- BRUNO (10/5): -
- Angelo (9/5): - Posizione eccezionale, stanza ben pulita e ben equipaggiata. Staff reception molto cortese e disponibile. Dimensioni della stanza decisamente contenute.
- Emanuele (9/5): -
- Sorin (9/5): The best location for a first-timer in Rome. And the staff is wonderful. - The location in the city for a first-time tourist is the best. The noise and some vibrations of the tram that would discretely sneak into our room at certain times in the night. That’s it.

RAS

- Lisa (10/5): We loved the relais piazza del propolis! - We loved the location, the comfort, the homey feel. The cleanliness. It was perfect to just hang and relax to take a break from touring! The bed was a bit hard.
- Teri (9/5): Stay was great would recommend this site. - Location location location walking distance so many sites. The way to enter using your phone was very convenient. Room was clean and the gals out front were very helpful.
- Roberto (8/5): -
- George (5/5): Beautifully clean but extremely complicated apartment to stay especially for older people . If you have a lot of lugagga - The apartment was in a great location but is not for older people . To access the apartment was complicated and to access the room was a nightmare. I felt like i was in prison . I am so sorry to be unpolite. However the rooms were sensationally clean and would be great for young people The access to the room was very scary and difficult , the building is a rabbit warren that you can get lost in as it is the nature of the building . There a wings going to different apartments within the building which looked like a huge school converted to apartment or even a hospital conversion to an apartment.

- William (9/5): Superb - Excellent in every way except the bed was a little too hard.

- Anda (10/5): Excellent stay in the heart of Rome ! - The position is excellent, just 5 meters far away from the entrance to Flaminio metro station. Opposite the street is Piazza del Popolo. Restaurant and bistros in the area, a Careffour shop around the corner. The cleaning services were perfect, size of the room allowed to move easily. An Nespresso machine and coffee capsules were provided, beverages in the bar as well. Excellent hairdryer (Dyson), much appreciated by by daughter. Bathroom very clean, good quality shampoo and shower gel. Safe entrance in the building, easy check in following the instructions received. There was some noise from the tram early in the morning but after the first day of intensive walk could not hear it.
- Niall (9/5): Helpful staff and spotlessly clean -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The room was extremely clean and comfortable.
The location was superb and allowed us to move very easily
The staff was super friendly and helpful.
- Joanne (10/5): Amazing location, clean and classy. - Everything..Location was Perfect..Step outside and you see the Gates of Rome! We walked in one direction to the Pantheon and Colosseum and in the other direction to The Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo. The Metro is at the doorstep to take us to Roma Termini for our train to Florence. Having to leave.
- Pavel (9/5): Superb -
- Diane (10/5): Excellent place to stay while in Rome. - It was perfect. Lorenzo greeted us, he was super nice . The place is super cute and very comfortable. The location allowed us to walk everywhere and if we wish to use public transportation it was at our doorstep. I would return to Relais Piazza Del Popolo next time in Rome. Nothing it was perfect
- Esterina (5/5): Passable -
- Demetre (8/5): Very good - Location is excellent!
- Elisabeth (9/5): Superb - Great location, wonderful bed, kind staff and clean room. Small room, but well equipped
- Amy (10/5): I got what I paid for and all my expectations have been met. - The hotel is luxurious, clean, and very close to public transport actually the Metro and bus station are just in front of the hotel. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Only a few minutes walk to trevi foundation, Spanish steps and just across the street is the Piazza Del Popolo. There is nothing not to like.
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Dusty (9/5): Superb -
- Nadia (8/5): Very good -
- Essam602 (7/5): Good -
- Leda (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great!
- Amylou (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, the staff are really polite. The room screams luxury and has literally everything you need. Nothing.
- Nicola (10/5): Lorenzo and Daria were most helpful at the front desk and we cannot fault this hotel. A++ - The location, the friendly staff including thorough housekeeping and the facilities. Silent with great blackout curtains, you could easily sleep in!
The cafe next door was extremely well priced (£7,50 for 2 coffees and 3 pastries) and the pasta place next to that was excellent too! The Piazza across the street is an excellent place to sit and eat. Metro entrance for the train is 15 metres from the front door. The aircon in our room was loud, but it still worked well and the building is well insulted so it wasn’t necessary to keep on for long
- Usama (9/5): Superb - Excellent location.
Access to public transport just at the entrance.
Most of Major Rome attractions are within 10-30 min walking.
Very clean.
Very Friendly staff My room had no curtain!
Could be an issue for people who don't wake up early plus some privacy issues.
I hope the management takes care of us
- Jasmine (9/5): Excellent location! Staff very friendly and helpful! Great stay: thank you -
- Merita (10/5): Great. - The location is perfect, the room was comfortable and very clean. Highly recommend. The reception didn’t have a bathroom.
- Bogdanang (9/5): A fair deal - The location is very nice and safe, very close to Trevi, Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps, etc.
