• Yune (1/5): Si quieres dormir entre cucarachas este es tu sitio. - No me gustó, cuando entramos todo bien, el problema fue cuando encendimos las luces y empezamos a abrir los cajones, estaba todo lleno de cucarachas, una vergüenza. Nos ponemos en contacto con los que llevan eso, y nos dan la solución de que al día siguiente nos venían a fumigar. Le dijimos que no, que eso no era una solución, ya que estar dentro de una casa donde van a fumigar no es sano para nadie. Bueno, que aún estamos esperando solución, cogí dos noche y lo pase ninguna de las noches. Se niegan a devolver el dinero. Son unos estafadores, y si te gusta dormir o pasar tu tiempo libre entre cucarachas, este es tu sitio, ya que estaban hasta por el sillón. Una vergüenza de alojamiento, y una vergüenza que booking en estos caso no tenga la potestad de devolverle el dinero a los viajeros. ADJUNTO VÍDEOS
• Marlene (1/5): - DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE On the day of arrival, the lift in the building was not working, and we were required to carry all luggage up to the 4th floor. The apartment itself had multiple issues. The shower drain did not function properly and flooded the bathroom within minutes. The washing machine had a strong foul smell, and clothing had to be rewashed. Throughout the day, the power and internet were cutting out repeatedly, which prevented us from attending a scheduled online work meetings, forcing us to leave the apartment to find another place with a stable connection. Although this is not ideal, all these issues could be managed during our stay. We also discovered the apartment was heavily infested with cockroaches. Not just a few but dozens everyday of varying sizes. They were in the bathroom, kitchen, on plates and cutlery, on the kitchen bench, on the couch, crawling on the bed and the apartment walls. A large one was found under a bed pillow. This made the property completely uninhabitable and deeply distressing. Due to the late hour, we stayed one night, then purchased insect spray the next morning in an attempt to manage the infestation. However, the situation was clearly beyond control, and we had no choice but to vacate the property that same day, as it was not safe or sanitary to remain. It is extremely concerning that a property in this condition is listed on booking.com. An accommodation where insects crawl over guests while they sleep presents a serious hygiene and health risk. We complained about it to booking.com but they said they couldn't reach an agreement with the accommodation, only giving us some credit back that only covers 15% of the total amount we spent here (even though we could only stay 1 night out of the three).

Csótányos, későn lehet átvenni, felkészületlen ügyintézők, csoda, hogy bejutottunk. - A lépcsőházba, ahol a szállás van, egyszerűen nem lehet bejutni, ha nem jön arra véletlenül egy szomszéd. A szállást kezelő ügyintéző a szállás címével sem volt tisztában. Ahogy a hasonló hozzászólásokra adott válaszokból látszik, a szállásadó rendkívüli cinizmussal kezeli a csótányhelyzetet, az év bizonyos időszakairől ír, bár érdekes módon a másik lakás, ahova menekültünk, teljesen csótánymentes volt. Két nap után elhagytuk a szállást, nem töltöttük ki a teljes kifizetett időt. Több száz csótány lehet a lakásban, 20-30 megölése után is tele volt a lakás. Az evőeszközökön, az edényeken és a konyhapulton rohangáltak.

• Gaia (7/5): Accogliente e in una posizione comoda in quanto vicina ai servizi, ma l’interno della struttura non è molto pulito e in - La posizione è eccezionale, a due minuti dalla fermata del bus e a cinque minuti di camminata dalla spiaggia. Un market è presente letteralmente di fronte al portone della struttura. L appartamento di per sé era comodo e accogliente, una cosa che abbiamo notato è il fatto che fossero presenti molti insetti come scarafaggi e formiche, nonostante fossimo al quarto piano e nonostante noi dessimo continuamente l’insetticida.

• Cristina (7/5): - La cama muy cómoda y el estudio estaba limpio Nadie nos recibió para abrirnos, el portero de la calle no funciona y no podíamos entrar. Tuvimos que esperar a que por suerte saliera un vecino y nos abriese el portal. Fatal por parte del anfitrión no poner solución de inmediato. En el baño solo tenía dos sobres de champú y un par de pastillas de gel para el cuerpo para 5 días que íbamos, normalmente nunca he tenido que preocuparme por el aseo del baño en ningún lado porque siempre ha habido bastante.
