• Stefano (1/5): - Ho effettuato il check in nell’appartamento e l’ho trovato in condizioni inaccettabili, secchi pieni di spazzatura, lenzuola e asciugamani buttati per terra e sporchi, sporcizia generale, e la cucina piena di scarafaggi. Ho contattato l’host e mi ha risposto che non era stato effettuato il servizio di pulizia dopo il soggiorno dei precedenti ospiti e che lui non poteva intervenire. Non prenotate questa struttura!
• Bernd (1/5): Schaben - Die Lage 1. Bei Ankunft war der Schlüssel nicht am vereinbarten Ort. Nur durch Zufall haben wir den Schlüssel bekommen (Nicht so schlimm, kann passieren, sollte aber nicht) 2. Gestank im Treppenhaus 3. Der absolute Hammer. Schaben in der Küche. Unfassbar. Da wir Abends und Tagsüber nicht in der Unterkunft waren, ist es uns erst am ersten Morgen kurz aufgefallen. Eine kleine Schabe im Waschbecken. Doch am Abend des zweiten Tages: Dutzende Schaben. Auf der Arbeitsplatte. In unserer Tupper. Auf unserer mitgebrachten Kaffeemaschine. In unserem Kaffee. Im Kühlschrank. Wäre es nicht so spät gewesen und wären nicht unseren Kids dabei gewesen, wären wir sofort abgereist. Ekelhaft und ungeheuerlich. Das muss an das zuständige Gesundheitsamt gemeldet werden. • aicha (1/5): Non andateci - La struttura è piena di scarafaggi tedeschi, alzando le tovagliette americane ne sono usciti una ventina, altri nei mobili della cucina, intorno al frigo, sul fornello, vicino al forno, qualcuno tra le doghe del letto , alcuni nascosti nel ferro bucato se ne vede uno che fa capolino nella foto da me aggiunta, ho pianto avvilita, siamo arrivati molto tardi e la prima notte l abbiamo dovuta per forza trascorrere qui, noi genitori svegli a vegliare sui figli poiché gli scarafaggi salivano sulle lenzuola. Che schifo. Dovevamo stare 2 giorni, L host mi ha scritto che ci saremmo dopo il suo lavoro, non si è fatto ne vedere ne sentire più, ho pagato 2 notti, ma la seconda non ci abbiamo voluto dormire e siccome era 15 agosto la seconda notte in un albergo ci è costata tantissimo( 180 euro una notte), la Svizzera non scherza con i prezzi. Il proprietario non ha risposto neanche a Booking e non mi ha restituito manco i soldi della seconda notte, per i miei gusti booking non mi ha tutelata, la sera del 14 agosto non ha risposto la mattina si sono scusati ed han chiesto dai 5 ai 10 giorni nel frattempo mi ha chiesto di mettermi in contatto con l host che non rispondeva. Oggi, dopo 11 giorni mi fanno " un premio" di 25 euro, manco del rimborso di 75 euro della seconda notte non usufruita. Uno schifo sia dell host svizzero, e dalla Svizzera non te l aspetti, che da Booking. Delusa!
• Zsigmond Péter (6/5): A svájci árakhoz képest olcsónak tekinthető szállás, ár érték arányban jónak mondható. - Egy régi ház, csendes falusi környezetben, néhány száz méterre két templomtól. Jól felszerelt konyha, főzési lehetőséggel, kényelmes étkező 6 fő számára. Közelben 2 vendéglő étkezési lehetőséggel, szomszéd településen Aldi és Lidl bevásárlási lehetőséggel. A teljes házra (nem csak az apartmanra) ráfér egy alapos rovar irtás!!! Éjszaka villanyoltás után a csótányok nagy számban megjelennek. Szerencsére volt nálunk rovaritó, azzal a sarkokat körbe fújtuk, és a kis lámpákat égve hagytuk, így a bogarak nem jöttek elő. Az ételeket pedig a hűtőszekrényben tároltuk. A tisztasággal egyébként szerintem nem volt gond, a fürdésnél a melegvízzel kell spórolni, mert 5 fő esetén a meleg víz elfogyott a fürdőszobában.
• leonhard (2/5): - Gar nichts Die kakerlaken, die löcher im bettlaken, das finstere alte haus und die stickige luft waren nicht nach unserem geschmack.
• Taliano (1/5): Le scarsissime condizioni igenico-sanitarie hanno reso il soggiorno un incubo. - La struttura si presenta molto sporca e infestata da scarafaggi, rendendo quindi il soggiorno impossibile. Nonostante aver messo l’host a conoscenza della situazione, non ha risposto ai nostri messaggi e non si è reso disponibile in alcun modo. Gli scarafaggi erano presenti in ogni stanza dal bagno alla cucina e alle camere da letto. I lenzuoli erano bucati ed erano presenti anche evidenti danni strutturali.

• Raminder (1/5): Orribile - C'erano un sacco insetti in tutto appartamento, non utilizzabile la cucina perché c'erano gli insetti, durante la giornata mancava l'acqua calda per la fare la doccia, di notte faceva caldo non c'era ventilatore o aria condizionata
• Evgenii (3/5): Don't recommend - Parking right next to the house Check-in starts at 6 pm, which is very late in itself. We arrived at 6:30 pm and found the apartment being cleaned. The cleaner didn't react to us at all, although he saw us and we greeted him several times. He didn't even apologize for the apartment still not being ready for occupancy. Then the cleaning lady came, she was confused that we were already there. In the end, we waited in the hall while they cleaned all the rooms. The hall was still uncleaned. We didn't even notice when they left without saying a word. They left us with only one towel for three people, trash from the previous tenants, and an unpleasant synthetic sheet with a hole in the middle. We asked for a couple more towels, but they didn't even respond to our message. Cockroaches are running around the apartment, there are just a horde of them in the kitchen. Hot water appears and disappears randomly. Although the apartment itself is not bad, the attitude of the owners is very unpleasant.

