Farah (3/5): I would still repeat here if I am tight on budget, but you can find other nearby hotel of you prioritise cleanliness - The location is very near to the subway and if you want to shop for anime merchandise (somewhere like Akihabara), it’s only 10mins away from this place, Nippombashi. Shinsekai is just right in front of the place, also super duper convenient. Next to this place is Pachinko! Hence you can experience all the Japanese culture conveniently if you’re staying here. The host provides shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and toothbrush set which is very nice. The cleanliness is very bad. The apartment is old apartment I guess, but you should take care of the furniture especially around the kitchen area. The shower room is quite dirty on the wall. Also please take note to cover the window in the shower room as the window is quite translucent and it is facing the corridor where people walk and can see you bathing. I booked for 3 bedrooms, unfortunately the second room with queen bed does not have air conditioner, so some of us have to sleep on a sofa bed in the third room since it has aircond. I also asked host whether they provide rice cooker before my stay, and they said yes. When I come, there’s none and when asked the host, they said sorry for the wrong info.

OYUNJARGAL (1/5): Sad - Location Even though the air conditioner was turned on, the room was extremely cold and very uncomfortable, especially since it was still chilly at the end of March. The facilities were also very old and felt unclean to use. In addition, one of the rooms had a terrible smell, and I didn’t even want to enter it. I will never book this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

JoJo WU (4/5): 好好檢查電器用品電磁爐，微波爐，用到無法使用的電磁爐，沒有洗衣機，住進去像被騙的感覺喔！ - 住宿地點和地鐵站非常的近週邊的S超市也非常的方便，晚上如果餓了還可以下樓來找附近的拉麵店吃。民宿的電磁爐無法使用了，不能煮，不能煎魚，我們沒有辦法煮東西，當下第一時間我不斷的和民宿業者溝通來更換，第二天還是沒有來更換電磁爐，造成我們買的生魚肉生牛肉無法煮，浪費了，麻煩民宿業主提供出租的時候注意自己的電器用品有沒有壞掉。上面有寫說有民宿洗衣機就沒想到也沒有洗衣機，感覺被騙了.....

bunhana (9/5): リピーターです - ベッドルームはベッドがあるだけでいっぱいな感じでしたが、リビングが広々としていたので、７人全員が集まってワイワイ出来てとても楽しかったです。今回は調理器具も壊れてなく使えて、食器類も揃っていたので助かりました。シーツや布団カバー、枕カバー、タオル類は清潔感があります。８０１号室を利用しました。部屋の掃除の方からの報告がうまくオーナーさんに伝わらないのか、伝えないのか、伝わってても放置なのかはわかりませんが、お風呂場の排水が全くできませんでした。排水口が見えるところになく、排水するとバスタブの下からゴミと一緒に水が溢れて、床一面が水たまりに。お風呂場にある洗面台下の配管も壊れていて、水を流すとそこから水がバシャバシャ漏れていました。あのまま放置すると、階下の部屋へ水漏れしないかこちらが心配になるほどでしたので、早く修理されることをオススメします。あと、ベッド以外の寝具のシミや汚れは気になります。清潔なカバーが用意されているので、何とか使えますが、予めカバーがセットされていれば、寝具の汚れが目に付く頻度もさがるのかな。。。

스카이 (5/5): 잠 만을 위한거라면 엄청 추천 - 에비스초역 5번 출구 바로 옆이여서 너무 편했고 츠텐카쿠 전망대가 보이고 슈퍼에 편의점 24시간 스키야 마츠야 요시노야 등 음식점이 주위에 많아서 좋습니다. 침대가 커서 자기에는 편했습니다. 늦게 들어오고 바깥에 자주 있을 경우 잠만 자는 거라면 매우 추천합니다 제가 썼던 곳은 화장실 냄새가 많이 나고 물을 쓸때 옛날식 처음 써보는 수도방식이라 샤워기에 가끔씩 엄청 뜨거운물이 나오거나 엄청 찬물이 나와서 저 처럼 처음쓰는 분이면 뜨거운 물에 데이는 경우가 많습니다. 조절을 잘해야 합니다. 그리고 캐리어에 둘곳이 많이 없어서 힘들었습니다. 와이파이도 번호가 어디에 있는 지 몰라서 헤매기도 했습니다. 위치는 티비 아래 공유기가 있는데 Qr을 인식하거나 번호를 누르면 됩니다

bunhana (9/5): 立地もコスパもGOOD！ - 立地もコスパも良かったです。スタッフさんがすごくマメにコンタクトを取ってくれて、質問への回答が迅速でした。アメニティはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、固形石鹸、歯ブラシがセットになっていて、２泊しましたが、１人１セットのみの提供。液体洗濯洗剤を２袋置いて頂けてましたが、洗濯機は無かったです。キッチンには新品のスポンジが置いてあり清潔感がありました。お鍋にフライパン、お皿やお椀にコップ&カップ、お箸、スプーン、フォーク、包丁、料理バサミと色々と揃っていました。７人の大人数だったので、冷蔵庫が大型で助かりました。電源タップも用意されていて、困りませんでした。ドライヤーは新しい物がありました。ルームクリーニングの品質・チェックが日本人レベルではないように感じました。前の宿泊客の忘れ物のタンクトップが干されたまま残っていたり、お風呂場にはかなりの黒カビ。お布団のシーツ類は押し入れの中にキレイにプレスされて置かれていたものの、髪の毛がついていたりと残念でした。ＩＨクッキングヒーターが故障しているのか、加熱するとすぐに警告音が鳴り使えなかったです。AndroidTVも馴染みがなく使い難かったです。キッチンにあるお風呂場の脱衣所に、扉やカーテンが無く、丸見えになるので困りました。突っ張り棒でもあれば、バスタオルやシーツで目隠しできると思います。７人で二泊三日。トイレットペーパー２巻は少なすぎて、スーパーにトイレットペーパーを買いに行きました。アーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウトは出来ませんでした。

Saufi Amri (7/5): Super convenient stay, though amenities could be improved - The house is very close to the subway; Ebisucho Station. It takes less than a minute of walking to reach the subway exit/entrance. The place is also very easy to find. Convenience stores are plentiful around the house. It only takes a few minutes of walking to reach Tsutenkaku Tower, and you can even see the tower from the house. The host responded very quickly to all inquiries. The toilet has no bidet even though the photos show that it does. This is very inconvenient, especially for travelers from Southeast Asia who are already used to having a bidet. The host could consider providing an iron and a washing machine, as they would be very convenient for travelers. This may be a small effort, but it makes a big difference for travelers.

Affaf Ismail (9/5): Location, surroundings, really like it! - The location itself plays an important part when you're travelling in Japan. And this place has that. The house, instructions, Exit No. 5 at Ebisucho Station, Family Mart, Lawson, Shinsekai, Denden Town, all are nearby and walking distance. Really above my expections. Exit No. 5 has a straight way up kind of stairs, unlike ziz zag stairs, which make your momentum going up the stairs easier especially when you bring your big luggage along. Maybe this is only the one i stayed. If you're a really clean or hygienic type of person, you can't stay here. I wouldn't say it's dirty, but it is still manageable. Still understandable. But the floor, not sure they have floor heater or not, but it's quite chill. Better to have socks when walking around the house. Good to keep you warm.
