Hidden down one of the many narrow roads and surrounded by restaurants and shops yet very quiet. Entry instructions were very clear and the room was very comfortable. • Hatice (7/5): Uyumak için iyi bir yerdi. - Temizdi, heryere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Bir otel gibi değil, konuk evi. Belirli saatlerde 10-18 arası resepsiyon var. Kahve makinası, çay kahve malzemeleri var ama ortak alanda su yok. Suyunu getirirsen kahve ya da çay alabilirsin.

L’hôtel en lui même était propre et beau La petite salle commune était sympathique Emplacement géographique au top Au vu du prix de la nuit… la chambre ! Celle-ci avait une forte odeur d’humidité, de même pour la couverture, et il y avait sur les murs des énormes traces de moisissures et d’humidité. Bon courage pour les personnes allergiques.. Rapport qualité/prix par rapport à la chambre n’est vraiment pas bon. C’est dommage car tout le reste est vraiment top dans cet hôtel

• benoit (8/5): - Emplacement central Je pensais qu avec un nom de "posada" ce serait un hôtel et non c est une série de chambres avec une personne à l acceuil ( qui ne fait aucun enregistrement vous devez faire vous même et je déteste faire le boulot pour lequel les autres sont rémunérés) Chambre moderne équipée au minimum Pas de chaise Rien pour poser ses affaires de toilette dans l a salle de bain Et surtout aucune personnalité cette chambre aurait pu être à Berlin Stockholm ect..Un peu moins de gris et de noir et plus d espagne et d Andalousie dans la déco.

Très facile d’accès avec digicode à la porte centrale et porte de la chambre ! Personnel très agréable Le rooftop est très beau et donne vu la cathédrale ! Petit bémol sur notre chambre donnant sur la rue est comme souvent en Espagne c’est légèrement bruyant la nuit mais avec les boules quies plus de soucis !

We asked them to give us iron. We couldn’t manage to understand each other. We had a problem about bath drain. It didn’t work, bath floor was becoming pool. We asked them to solve problem, they accepted to deal with the problem, but they didn’t. Not having small refrigerator in the room being a this hotel concept I know but asking money for luggage keeping was interesting.

• Julio (10/5): RECOMENDADÍSIMO - La instalación y la ubicación son excelentes. El trato del personal es de lo mejor, son amables y atentos con sus huéspedes. Si quieres estar cerca de todo, inmerso en el casco histórico y disfrutar de una estancia muy cómoda, este es el lugar. Volvería, seguro. El precio es un poco elevado, pero todo en el casco histórico es así, pese a eso, esta fue de las mejores opciones.

Quartiere fantastico, pulito, informazioni per self check in precise, receptionist gentilissima, rapporto qualità/prezzo/posizione da 10. Quando tornerò a Siviglia alloggerò sicuramente di nuovo li.

La reception chiude alle 18, se dopo hai bisogno c’è un numero da contattare che è inutile perché ti dicono che al momento non possono fare nulla perché appunto la reception è chiusa. Purtroppo mi sono ammalata e in camera c’era solo il lenzuolo, ho chiesto una coperta perché in camera non c’era. Ho chiamato il numero indicato, la signorina gentile ma appunto mi hanno detto che non potevano farci nulla al momento e che avrebbero cercato una coperta il giorno dopo. Per il prezzo che ti fanno pagare (come un hotel 4 stelle o superiore) inaccettabile che non ci sia una reception.

Ansonsten ist es eher ein gut gelegener Airbnb-Komplex mit einer teilzeitbesetzten Rezeption, welche zwar freundlich ist, jedoch keine Entscheidungskompetenz hat. Die eigentliche Kommunikation findet umständlicherweise abwechselnd und nicht vollständig via Whatsapp und die Booking-App statt. So erfuhren wir erst an der Rezeption, dass die zeitlich beschränkte Gepäckaufbewahrung zusätzlich kostet. Dieses "anonyme" Konzept mag für eine andere Zielgruppe passend sein. Für mich jedoch nicht und ich hätte dies noch gerne vor dem Buchen gewusst. Leider deutet in der Bewerbung der Plattform nichts darauf hin. Die Betreiber täten gut daran ehrlicher zu werben.

• Maria (7/5): It is a very comfortable and clean residence in a great neighborhood close to excellent restaurants. - Great location. Very clean comfortable bed and friendly staff. Very easy check in and check out. It is a lively street so is quite noisy til late at night. And the garbage pick up in the early mornings is very loud.

• Johann Georg (8/5): Lage und Ambiente top, Ausstattung maximal mittelmäßig, Person sehr nett - Die Lage in der Altstadt, direkt neben dem Viersternehotel Rey Moro, wo ist ein exzellentes Frühstück in einem wunderbaren Ambiente gab, die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Giralda, die Nähe zur Kathedrale, circa 400 m. Das Zimmer war insgesamt geschmackvoll ausgestattet, aber es gab keinen Stuhl, wenig bis kaum Ablage-möglichkeiten im Zimmer und Bad

Abbiamo faticato ad addormentarci a causa de rumore del locali sottostanti. Per migliorare il servizio metterei a disposizione dei clienti il mini-frigo, ciabattine e spazzolini monouso, trovati in soggiorni a minor costo, sempre nel centro di Siviglia.

J’ai adoré le toit terrasse, qui permet de voir le coucher du soleil et les monuments éclairés. Chambre charmante, chouette salle de bain (douche à l’italienne) et petit balcon donnant sur la rue. La literie , matelas trop mou à mon goût.

Daar er niemand was 's morgens en we dus niet waren ingelicht hebben we ondanks het betaalde ontbijt ergens anders iets moeten zoeken.

I was given a ground-floor room with no proper external window, no natural light, and no ventilation. The room faced the entrance door of another room rather than the outside. This was not at all disclosed during the booking process. Had I known the room effectively had no real window or daylight, I would not have booked it. It was a box room,not a proper room and I can not beleive they rent it at all,not to mention the regular rate.