The room was pretty big and clean and we had everything we needed. I didnt like the noise from the hallway. We had the first room.
The front lady was talking to much on the phone on speaker!
- Hermine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christiana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Finn (8/5): Very good -
- Andrei (9/5): Will be back - The stuff was very helpful, very friendly, has answer all questions we had No such thing
- Joseph (9/5): Superb -
- Hamish (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (9/5): Great hotel for a short stay - V quiet All ok
- Xanthi (9/5): Lovely stay in a neighborhood not downtown but within walking distance of many of Rome's attractions - No breakfast (though there was a nice cafe right beside the entrance of the Relais and there was a good coffee machine and kettle for tea. Very comfortable bed, very nice bed linen, great bathroom with many quality toiletries, everything was spotless. Couldn't get the hang of the TV set. Not a fan of the virtual registration process. I kept getting messages even after completing the registration process. No key or card. The building door and the hotel door opened by tapping a code. You need to have a smart phone and internet connection. It worked for us but be aware.
- Andrei (10/5): Good accommodation - All the rest was ok. The price. It was too expensive.
- Teresa (7/5): Good location, interesting historic building. - The bed was very comfortable. Location pretty good. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, public transportation. Directly across the street from Piazza del Popolo. Room was small and had a storage bench at end of bed that made passage awkward. The instructions regarding how to get to the room was not made clear. The room was located on the third floor of an old building and we had to kind of hunt for the location. Also since this is a apartment-like situation we had to do a online check-in which required, all of our passports to be photographed and our picture photographed in order to complete our check in. Although staff was nice, they were only at the desk for a limited amount of time. One of the other guests had a emergency. They were locked out of the room and did not know how to contact staff for help, therefore spent most of the night in the hallway. There should have been a number posted or given to the guests in case of emergency. Our stay was pretty comfortable, but we will probably not stay there again. There should have been a number posted or given to the guests to call in case of emergency since staff is only there until 8pm.
- Emanuel (4/5): Small and uncomfortable but good location - Location Dark, small spaces, instead of having an open space they divided the small room in sections making things worse. Very small elevator, uncomfortable to arrive and stay with luggage.
- Manila (8/5): Perfect location and no noises so we were able to rest. - Great location. No noise. Clean and staff cordial. No breakfast. First night room had no AC. Bed and pillows a bit hard
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (9/5): Excellent stay!! The staff are very friendly and are willing to help with anything. They leave fresh cold water each nig - It was very conveniently located to all of the major sites. The staff is amazing!! Very comfortable room. The only thing we think could have been better was cooler air conditioning. It wasn’t terrible, but the room could get a little warm. It was not bad enough to keep us from booking again though.
- Lina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Denise (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location within walking distance of Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps etc. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room had electric jug, coffee pod machine and many extras. Good security in building, supermarket nearby.
- Robyn (9/5): Superb - First of all, the location is perfect. We could walk to everything. The beds were very comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. Can't think of anything we didn't like.
- Jared (9/5): Clean comfortable hotel - The room was very clean and comfortable. Our room was very quiet although it faced the back of the building so a room on the other side might have heard more street noise. Very nice location next to a subway station but we usually didn't need it because it was a nice 30 min walk to many of the sights downtown. Just to be aware of access to the building after hours involves using your phone to unlock the door. This is very simple, just a matter of going to a website and clicking the open button, but it requires data access. The hotel staff were always there when we needed them but it isn't a traditional hotel in the sense that the front desk staff are not there over night. They were there about 12 hrs a day. The rooms are cleaned daily though and I would say the service was great.
- Charles (10/5): Exceptional - The room was excellent and had EVERYTHING I needed. Great coffee, shower and staff! I had delayed luggage for a business trip. The owner and staff were SO CURTEOUS in helping me locate a few stores to get by with. Loved the place, def be back!!
- Makram (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sana (9/5): So convenient hotel in Rome! Very recommended! - Our stay at Relais Piazza Del Popolo was the highlight of our vacation at Rome!
Staying at Relais Piazza Del Popolo makes you feel that you took a private apartment but still having access to daily room service. We did our check-in online few days prior to our stay at the hotel. After you finish your check-in, they will provide you with the virtual key that you will need to access the hotel. I was a bit hesitant about it at first but it was pretty easy and clear.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Once you arrive, they give you an overview of the city, and advice on where to go and how to go to the best spots in the city. They are very cooperative and helpful and will answer all your questions with patience and kindness.
The location is the greatest thing about this hotel. It is 10 mins away from the Spanish Steps. 1 minutes away from the metro station and close to almost all touristic attractions in the city.
The room was very comfortable. It was cleaned daily. We were offered cold water and a piece of candy at the end of each day to wish us good night.
I will definitely come back to this hotel if I come back to Rome.
- Lai (7/5): Good -
- Barbra (9/5): Wonderful place great security great location - Beautiful place. Comfortable and modern. Directions to the property.
