheid gegeben und wir standen vor einer verschlossenen Tür. Rachel hat sich dann immer schnell telefonisch zurückgemeldet, aber das hätte man vermeiden können. Ansonsten war aber alles super 😊

• Matej (10/5): - It's quite comfy, the facilities are great and there is a bus stop nearby. The traffic and the wildlife can get a bit loud in the morning, so be sure to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me.

My wife and I were here for a mix of work and vacation, and the house was the perfect base. We were so impressed with how clean and well-kept everything was—Joe and Rachel have truly done an amazing job. Having a car made getting around super easy, but the public transport link to the city is also very convenient. The house was very quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. We're already looking forward to our next stay here! All three options highlight the cleanliness, the effort of the hosts, the convenient location (both with and without a car), and the quiet atmosphere. • Alyson (8/5): A home away from home. - The house was beautiful and I fell like at home. It’s a brand new house with beautiful floors and big bathroom with huge shower cubicle. Not crowded , I didn’t see much people while I was there. The shops are a 5 mins walking distance and there are heaps of choices. It’s on a main road where it’s easy to catch a bus to the train station if you’re going to the city. It’s a great location if you have a car, from here you’re not too far from the northern beaches, Macquarie Park mall, West Ryde, city. Kitchen has all you need and big for everyone. The property has a small driveway, unfortunately there is a power pole in front of the house that makes it difficult to enter the driveway. I parked on the street where there are lots of spaces.

Clean, good bed, good shower, quick service with messages, easy check-in, overall a beautiful place that they invested in but, I didn't get what I ordered! The room description on Booking.com is incorrect! I book a lot on Booking.com and always read everything carefully! I booked a room with a kitchenette and a sitting area (not shared) and a balcony overlooking the garden, and I didn't get it! I got a small room that I couldn't even open my suitcases in the room. I wrote a message to the owners about the incorrect information and was promised that the information would be corrected. I hope the room description on Booking.com will be corrected!

My father and I stayed here for many days, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The fact that I got it at such an affordable price makes it even better. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!
