Guest Reviews
- Darren (1/5): Bad - Location
- Katharine (6/5): Pleasant -
- Edward (1/5): Bad - No. 1 Small hot room noisy
Broken bathroom sink shelf
- Maria (1/5): Awful - Nothing apart from location Everything ! Light in bathroom didn’t work , peeing in dark ! No kettle , no fridge , back door don’t open , tv did not work , mirror broken . Provided with one cup , and one glass . Just generally poor ! Nowhere to put clothes , no hangers n nowhere to put anything . Bed very uncomfortable.
- Anonymous (1/5): Unsafe! filthy ! And host has a disgusting attitude and very unhelpful! Locks on door unsecure strange man got into our - Nothing it was run down and filthy tv Brocken off the wall and left In the corner curtain pole hanging off bathroom door on backwards and didn’t close room door insecure and a man managed to walk in at 3.37am when I was sleeping with my daughter (a minor ) You couldn’t pay me to stay there ever again
- Marshall (10/5): Exceptional -
- Resende (6/5): Good but very expensive - It’s very well located. The flat is divided and two bedrooms are rented. So I rented a room and the other was rented to someone else, I don't think this is well explained in the ad. I thought we would have the complete flat for us, so I found the price expensive to share with other people. The communication was very bad either, I didn't receive the information about the door password as agreed by email and I had to call the host requesting
- Stephanie (1/5): Great location 10/10 , very poor accomadation 1/10 - Location only Broken mirror in bathroom
Cracked tiles on walls and floors
Broken window hinge on window
Cracked light switch on bathroom light
No air con
No internet
No tv , yes there’s a tv in the room but not connected to Ariel
Sharp edging strip between tiles and wood floor
Bed was uncomfortable and only slightly bigger than a single
Double glaze door out onto an outdoor alleyway locked with no key when do I have to be propped open with a chair?
Window had to be propped open with a chair
No curtains for privacy
The price …..£140 per night for a room that’s only worth £50 and that’s only because of the location
- Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (6/5): Pleasant -
- Chyna (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (4/5): Bad experience. - The location was excellent. They didn’t provide me with sheet, blankets, pillows and towel; there was no curtains; the light in the restroom didn’t work.
I told the owner about the missing items but they didn’t fix it.
- Juliane (1/5): Bad - NOTHING Terrible sewage smell in the bathroom, the room has no towels available and the host does not respond to your messages after check-in... I will never go back, I do not recommend it
- Rhianna (2/5): Very poor -
- Virginia (1/5): Terrible smells like sewage and full of insects - Nothing. Full of ants and ant nests all over the room. Smelled like sewage
- Thary (1/5): Bad -
- Madalena (3/5): Poor -
- Rajesh (7/5): Good value for money - just bring your own toilet paper - Nice clean space which is appropriate for a nights stay. Good value for money and it's reflected in the no fuss room. Private bathroom at this price range is a positive. * initial flat entry code was incorrect, needed to call to clarify
* No toilet paper provided. For a budget stay we don't expect lots of facilities but this was disappointing.
- Vina (1/5): Bad -
- Lynn (4/5): Left a lot to be desired - The contactless check-in process worked: all codes worked. The room was clean. The location is good. The WiFi password provided was incorrect so I didn’t have wifi for my 2-day (1 night) stay. I still haven’t received a response to my WhatsApp message.
There is no mirror in the bathroom. The shower has only scorching hot water.
Communication & responsiveness could be better.
- N (1/5): Bad -
- Harry (3/5): Shocking - No wifi, shower was broken. Sheets were dirty
- Daragh (6/5): Pleasant -
- A (1/5): Bad - Alication the only thing that was good was the location. we had a problem opening the door. it turned out that it was just a room with a toilet and not an apartment with a kitchen. it was dirty, the bedding was not changed after the previous people. we only called to ask for a change of bedding for fresh ones. there was no TV in the room, not even a toilet brush in the toilet. generally I do not recommend
- Roxana (1/5): Bad -
- Sohail (1/5): Bad - Shower cold water was not working
- Josh (5/5): Disappointing - Easily accessible to Camden plenty of facilities around the area No towels or toilet roll. Shower in flat 2 was broken there was no cold water you had two options hot water or scolding water there was no inbetween, there was ants in the kitchen and overall it was looking a little run down
- Iandico (2/5): Not the best - Location was good for camden There were no towels to dry after a shower and the place needed a freshen up, no utensils to use in 'cozy flat' and the fridge was very loud. Toilet door handle wasnt on and no blind on the window, just some paper falling off and the place was just dirty
- Carl (1/5): Scammed - Nothing. Couldn’t get in and was ignored by the owner. Front door won’t open.
