• Orinta (6/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Size 1. No cleaner even once in 1 and a half month I paid for this 492£ ( full ignore for this from management) 2. Graveyards view ( not mentioned on advert ) 3. Come to not ready place underwear and hair around the property. ( full ignore about this again )

• malika (9/5): Sensational - Host was amazing & highly responsive throughout my stay. Apartment was clean and had a great few nights. oven was complicated to use, however the host did offer assistance.

• S (1/5): Bad - The negative action out ways any positives. When we checked in at the apartment, we were handed a key card to a flat. Whilst out at a conference late afternoon, was I sent a Whatsapp that we were in the incorrect flat. The host asked if he could move our belongings which I categorically advised a NO. We would arrive after work and move our belongings He ignored my answer and gave instructions to move our belongings from clothes (clean and dirty, food, valuables, etc) to another unit. Chronic medication went missing during this move. And other guests dirty items (from a previous stay) were moved with ours. The apartment we were moved into was not cleaned nor ready for new guests. I am greatly concerned that both the host and Booking.com have ignored such an action and violation of basic hotel service and refuse to address this. Therefore from a risk and safety point, we would not recommend that one books these apartments.
• Noora (4/5): New, but older than old ! - I’m not sure if I can say I like it !!! Looks beautiful in the pictures… and when you write the property management staff you get immediate respond… but unfortunately no action !! The location, the apartments view, overlooking a graveyard! The location is not in very area I would say … the apartment it self is not clean, not well equipped, so you can’t even prepare cup of tea for more that two persons at time!!! The iron board is broken, and the list goes on… I wrote to the property manager, but no action taken… just keep receiving “sorry for inconvenience “ … not sure what to do with that!!
