- Karin (10/5): Zentrales, ruhiges und sauberes Hotel zum fairen Preis - Sehr zentrale Lage, sodass vieles zu Fuss erreichbar war. Obwohl das Hotel in einer belebten Umgebung ist, war ein ruhiger und erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Die Mitarbeitenden, Emma und Ta Trung (ich hoffe, dass ich den Namen richtig geschrieben habe) waren äusserst zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und unterstützend bei der Tourbuchung. Kommunikation, Bestätigungen ect. folgten asap per whatsapp.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. The location was perfect for exploring Hanoi, with many attractions, restaurants, and cafés nearby. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They also kindly upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra charge, which made a huge difference for us while backpacking and made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything during the stay was smooth and enjoyable. The only small downside was that the road outside is on one of the main streets in Hanoi, so it can be a little noisy at times. If you’re a very light sleeper it might be slightly difficult to sleep, but this is nothing to do with the hotel itself, which was excellent throughout our stay.

Mais le staff est vraiment top, j’ai même eu un surclassement gratuit ! Peut être un peu vieillot, Hanoï est très humide donc il y avait quelques traces de moisissures dans la chambre et le wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien dans la chambre.

Especially one guy with good English (unfortunately didn’t get his name), he goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, also they collect reviews and really trying to fix problems and leave good impression Mold, poor quality renovation, dated furniture, no shelves in the shower. There’s nothing to do with luxury, don’t be tricked by the hotel name.

- Aline (8/5): - Très bon emplacement, on n'entend pas les bruits de l'extérieur (par contre entre les chambres on entend bien surtout quand les voisins sont bruyants), propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut et une grand salle de bain. Personnel qui s'arrange si besoin (on m'avait préparer un sac pour un petit déj car je partais tôt), et une belle attention à la fin qui fait plaisir. Petit hôtel donc pas beaucoup de monde c'est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner plutôt asiatique ne m'a pas forcément plu. Voisin bruyant, et j'étais l'étage juste en dessous du bar donc j'entendais parfois la musique.

- Cherry Lyn (9/5): - My family of eight stayed for three nights at Trang Trang Luxury Hotel, booking three rooms. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Breakfast was served each morning promptly and offered a wide selection of food. The ground-floor family suite (good for 4 people) had moisture and odour issues, as well as insects on the blanket. Although the staff addressed the insect issue promptly, the room still smelled moist and musty. My two children had reactions to the insects and smell, so they opted to stay with us in a room designed for two people (a superior queen room); four of us shared one bed. On our last day, water with an unpleasant odour from the septic tank leaked through the floor, and the staff responded immediately. Given these issues, we recommend improving or repurposing this room. Its location, proximity to the septic tank, and lack of vents or windows may cause similar problems for other guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; the great staff and service made up for the bad experience we had in the family suite.