- Otoo (2/5): Very poor -
- Otoo (2/5): I won’t recommend this place to anyone and I’m definitely never staying there again. - Good location Poor service. There was no shower gel in the bathroom and I was told I had to buy one when I asked.
- Finlay (5/5): Passable - The location is good On arrival the code to the door didnt work there were 3 families waiting outside to get it and that was late at night, it also says how there is a kitchen etc. there is a just a bed and a bathroom, however it is not the worst place to stay its got the essentials.
- Amy (5/5): Great location, great stay for dogs - Great location; 10.minute walk to Camden Market, directly above a supermarket and opposite various pubs and coffee shops.
Easy check in process.
Quiet apartment.
Great stay if you have dogs; there is a dog friendly pub over the road. No towels provided and only half a toilet roll provided. Not enough cutlery/crockery for two people so not great if you are planning on eating in. Studio we stayed in was not the studio shown in the pictures. The booking was for two people yet only two very thin pillows were provided for the double bed; had to fold up clothes to create the effect of a second pillow. This is a shame because it was a relatively comfortable bed. It wouldn't cost much to add some extra pillows, crockery, cutlery and toilet roll. It would be beneficial to provide pictures of all studios on the booking page so expectations can be set before arrival.
- Tim (7/5): Good -
- Rhian (3/5): If you can manage Butlins, you will manage this!! - Had a brilliant time in London, however ..... This room was seriously lacking in what it said it would deliver.
For a kitchenette .... There was no kettle, nothing to cook with and there was no washing machine (as stated in the description).
There were no curtains so light was beaming in as soon as sunrise.
There were ants and the toilet was disgusting.
Hand soap.... Was fairy liquid.
Only proved 1 towel even though the hosts knew 2 people were staying and when we rang to ask for another, we did not receive.
Quite unclean, no terrace (as stated in description).
No fridge!!!!
No wardrobe
No curtains
But...... We did manage to sleep and this was all we needed thankfully.
- Jason (3/5): Poor -
- Nancy (1/5): One time only - Dust everywhere not nice smell not what it described on hooking
- Andrew (10/5): Good location, clean and comfortable. - Good location, clean and comfortable. At the price it had everything I needed.
- Doyle-moxham (1/5): Terrible. - Told that the room we booked had a leaking problem on the day of our stay, so was given a second accommodation… when we arrive someone was already in the room! Clearly had made their own way in through the doors since they just opened easily, the man runs from the room and we go in to see what was clearly the leftovers of drugs being used and a very untidy room!!! Contact the owner to tell them about the situation and that we’d like to cancel as we felt very uncomfortable, they promise to let us cancel for free and get a refund and then we never did!!!
- Robert (7/5): Great value for money, great facilities. - Reading the reviews post booking I was weary to say the least - but my experience of the property was only good - clean, great facilities and in regards of value for money it exceeded my expectations. Getting my access code to the property. It was a slight hassle and I was left outside the property for 40minutes trying to retrieve the access code.
- Nuth (1/5): Faulty towers -
- Roni (2/5): Very poor -
- Phil (1/5): Not great wouldn’t recommend - The location was good, that’s about it. The microwave, wifi and oven all didn’t work. When we arrived immediately found a knife next to bed. Weird and clearly shows the flat hadn’t been cleaned properly. 3 out of 4 of the windows didn’t have blinds. There was one roll of toilet paper, one bin bag. Also no washing machine. On the day of checkout the owner or manager opened the door unannounced at 10:15 when checkout clearly states 11am My partner was in the other room getting changed still. Pretty disappointed to say the least.
