El precio es economico a dia de hoy y ademas entra un pequeño desayuno buffet en un comedor muy amplio y agradable. La unica pega que le pongo es el olor de las tuberías en la habitacion. En algunos momentos era bastante desagradable. Tuvimos que comprar un ambientador. La ducha es bastante pequeña tambien. Calidad precio muy bien

O banheiro sujo e mal cheiro Pedi cama debaixo e disseram q preferencia quem estava mais tempo (fiquei 26 a 29), porem o rapaz cama ao lado ficou hospedado apenas um dia e também nao responderam minhas mensagens.

Frokost er inkludert, men det står ikke noe tidspunkt og 0730 var alt for sent når jeg skulle rekke et tog videre. Det burde absolutt vært mulig å ta frokosten tidligere. Greit å kunne trekke for sengene, det gjør det mere privat. Men luften blit tett så det kunne kanskje vært greit med en mulighet for en liten lufteluke som hadde blåst inn litt frisk luft uten å være til plage.

El desayuno tienen una muy mala organización nunca habia nada y la camarera cubana carece de experiencia, motivación. El café eran 2 expresos.y un litro de agua. Mi cama no tenía cortina. En general regular la ubicación y el estado del hostel. El plato ee ducha es muy pequeño con las mamparas..
- Yasmin (4/5): Vale a pena se for APENAS para dormir. - As acomodações tem certa privacidade, porém apenas dentro do possível, tendo em vista que você dividirá quarto com 14 pessoas e não há divisor entre os quartos e o banheiro, sendo este no final do corredor, ou seja, vai ao banheiro? Feche a cabine do vaso sanitário, mas todas as 14 pessoas saberão que estará ali dentro. Não há um microondas ou qualquer coisa do tipo caso precise, se quiser comprar algo na rua para comer no hostel tenha em mente que comerá gelado e em um espaço de coworking que não foi planejado para refeições.

La habitacion es super chica para el numwro de camas que ponen. Apenas y se puede una mover dentro. El elevador no servia y las escaleras eran super pesadas para poder subir el equipaje. Pagamos estancia con desayuno y fue un robo. El desayuno era lo mas pobre que pudiera ver, pan y agua. Y el servicio de las que estaban ahi era terrible. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Algun trabajador mientras estuve fuera del establecimiento se le ocurrió romper el candado que tenía puesto en el cajón que me correspondía y sacar todas mis pertenencias, en recepción me dijeron que hubo un mal entendido y tenían ellos guardadas mis cosas. El susto que me llevé no me lo quita nadie. Con disculparse lo arreglan todo

- Verified traveler (8/5): Todo nuevo y limpio. - Sólo estuve una noche pero muy bien, el cuarto era muy tranquilo, todo era nuevo y muy limpio. Se agradece mucho que las taquillas de los cuartos sean sencillas de abrir y cerrar con candado (no pesan, no hacen ruido, etc.) Los baños nuevos y limpísimos (quitando las papeleras llenas, pero eso es otra historia). las camas súper cómodas, y excepto que siempre se oyen ruidos de alguna máquina (en todos los hostels pasa); la habitación era silenciosa y la gente fue respetuosa. Incluye un desayuno sencillo, pero se agradece mucho. El personal durante el desayuno fue súper amable. A diferencia de la mujer que me atendió en el check in. Es la única pega que pongo. Estuve literalmente media hora para que me atendiese, porque sólo estaba ella y llegaron muchos huéspedes de golpe. La cosa es que cuando me atendió apenas me dirigió dos palabras, fue borde, y no me indicó NADA. Tuve que darme una vuelta para saber dónde estaba mi habitación, el buffet, cuál era el wifi...las cosas básicas que te suelen decir nada más llegar... No me indicó nada, puso mis datos, me dio la pulsera y adiós. Después de pegarse media hora con los 20 huéspedes que estaban antes de mí. Eso no me gustó mucho la verdad, deberían cuidar un poco más a la gente, con tal de que me hubiera dirigido 4 palabras con esas indicaciones, lo habría agradecido. Por lo demás, el sitio está genial por dentro, lo recomiendo. Las camas son súper cómodas y hay termostato. Los baños espaciosos. Está pegado a gran vía.

- Nomager Fabíolo (8/5): Ótima experiência - O Adventure Hostel Madrid Gran Vía cumpre com as informações descritas no anúncio. Tem uma ótima localização, possibilitando circular pelo centro e os principais pontos turístico da cidade, através de uma curta caminhada ou utilizando o serviço de metrô (há duas estações bem próximas: Gran Vía e Callao). Tanto o check-in quanto o check-out foram super práticos, como também havia uma recepção 24h para ajudar a qualquer momento os hóspedes. A equipe de colaboradores da recepção e que organizavam o café da manhã eram super educados, solícitos e atenciosos com o bem-estar dos hóspedes, algo que considero extremamente positivo durante a estadia. Sobre o café da manhã (incluso na reserva), apesar de simples, continha os itens básicos para uma primeira refeição rápida e satisfatória. O quarto era amplo, fresco, limpo todos os dias e com banheiros no seu interior. A cama era confortável e reservada (cortina, lâmpada e tomada), além disso, havia um gaveta grande (parte inferior da cama) para guardar a sua mala (pequena) e os seus pertences em segurança (é preciso ter um cadeado). O único ponto que destaco a ser melhorado refere-se ao sinal de Wi-Fi no quarto, especificamente o que estive (n° 211), o sinal era extremamente fraco e, por vezes, inexistente (basicamente durante toda a minha estadia eu precisei usar os meus dados móveis), mas acredito que isso seja facilmente ajustado pela equipe. Diante disso, recomendo o Adventure Hostel Madrid Gran Vía para se hospedar na cidade.
