• Navanil Barua (4/5): stay only if you are travelling light - the location and the prompt response of the host. The room is too small for 3 people. a third bed forcefully placed leaving no room even for the TV which is placed on top of Wardrobe. There is no space for luggage. crockery cutlery inadequate as there is no knife to peel your fruits.

• IVAN ALFONSO (6/5): No esta mal pero facilmente mejorable. - La ubicación no estaba mal, cerca del metro y te plantas en el centro rapido. Tenia justo debajo una pizzeria muy buena y una panaderia. Es un piso que esta dividido con 3 puertas con llave y tu entras a tus habitaciones con baño. No esta mal para lo que es roma.. pero muy justito todo, limpieza, el sofa cama no era muy comodo, la ducha de la cal salia disparado el agua hacia todas partes.. creo que con muy poquito mantenimiento podrian mejorarlo mucho.. pero vamos no esta mal ya que en roma es dificil encontrar cosas que no sean muy viejas..

• Ayad (7/5): Very good location - Very good location: 5 minutes to the metro station, Bars, Restaurants, Supermarket, Pharmacy.. everything just around the corner. Host friendly and reliable. The apartment was clean and tidy. The walls are too thin that you would think someone is showering or coughing in your bathroom in the morning; so forget about sleeping in ... but it is ok - get up and go out there is much to see in Rome! There is a microwave, but no stove.
• Valentin (8/5): Cozy apartment - Cozy apartment near the subway. Very good communication in English, everything was smooth. Free espresso capsules. Noisy AC There is no breakfast available at location, just vouchers for a nearby restaurant.

• Despoina (7/5): Convenient location - Convenient location right in front of te Furio Camillo Metro Station, with a variety of stores, cafeterias and restaurants nearby. Hosts replys very fast and the communication about the check-in & check-out was very clear. Well sun-lit. Plenty of amenities in the room, such as hair dryer, iron machine, coffee machine etc. Unfortunately the room was not properly cleaned when I arrived, with dust on the night stands and dirt on the floor. The bathroom rug also had some weird small white pieces on it. Breakfast was not worth it. Even though we paid a good amount of money for it, we were entitled to only 3euros worth of food/coffee to a nearby cafeteria. Walls are very thin and we could loudly hear the other tenants everytime they would arrive/leave the facilities.

• Cristiano (8/5): Confortable place to get to know the city. - The room is confortable and clean. The breakfast is not really included in the price, we recieve a 3€ voucher and have to pay the difference.

• Saad (7/5): Thr apartment has its pros and cons - 1- There are a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes near the apartment 2- A metro station and several historical locations can be found relatively close to the apartment 3- The apartment is secure 1- Difficulty in finding a parking zone close to the apartment 2- Caution should be taken when using the elevator as it doesn’t feel very rigid 3- The sofas in the apartment look like they haven’t been cleaned in forever; thus, finding a bug in it was no surprise

• Shaimaa (8/5): It was great. I recommend this room 👍🏻 - The room is in a place very close to shops, restaurants,metro station. I could reach all these places on feet. The bed is so comfortable, the room is quiet ,relaxing and looks exactly as the photos . Mr Fabio is amazing, he contacted me the day before my arrival to arrange my check in time. Despite I arrived earlier than expected and before the check in time Mr Fabio allowed me to put my bags and arranged the cleaning of my room to finish early then contacted me when the room is ready . He is extremely helpful and friendly, l discovered that all my devices chargers are not compatible with the electrical plugs here , he went and bought an adapter for me in 10 minutes. The lady was helpful as well and brought me an iron when l needed it🥰 It was my first time to come to Italy and to visit room but it was an exceptional one😍if l decided to come again l will rent the same room . House number is hidden behind the trees. It was difficult to find it when arrived but Mr Fabio remained following me by phone and WhatsApp till l found it 😁
• Galina (10/5): The stay was wonderful. Fabio is a great host. He welcomed us warmly. He responded to all our questions - sent us links - The apartment is very nice and clean. It is in a great location, two minutes to the metro. Lots of dining and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