- Matthew (6/5): Pleasant -
- Adam (3/5): Great location Mis sold - Location The room was awful listed as a flat when it’s just a room with just a bed in
- Paula (8/5): Very good -
- Ana (1/5): Bad, bad and bad!!! - The description doesn’t correspond to the reality of the place. The description (as the photos) says (and shows) an entire flat (like a studio) very cozy, with one room, living room with kitchen (completly equipment) and a bath room. The reality is a very dirty and unclean small room without living room, and with a small kitchen without the necessary equipment - no fridge, no microwave, no plates, no glasses, nothing… we couldn’t cook! Everything was very unclean. The walls were really dirty and all the furniture was broken. In the bathroom, the shower was also broken as well the mirror. We also dind’t have towels and paper. The check-in info was only sent one hour before we arrive and the host doens’t answer the phone or text back. A very bad experience and the worst in my life, with a high price. Please don’t go there!!!
- Max (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tim (4/5): Disappointing -
- Atticus (2/5): Disappointing - Location was good Completely false advertisement. No kitchen, not a flat, just a very small room with a broken toilet door
- Woodall (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (1/5): Bad -
- Lorna (1/5): Bad - The "cozy flat" that we booked was anything but that. The smoke detector looked like it had been tampered with, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, hair on the pillow, dirt in the microwave, no toilet roll, a sheet being used as a curtain and a stained towel. I had to book into a different hotel due to all of these issues.
- Jason (3/5): Poor - When i booked the flat, it certainly wasn't what I expected as stated, a whole flat complete with kitchen tv, etc. When I arrived at the flat there was no kitchen or tv and when I mentioned it to the relevant people they said that they would move me to a different flat but that never happened
- Luke (7/5): Good -
- Hannah (8/5): Great - For the price I thought the flat was fab. I work in London so it was perfect for what I needed More cutlery would be helpful
- Terri (1/5): DO NOT BOOK - Location The flat is absolutely nothing like what is advertised.
You wouldn't even allow your pet to stay within this. The frustrating thing Is we ended up not staying here and staying in a local hotel which I'm so glad we done as a back up plan. However I have contacted booking.com to make a complaint and request my funds back yet I have recieved no communication back.
- Colins (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (1/5): Shite - It had a nice balcony Not clean pictures taken down off the walls centipedes in the bathroom
- Danilo (6/5): Pleasant -
- Danish (1/5): poor cleaning -
- Joel (7/5): Good -
- Claire (6/5): Pleasant - Room and bathroom was clean. Good location. Did not expect communal kitchen and facilities. Although security was good, I had two different passwords. One to get in maindoor and another for your bedroom. Also, no TV. Although not stated, just thought all rooms have TVs these days.
- Yasmin (2/5): I would not recommend spending so much on this property. Very Very disappointing. Definitely would not stay again! - Clean sheets The description stated we had a private terrace but the staff refused to communicate and get the key to us. The staff we saw the next day were very rude and just ignored us as we spoke to them. There was dents in the walls and the door to toilet was hanging off and there was a nasty smell.
- Agustin (1/5): Bad -
- Marley (1/5): Awful - It was not true ti the description or the pictures
- Chun (1/5): Very, very bad hotel! - This is a poor stay, the room has four Windows but only one curtain, the WF is very poor, the hygiene is very bad! The bed is uncomfortable! The prices are high and the accommodation is terrible. Suggest lower housing costs!
- Rafael (4/5): Disappointing -
- Agustin (4/5): Disappointing - They still haven’t send me my deposit back
- Andi (1/5): Don't waste your time or money. - My booking was cancelled. Left me with no where to stay. Resultig in great expense in a hotel. No reply from property manager and no answer on refund. My booking was cancelled. Left me with no where to stay. Resultig in great expense in a hotel. No reply from property manager and no answer on refund.
- Molly (1/5): Codes wouldn’t work for the door and it smelled and was dirty inside the building, full of homeless people very shady an - Awful and a scam DO NOT GO HERE Codes wouldn’t work for the door and it smelled and was dirty inside the building, full of homeless people very shady and unsafe plus the owner had awful communication and didn’t reply for DAYS
- Wajid (1/5): Never stay here unless you want your money scammed - The property looked nothing like it did on the site nothing The staff were horrendous and lied about my deposit
- Rachael (1/5): Location great. Stay not good. - Comfy bed. Location was great Had a couple locked out of their room all night and all we could hear was them trying to get in and contact staff however nobody came to help.
our bathroom STUNK like a sewer. Bathroom door doesnt lock.
The room was small and not very spacious.
