• Ekaterina (9/5): Amazing experience! - The property was clean and comfy, kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. The Oeschinensee lift is like 15min walking distance from the apartment. We could use the laundry in the basement which was nice after hiking with the kid ) We felt safe in the apartment, surroundings appeared to be calm and picturesque. Our host was more that responsive and provided detailed instructions on contactless check in. It was really easy. Parking for the car was kindly provided by our host and located nearby (free of charge). Apart of Oeschinensee we highly recommend visiting Blausee (15min by car). It was quite challenging to get how the laundry system works.

If I decide to return to the same city, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful home.❤️ Only one thing, If you have big SUV car like what I had, will not fit in the parking crag, but you can park out side.

• Désirée (8/5): Sehr schönes Winterwunderland :) - Es hatte alles, was wir für eine Nacht brauchten. Wir waren zu dritt und sind spät angereist und früh wieder gegangen. Einen Spiegel für alle Personen war für uns eine Challenge. Es wäre schön, noch einen zusätzlich ausserhalb des Bades anzubringen.

• Taija (8/5): Nice, comfortable apartment in quiet area, - I like quiet location, so as this was located just outside of the "center" this was a great for us. It takes only 5-10 minutes to walk to the restaurant or to the grocery. Bedrooms were nice and big enough and bathroom was renewed very nicely. It was really nice that there was a small bottle of wine and chocolate waiting us at the kitchen table. Also a big plus for the communication before arrival, Kitchen is very tiny so if some people are sitting by the kitchen table, it´s hard to go to the fridge or cook.

Menos mal que hice un vídeo de todo el apartamento al entrar y hacer el check in, por lo que tenemos pruebas de que eso ya estaba así
• Anatolii (10/5): An amazingly beautiful place - This is an unbelievably beautiful place to stay for the night—or even better, for two or three nights! The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. It has everything you need, especially in the kitchen—lovely dishes and all the essentials for cooking (we were particularly pleased to find spices, which are rarely provided). The beds are comfortable, and the view from the window is absolutely stunning. There’s a pleasant, gentle sound of the nearby river. Everything is thoughtfully arranged with great care for the guests! We will definitely choose this apartment again when we return to this wonderful location. There was a small issue with the bathroom sink—the water sometimes drained slowly. It seems the drain was a bit clogged, but it wasn’t critical and didn’t cause us much inconvenience.

• Abcc5851 (10/5): - Bien centré, le bâtiment se situe dans un endroit calme. Nous avons pu accéder plus tôt que prévu. Le personnel est très sympathique et les échanges courriels ont été faciles. Appartement grand et salle de bain particulièrement spacieuse. Bonne literie. Thé et café à disposition. Balcon Impossible de faire fonctionner la T.V. Manque quelques barres ds la salle de bain pour les linges et un tapis de bain.

The host is kind, helpful, and always available if needed. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely go there again!
• Arun (9/5): Perfect for a small group - stunning space and great host - Everything is great - host is very attentive and communicative, the house is clean and comfortable, the views and balcony are gorgeous. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the lovely welcome gift and the kitchen well stocked with essentials, like coffee, oil and spices. Location is very nice on the main street in beautiful Kandersteg. For 6 people to stay, two are sleeping on the couch rather than a sofa bed. It was plenty big for two people and clean and comfortable, so not a problem for us. The only thing we didn't like were the pillows, which were very thin.

We cooked and eat outside in the balcony hear the sound of river look at the beautiful mountains.The parking also so easy. Love the sun in the morning through the window . We really have amazing day there. Literally no, I should have book more days just chill there not doing anything.

• Leah (10/5): Perfect Winter Getaway! - My family and I stayed in this accommodation over the Christmas holidays and we were blown away! We absolutely loved the location and the accommodation. The apartment had 2 bedrooms along with a good sized living room and kitchen. It was spotless and looked to be newly renovated. The host was very responsive, helpful & kind. The location is just a short walk from the Kandersteg train station, very quiet & has unbelievable views out of every window. We would highly recommend staying here! Nothing.

The apartment catered for everything that we needed. The views were amazing. Restaurants and shops are close by. Aleksandra is amazing and always responded to messages promptly. I would definitely be back to visit and hope to get same apartment. Highly recommended. We loved everything and have no complaints at all.

The host responded very quickly whenever we asked questions. Although the location is a little far from the train station, it’s manageable through a short walk.

The unit was large, had everything we needed to cook and have meals in. Near two groceries/markets as well. The balcony was huge and we enjoyed a nice bottle of wine while looking at the alps. Highly recommend!

• Peter (10/5): Excellent apartment at Kandersteg. Best choice! - Very new and well equipped apartment with everything you need. We stayed for 2 nights and were very comfortable in the apartment. Location is excellent too, just a short 10-15 min walk to the Kandersteg cable car station. There are coop and other small supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance. Garage was provided too. Host was helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Really enjoyed our stay here. I think it’s the best choice in Kandersteg! Nothing at all!

The rooms offered stunning panoramic views of the alpine landscape, immersing us in the captivating beauty of Kandersteg. The lodgings were impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, blending modern amenities with rustic charm. The fully equipped kitchen made indoor dining a delightful experience. Ms. Aleksandra's flexibility in accommodating a late check-out was greatly appreciated and exemplified the lodge's commitment to guest satisfaction. The presence of a car garage added a layer of convenience, and the check-out process was effortless. For those hesitant about the lodge's novelty, rest assured that this hidden gem offers an unparalleled retreat. Its strategic location allows for easy exploration of nearby attractions. I wholeheartedly give the Swiss Alps Lodge a 5-star rating, as it provided an extraordinary mountain escape surrounded by awe-inspiring alpine vistas. The price was fair and reasonable but could have been little better for $250 a night was a little steep for me. Otherwise everything else was flawless.
