Improvements needed - location is good. central place, with restaurants around. the building is extremely old and badly maintened. 3rd floor without elevator and double stairs per floor (looks like 6th floor). Apartment not prepared with essential items missing. Unconfortable high chairs and although it says it acomodates 3 people, this is more for only 2.