- Daisy (1/5): Bad - I would have had a better night sleep in gaza after constant bombardment from Israel Asbolute doss house. Seen cleaner hostels
Dirty filthy disgusting room no clean bedding or towels rubbish everywhere bed buf fecies on sheets not enough photograph slots for all my pictures
- Chung (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jenny (1/5): Bad - Location. The host did respond when I had issues with the room. I booked really late as my original booking had double booked so I found myself without accommodation at 10pm. The first room I was allocated hadn’t been cleaned, the second room was already occupied, the third room door didn’t open but the host finally gave me an alternative key code. The room had been cleaned to a very low standard. The bathroom floor was dirty, the toilet stained, bedroom floor sticky. Smelt of smoke. The only good thing was the bed was really comfortable. This feels like more of a hostel and could do with upping its game in terms of cleaning and general maintenance and standards. The floor in the bedroom was also warped from presumably a leak in the bathroom.
- Ida (3/5): Tragedy on spot - Good location, otherwise won’t recommend Poor sound protection, shower worked poorly, shady people staying over, staff does not answer
- Hristina (1/5): Bad - The location is good, just a few minutes from the train station. The doors are locked by codes. And these codes have been changed quite often. I was given once, and the arrived was completely different. Later at night, the front door wasn't opening either. In the room was extremely hot and with no hot water in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable.
- Khan (1/5): Bad - nothing everything
- Aneta (5/5): Passable - Location. Security. Self check in. An opened pack of crisp was left on a desk when we checked in. The sliding door from the bathroom was hardly moving, and the bathroom was just a thin wall built in the bedroom.. We had only small towels given. The room smelled unpleasantly and the bed was uncomfortable, tiny space. No kettle to make tea. The smoke detector was covered, and when I messaged about it, I had no response at all.
- Adams (1/5): Bad -
- Michael (1/5): Crap couldn’t stay. Found somewhere else I want my money back - Nothing Completely missed sold as an apartment
Filthy dirty
Terrible management
- Emma (1/5): Flag from hell - Absolutely nothing. Does not look like the photos, kitchen was unclean, door opened onto bed and the radiator fell off the wall during the night onto bed! Fire alarm was covered in tissue paper and when I went to use the toaster in the morning, a fuse must have gone because there was then no electricity to the flat.
Customer service was awful. On complaining to booking.com, they could not make contact with the customer service of this flat either. I’m still awaiting a full refund I hated every moment there. Unclean, unsafe and unresponsive. I’m still awaiting booking.com to get back to me about a refund. I couldn’t stay the second night because it was unsafe and had to find somewhere else to stay.
- Dalessandro (2/5): No what shown in the pictures. Complete scam. - The radiators were always on, and despite being really cold outside, it was very warm inside.
The location is really good, close to camden station and loads of shops and facilities. When areived at the apartment I did receive my code but not the flat number.
Was told my flat was number 6 but the access code didn't work had to call numerous time to get to access to the flat. Lukely, the mantenence guy was there at my arrival and helped in mediating the conversation as the other person didn't speak English.
The shower in my bedroom was broken and spilled wather everywhere, the shower holder was broken and you have to hold the shower head.
The room was dirty, the bed sheets are stained, and the shower and windows covered in mold which I spent over an hour to clean.
The pillow was hard as a rock and was impossible to sleep.
I was only give 1 bathroom towel and 1 hand towe despite the room was booked for 2 people.
I asked for another set of towels and I was answered they didn't have more, but was offered another hand towel.
The soap was missing from the bathroom, despite advertised as soap included.
The place was the complete opposite of a sound proofed property. You could hear absolutely everything happening in the other rooms. It was impossible to sleep.
The property was not what I booked. I was given a bedroom without kitchenette beside paying for a property with a kitchenette.
I was told to use the shared kitchen downstairs being promised nobody would have used it and my stuff got stolen from it.
I got locked out from the kitchen as I was not given the door access code.
The kitchen was used by homeless people that were coming to sleep there at night, they were also provided with blankets and towels, clearing meaning they were invited to stay (probably paying a tip) by someone working there.
