• Malberti (10/5): - Appartamento grazioso, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Gioia è una host molto premurosa e gentile. Esperienza decisamente positiva.
• serena (10/5): Soggiorno stupendo , struttura da 10 ! - Struttura moderna, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, anche un balconcino molto carino. La casa è situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere il mare e il centro città a piedi senza doversi spostare in auto. Non possiede un parcheggio privato , ma nella via si trova tranquillamente posto. Presso la struttura si trovano poi asciugamani per il bagno , teli mare, e cosa non da poco anche doccia schiuma , shampoo e balsamo. La proprietaria, Gioia , è una persona gentilissima e disponibile, che si interessa alle esigenze degli ospiti.

• Melanie (8/5): - Schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Alle wichtigen Dingen waren vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war durch die Anlage und Nachbarn, vor allem das Türeschließen, sehr laut. Es sind sehr viele Treppenstufen bis zur Unterkunft. Da während unseres Aufenthaltes das Tor zur Unterkunft teilweise nicht funktionierte, mussten wir das andere Tor benutzen und somit dementsprechend noch mehr Treppenstufen laufen. Mit Kleinkind, Kinderwagen und Koffer war dies sehr mühsam.

Linens and towels were off a very high standard Lovely patio outside the looking on to the small pool Very quiet area as it’s mostly residential We walked down to the beach every day and it only took about 10mins down hill all the way The walk back up the steep hill. We tried it a couple of times but ended up getting taxis back up It was only 4 euros
• Lin (10/5): - The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed: when a button came off my clothes, they'd even provided a sewing kit, along with plenty of coffee, red wine and a large bottle of water. The interior was immaculate and comfortable, and they provided us with a sofa bed. The staff were very welcoming and gave us extremely detailed directions, making it very easy to find the apartment. The location was excellent, being very close to the beach. Beyond the balcony lies a small swimming pool, offering views of the distant mountain scenery—quite beautiful. If I return to Tenerife, I'd like to stay here again. Everything is splendid. But for reference reaching the flats requires climbing a steep incline

Facilities had everything you need: cookware, cutlery, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine. There are beach towels and sun umbrella you can borrow. Wifi was super easy to login to. Just scan QR code. Was stable and fast. In summary it was the best place we have stayed in so far. But be aware that you will have to do some hill walking and there are some stairs at the complex. • Maria (10/5): - Very nice apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay, a caring hostess who is always available. The only downside is the limited storage space, but if you're staying for a few days, that's not a big deal.
• Mikhail (10/5): - Gioia is a wonderful host, contacted us in advance and we were welcomed as special guests. Apartment is clean and fresh, kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Town center with restaurants is 10 minutes away walking, parking is easy on the nearby street.

Gioia ist eine außergewöhnlich herzliche, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die wirklich alles dafür tut, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Sie war jederzeit via WhatsApp erreichbar, kümmerte sich um jede Kleinigkeit und überraschte mich sogar mit einem individuellen Frühstück, weil ich erst spät in der Nacht ankam. Ihre zahlreichen Insidertipps machten den Aufenthalt noch schöner – man merkt einfach, dass sie ihre Gäste mit echter Freude betreut. Das Apartment selbst war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – und noch viel mehr. Eine moderne Küche mit allem Nötigen (Mikrowelle, Kaffeepadautomat und Waschmaschine), viele Handtücher für jeden Anlass und ein Schlafkomfort auf höchstem Niveau – Matratze und Kissen: 10 von 10! Auf der Veranda konnte man wunderbar frühstücken, während der kleine Pool direkt davor zum Abkühlen einlud. Die Lage ist perfekt: ein hervorragendes Gym nur wenige Meter entfernt, Supermarkt und Ortszentrum bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, der Strand ganz nah – mit einer wundervollen, kilometerlangen Promenade zum Spazieren und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Umgebung ist sicher, ruhig und voller freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Menschen. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war einfach alles fantastisch - ein riesiges Dankeschön an Gioia ❤️

Є навіть одноразові зубні щітки, розчіска і нитки для шиття. Господарю варто проводити майстер-клас із облаштування апартаментів! Окрема вдячність за гостинці та можливість залишитися після 11:00 у день виїзду. Ви неймовірні — до вас хочеться повернутися мінімум на три місяці! 💛 Все сподобалось, але наступного разу візьмемо машину, щоб зручніше було діставатися!

• Giorgia (10/5): - Scrivo questa recensione solo ora perché, terminate le vacanze, sono rientrata nella mia vita frenetica di tutti i giorni, ma ci tenevo a lasciare un feedback. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato da Gioia a luglio durante le nostre vacanze a Tenerife e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, molto spazioso e accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La posizione è ottima perché a pochi minuti ci sono supermercati, ristoranti e la spiaggia di Los Cristianos, quindi è tutto a portata di mano. Noi abbiamo noleggiato un’auto per spostarci sull’isola e lo consiglio vivamente: i prezzi sono davvero convenienti e permette di visitare tante zone bellissime di Tenerife, anche se già l’appartamento è in una zona molto servita. Il condominio è tranquillo e silenzioso, perfetto per rilassarsi, e Gioia è stata una host disponibile e attenta, sempre pronta a dare consigli utili. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole che consiglio a chiunque voglia passare le vacanze a los Cristianos. Sicuramente ci torneremo! ❤️🌹
• Laura (10/5): - Muy buen apartamento, con todo lo que necesitas para pasar una semana de vacaciones. Se agradece mucho que tengas unas sillas para bajar a la playa y una sombrilla. Esta a 5 minutos en coche de la playa.

Merci à Gioia et Enrico qui sont très attentionnés. Il y a un volet dans le chambre mais qui laisse passer le jour, à part ça tout était parfait.

• Purgatorio (10/5): We had a great time, will be back on our next trip to Tenerife! - The apartment is very nice, super clean and has everything you need on vacation. The location is also very comfortable, the city center is on a walking distance, as well as the beaches (Playa de las vistas and others). The neighborhood is quiet and full of services (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bars). The parking is right in front of the house and, if needed there is also another big parking very close to there. The most exceptional service was given by the owner, Gioia, who helped us during all our stay. She even gave us the apartment before the established time! We loved our stay and we look forward to going back again.
• Indre (10/5): What a lovely little gem in Los Cristianos! - First of all, the hosts are the friendliest, kindest people and went above and beyond to make my stay fantastic. I can’t thank them enough for helping me get to the apartment late in the evening and for all the thoughtful little treats and touches throughout my stay, as well as their helpful recommendations. The apartment itself is perfectly located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Both the bed and the sofa are incredibly comfortable for sleeping and relaxing, and the quiet neighbourhood ensured I had a peaceful, restful stay. The apartment is modern, newly decorated, and clearly prepared with great care—it was spotless and felt so fresh. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a relaxing stay while still being close to all the amenities.
• Milda (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was beautiful, cozy and clean, all the equipment was new and in perfect condition. The location is great. The host is really friendly. The swimming pool was unfortunately not working during our stay, I understand that this was beyond the host's control. Despite this, the host did everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Also I would prefer self check-in and check-out for added convenience, but it wasn’t a big problem.