• Perih (1/5): Bad - A huge disappointment happened in the evening when I went to the kitchen to get some water. I turned on the light and saw cockroaches everywhere. It was extremely unpleasant - I've never seen anything like that before. The whole night was ruined.
• Mikhail (10/5): Exceptional - Super spacious apartment, the kitchen has a convenient layout and a nice oven. Fast WiFi (over 80 Mbit/s), and a really big smart TV our whole family enjoyed!

• Lusine (7/5): Cheap but not quite comfortable - Very cheap for Swiss standards, clear check-in instructions, fair size of the rooms Warn-out property: low ceilings, squeaky floors, cockroaches in the fridge and very uncomfortable beds.

Cooking stove not functioning, because it is gas powered and firestarter didnt work... Ceiling is like on 190cm... Floor is so loud
• Deepubm (6/5): Pleasant - The size of the flat which was much bigger than expected and location was good. Not clean, outdated flooring which makes hell of a noise, insects and cockroaches everywhere. My kid was so scared.

• Asiyegül (8/5): Very good - In a country like Switzerland, you can't find a better place for the price. The house has everything you need. It has a private parking lot. The house is very warm and useful. The oven was very dirty and there was no tray. The ceiling of the house was very low, my brother who is 190 cm tall had a hard time. The bed in the small room of the house was too narrow for 2 adults, maybe small children could be comfortable, my mother stayed in the living room. It would be good if they added detailed directions to the address, we had difficulty finding the entrance door.

• Arnab (9/5): Awesome stay at Ebnat-Kappel, Mitteldorf - If you want serenity, away from hustle, this is the THE best. Lonely, peaceful, within the community. Have eateries and MIGROS very close to it. Snow capped peaks is very clear. Ebnet Kappel and WATWIL, both stations are reachable. One of the 6 Panoramic train passes though Watwill towards Lucern - Voralpen Express. Place is very warm. This property has 2 bedrooms, 1 large drawing room. The location is itself out of a postcard. Can reach by bus (Ebnat-Kappel, Mitteldorf). This is towards East of Switzerland. So check beforehand, if this place is a good fit for your itinerary. For example Interlaken OST is more than 3:30 HRS away from this place using public transport. So plan accordingly. Again as said, this location is not for one with very elaborate travel plans or very tight schedule.

• Kumaravadivel (8/5): Nice stay - Great house in a nice location. Private parking is available next to the house. It is good for a family. Easy check-in and check-out was great. Hot water was not consistent.

• Viktor (3/5): Poor - Location, Parking and the size of the apartment. It was relatively Cheap. In the building there was a bad smell. Inside of the Apartment there were cockroaches. Hygiene is questionable. Beds were very unconfortable

• Martin (1/5): Good first impression, destroyed by the presence of many cockroaches. - Overall the apartment is nice and spacious. Communication with the host was good and instruction on how to pick the keys up and enter the property was good. The area is quiet and allowed a good night sleep. However I cannot give any more than 1 for the issues described below. The first impression and feeling that the apartment was clean was misleading as within the 30 min of our arrival we have found the first cockroach in the kitchen. Overall we have killed one big cockroach on the staircase leading to the apartment with five big and at least twenty small ones in the kitchen. We have also killed eight or ten small ones in the bathroom. Additionally, the ash tray full of cigarettes' buds was left on the balcony, what added to our disgust (photos attached). I have informed the host on the issue who said the bug killer will be informed, but that did not changed the fact that we had to deal with the issue ourselves. For the money we've paid, having cockroaches in the property is not acceptable. Overall, I would rather avoid.

• Sunny (10/5): It was a very comfortable stay - The apartment was spacious with several rooms, with all necessary amenities. The view from our balcony was just great, with the mountains in the background and one of the four village churches nearby

• Jeevan (8/5): Lovely stay at Ebnet in this apartment - Very spacious apartment. The kitchen has all facilities like dishwasher, burners for cooking and utensils. Heaters warm up quickly. Host is attentive to help. Just to add a few as inconvenience Sometimes heaters go off at night, a microwave would have been awesome. In the morning after sometime like 9:30 am we did not get hot water in bathroom ( only in kitchen ). The ceiling is bit too low, so for tall people it might not be comforting.

We had to look for another option which was much better for us at the end but this hotel is not serious with bookings! Totally lack of commitment, besides they wrote us a message in German to say sorry we can’t honor your reservation !

• Zhivko (9/5): Superb - Very clean and spacious apartment with all necessary amenities. Equipped kitchen and comfortable beds in the bedrooms. At 200 m there are shops with everything you need for your stay. It is convenient for parking if you are traveling by car. I recommend. The internet was very slow for uploading data, it made my work difficult. The sockets in the whole apartment are only Swiss standard and I had to buy an adapter. I left it in the apartment to serve other visitors as needed.

• Eftichia (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment. Really big and comfortable, very suitable for a family of 4-5 (2 double beds and one couch). The house has a full kitchen, functional at every aspect, very beautiful and spacious. Big comfy sofa and smart TV. The beds were good. Every room has different flooring and different high/level, which resulted in stumbling every time we walked into a room, to the short edge. The bathroom needs some work to be done, it was outdated and somehow not ergonomic.