- Layla (1/5): Basically a scam - location. the property owners are rude and incapable of replying to requests and messages. I read the policy multiple times then on the day we were arriving they sent a threatening message advising i had to send photos of ID immediately or it would delay them sending me the entry codes to the accommodation. Sent the photos of ID within 20 minutes then did not receive any response for hours. The booking confirmation message advises that codes will be sent the day before, I sent multiple messages asking for these codes the day before with no response and eventually had a message saying they would be sent in the morning. Did not receive until 2 hours before check in. I also asked 4 times if we could check in 1 hour early, each request was ignored. when you enter the property it smells vile. the room description for the “appartment” i booked advised we would have access to a shared kitchen, there was no kitchen for us to use. Shower was just the hose propped on top of the controls, no way to attach to the wall like a proper shower. When dressing i dropped an earring on the floor, when i put my hand under the bed to get it i was met with pringle can lids, dirty tissues and other mess. There are marks all over the wall and was also a hole in the wall in our room. It is January and there was no way to put the radiator on. Photos on booking.com are NOTHING like the place. Massively disappointed with our stay for the price, and disappointed with the customer service of the owners, 90% of my messages on both booking.com and whatsapp were ignored, would never book again.
- Thomas (2/5): Very misleading and scam-like feeling. - - We liked the fact that it was located near the metro station.
- Lock on front door
- There’s a supermarket nearby - Dirty floor/bathroom
- No hot water was available: only cold showers
- Window didn’t fully close: poor sleep due to loud environment
- Original accommodation was unavailable due to leakage, so the owner offered an alternative accommodation on the edge of town or a refund - this was communicated approximately 1 hour prior to the check in time while we were on our way from the airport
- Only accessible via dark alleyway - no social security
- Host/owners very poor communication: we couldn’t access our (new) accommodation for more than 2,5 hours after the original check in time, telephone as stated on booking was unavailable, even after 6 tries in a row whilst waiting in the cold/dark in front of the building
- Accommodation was not cleaned when we arrived after the check in time (see pics)
- Westley (4/5): Decent enough cheap bed for the night but you'll feel like you need a shower afterwards - Good location and price The place felt "lived in" and dirty. Needs a coat of paint and general maintenance done both within the flat and in the communal areas of the building
- Hayley (10/5): Well worth the money and more, definitely booking again! - Everything Nothing
- Paul (2/5): Very poor - It was quiet and it was in a good location.. The fact it was advertised as having a kitchen, washing machine, kitchette but only had a small bedroom and bathroom and the shower fixtures were broken..and the keypad for the room door was faulty and wouldn't open.
- Harry (1/5): Overpriced, false advertisement and not very clean or secure. Would not stay again. - The advertisement was very misleading, The pictures used must have been taken straight after renovation of the property as The rooms look nothing like the pictures shown ( no where near as clean and tidy). Secondly The price for this flat was way over what I would say is reasonable after seeing the accommodation, no “kitchenette” Just one communal shared Kitchen (untidy and uninviting) and one communal living area.
The building itself is not very secure as we returned to it multiple times and the front door could just be pushed open due to it not locking properly. We got woke up between 4:30-5:30am due to “intoxicated” People outside the building threatening to kick the door in and smashing things right outside the building which after reading recent reviews since returning home I have learnt that there was men sat in the communal living area which were homeless and intoxicated off the street. Which I assume is who the Man outside was shouting at, which again highlights the lack of security and safety.
Our Electric wasn’t working at all upon entry to the accommodation, obviously we had sent a message/ email to the owners and received not a single bit of communication or advice back.
The foul smell that has been mentioned in previous reviews is definitely still there lingering from the entrance to the landing area at the top of the stairs.
I would definitely not stay in this place again or recommend to anyone as it is clearly wrongly advertised on purpose so that people will pay the money to stay there. £235 for two nights is not representative of the experience we encountered this weekend (20-22nd December).
Please make sure you read the many bad reviews before booking this flat as they are a truthful representation of the poor customer service and standard of accommodation.
Don’t waste your money, book somewhere else!
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet and cosy, not far from all the attractions, camden street market and restaurants, coffee shops but still quiet. Had a problem with the flat code but that was very quickly resolved by text. liked it that much, booked a extra night.
- Lindsey (1/5): HORRIFIC! - The only good thing about this place in its central location! Where to start?
First of all, the stench coming from the whole of the building is absolutely vile. It smells like a combination of sewage and dead rats - its that bad!