- Paul (8/5): Not cheap but you are in Rome, however I would stay there again. - The location was ideal, and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was a little sparse, one coffee and a croissant!
- Jonathan (9/5): Superb -
- Joe (10/5): Great place for a couple - Staff were brilliant. Very helpful and friendly.
Location was great.
We only used public transport once to get from the airport. Entrance to building was to close to metro exit.
Location is within walking distance of Vatican city, Colleseum and most of the major tourist spots.
Very nice building, really well kept and cleaned daily. Really good value for money.
Genuinely would stay here again if staying in Rome. Really nice place.
Small room for improvement is that the accomodation is located in quite a big building so more specific directions to the entrance would have been good. Although the entrance is right beside metro exit which was convenient.
- Carmel (9/5): extremely comfortable and stylish property with a convenient and quiet location - the property was spacious and stylish. it was comfortable with easy access to all Rome has to offer, conveniently located right next to Piazza del Popolo.
the staff made it extremely easy for check in and looked after us well with daily amenities and service.
I would definitely stay again! the elevator was an extremely appreciated necessity if you have several pieces of luggage! perhaps more comfortable pillows for our next stay
- Nancy (10/5): Very good choice. - Our reservation with another accommodation fell through at the last minute so this reservation was last minute and we did not know what to expect. We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was great; the bed was great; and the location was walking distance to all of the attractions. The elevator is old and one night it did not work - probably because someone had not closed the door. We are elderly and were concerned about managing several flights of stairs. After contacting Booking the problem was resolved. The other concern was that when we first entered the building it was not clear how to find the room. Our reservation was for room 34 but we did not know it was on the third floor. Signage would have helped.
- Anna (5/5): Amazing city but poor sleep experience. - Location was good. McDonalds downstairs can save when you are super hungry and tired of pasta. Quiet hotel as well. Beds and pillows were very inconvenient. If you are planning to rest during your trip and sleep long that wouldn’t be possible in this hotel. Keep in mind also if you are visiting winter time that they don’t have any heating system so you have to use AC to warm up the room which would make a noise during nights.
- Kristina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gertrude (8/5): Very good -
- Rosario (8/5): Very good - Not much for some one that doesn’t like sweets The fact that management requested that I had to pay the City Tax fee which has already been paid to the Booking Agent the amount of €21
- Myrto (8/5): Great location especially if you are interested in moving around on foot. - Magnificent location. We could see the Porta del Popolo from our window. We could easily walk to Piazza Navona and see the sights or take the metro (the entrance is just outside the building door) to go further.
I traveled with my mother. Our room was large. There was plenty of space for our luggage and to move around. It was cleaned every day. We stayed for 4 nights. It would be nice to have our towels changed once.
Also, in my opinion, there shouldn't be an option to add breakfast to your booking. You have to go to a cafe nearby for breakfast. When I booked our stay I hadn't realized it. I found out from the reviews. I chose to add it anyway because in the reviews they said that it was a nice cafe. As it turned out, this nice cafe closed and they sent us to one that is just not good. It is on a very busy street with no space to seat but only 4 tables on the pavement. It is also not very clean and the included "breakfast" was one coffee or a juice and one croissant or sandwich. We only went there once and looked for another cafe for the rest of the days. We found a fantastic one and there are also others that are very close to the hotel and are much better than the one included in the price. I would have liked from the hotel owner to at least acknowledge the fact that this wasn't a breakfast that one would pay for! Instead he tried to convince us that this is the "Italian way"....
- Jenny (9/5): Great place! - One of the quietest places we’ve stayed at. Great location.
- Giuliana (7/5): Good -
- Mindy (9/5): Great location. Clean, quaint place. Friendly service. - Location was amazing. 10 steps away from a metro stop. Great option for coffee just across the street and some further options 5-10 minutes walking away. There was an elevator so we didn’t have to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Place was quaint and tucked away enough that there wasn’t any outside noise. Bed was comfy. Jacuzzi tub was a wonderful addition. AC in the room. Clean. The pillows weren’t the best. Also, we’re late sleepers and the noise in the hotel itself woke me up a few times. It was a little echo-y in the hotel. This is being very picky though. Overall I thought it was a great place to stay.
- Dimitrios (9/5): Great location, pleasant stay - Great location, too close to metro and bus station but on foot all sightseeing is too close too.
Clean room and fantastic memory foam matress and pilow.
Polite kind and helpfull host. No breakfast included.
- Graeme (10/5): Frank and Francisco, are both great hosts who both speak perfect English and helpful for your stay. - No breakfast provided, but good bakery and cafe on the ground floor of the building, at good prices. Had trouble with unlocking the front door on the street by using a phone and app, but our hosts gave us a physical key, so no problem. Younger more tech savvy guests may not have the same problem as us..We are not so good with new technology.
- Dmitrij (9/5): Superb -