If that wasn't bad enough the apartment had no electric and we had to be moved. Granted, that was quick, however, after lugging all our bags to the top we then had to drag them down again to get ready for our night out.
We came back after our evening out and went to bed. In the middle of the night we were working bu banging and shouting. After some time the noise quietened and we went back to sleep.
When we came out of our room in the morning we found two men asleep in the lounge area where they had been smoking and drinking! Clearly off the street!
When I tried to get help for this frightening situation I was ignored.
To top it off, the heating didn't work and the shower was so hot with no function to change temperature!
We left early and had to carry masses of Xmas presents and luggage around with us through fear the men would break in to the rooms. We didn't go back.
AVOID AT ALL COST!
- Diane (1/5): How this is on booking.com? - Nothing Everything .
Getting in we needed help… no one answered my calls .
The response was rude.
Getting in, smells of strong sewage in entrance hall and in the room.
2 hand towels for 2 adults
No bathroom mat on the floor.
Dirty walls
Broken sockets
Cigarette stained dresser
Broken drawers
1 flat pillow each
No shower head on shower
People shouting all night/morning
The toilet has never seen a cleaner
No kitchenette
THE PHOTOS ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO WHAT I’D SEEN, therefore we feel like we’ve been ripped off. £115 for one night is a lot of money for a planned night away to stay in a place that stinks. Booking.com very dissatisfied
We left at 8.30 as soon as we could.
- Shane (4/5): Poor - Location We had to debate about what room was ours on arrival plus a broken microwave. Dirt underneath the bed. Only one proper towel + trash outside the window + no thermostat in the shower.
- Cindy (7/5): Good -
- Annie (2/5): Very poor - The location was great. 1. The main entrance door was unlocked (as the lock was broke so anyone could get into the building)
2. When we checked-in the room hadn’t been cleaned since the previous customer and the door was already unlocked.
3. The room we were given had a peep hole through the door, but there was no actual contraption to prevent people from looking in, it was just a hole that either side could look through.
4. We were only given 1 towel between the 2 of us and there wasn’t a bath mat. We asked for another towel, but didn’t get one.
5. There were many other minor faults such as the smoke alarm being covered with plastic wrap, there wasn’t a fridge or utensils but was an oven.
- Anh (5/5): Passable -
- Sophie (2/5): dirty, grubby, smelly. - The only thing which made the stay bearable was the location. Just up the street from camden station and very close to local pubs and shops. Where do i start -
Firstly the flat has false advertisement, you do not have your own kitchen or living area, you have a bedroom and en-suite.
We arrived a little earlier than check in time so thought we would try our luck and see if we could enter the property 1 hour earlier. The door which was coded has been left open for anyone to access. We still hadnt recieved our door codes therefor was just able to walk in, the cleaner arrived the same time as us (2pm- to have the flat ready for 3pm) he contacted the office to find out which flat was ours. He then let us enter the flat which had been left how someone left before us, bed not made, toilet not clean and litter still remaining in the room. The cleaner then explained he will clean it and we come back at check in time.
We then went back for 3:10pm, Our bed still hadnt been made and the room looked like it had a little clean, not a clean you would expect it to have had for the new guests arriving, We could see we only had a little bit of toilet roll therefore asked for more, we didnt have any towels so had to ask for them also.
We were then told our bed wouldn't be ready for another hour (meaning this would be gone 4pm) as the cleaner was cleaning them on site and was waiting for them to dry.
When it comes to the room-
-hole in the wall where the door handle had gone into it.
-spot light in ceiling was hanging out.
-curtain rail hanging out of the wall on one side.
- fire alarm looked broken.
-walls were disgusting, no longer white and full of marks
-ceiling looked like someone had thrown a drink on it
-no headboard.
-fan for bathroom was covered with tape, then found out if it was pressed it tripped all electrics - where my husband had to turn back on at the main switch board.
- shower temperature knob button had seemed to have corroded therefore the only temperature you could have was scolding.
Overall experience was shocking and spoilt a surprise 30th birthday get away.
- Nicole (3/5): Poor - Main door lock broken, no security from anyone walking into the building. We were told it would be repaired but it wasn't.
Shower water far too hot, impossible to make it colder and shower head leaking badly.
For the price of the room, it really needs to be repainted, furniture changed, decor changed and shower sorted as the hot water shooting out of the shower head burnt!.
