• Ana Belén (10/5): - Estaba muy limpio, el personal tanto de recepción como de limpieza encantadores, las camas cómodas y el baño muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. La única pega son las cortinas de las duchas q me parece un sistema anticuado pero destacar q estaban muy limpias.

• Janina (8/5): Man bekommt was man bucht. - Das Hotel steht ruhig und es gibt genug Parkplätze. Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Fotos. Besonders gefallen hat uns dass es genug Ablage Flächen gab. Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Ich würde das Hotel wieder besuchen. Der Check in erfolgt über einen Computer wo man plötzlich mit jemand von irgendwo ein Video call hat. Das fand ich unangenehm da es auch wirklich länger gedauert hat und ich die ganze Zeit vor der Kamera stand, das war komisch.

• Gustavo (5/5): Sin calefacción aunque dice q tiene - El precio Ponía q tenía calefaccion y era mentira. Eran mediados de mayo, hacia frío y lluvia. Había un edredón fino, la calefacción no funcionaba y llame y me dijeron q en mayo no funciona la calefacción porque ya es casi verano. Toallas escasas. Pedí cama grande de matrimonio y me dijeron q si, pero eran dos pequeñas juntas.

• Laviell (3/5): - Il n'y avait personne de présent sur place alors que normalement l' heure n était pas encore dépassée. J'ai loué avec l' option plus cher pour avoir une baignoire. Mais il n'y avait pas de baignoire comme cela était décrit dans la réservation. Le fait d' avoir été dupé et payé plus cher pour une prestation que je n' ai pas eu . La baignoire n'était pas présente voir les photos ci-jointes.

• Daniela (1/5): Eine schlaflose Horrornacht wegen extremer Lärmbelästigung, Angst durch Flurkrach und Bettwanzen im Zimmer. - Ich möchte mich ausdrücklich bei der Mitarbeiterin bedanken, die am Morgen Dienst hatte. Nach einer für mich sehr schwierigen Nacht war sie extrem verständnisvoll, freundlich und aufrichtig bemüht, die Situation zu klären. Sie hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und die Stornierung meiner weiteren Nächte sowie die Rückerstattung in die Wege geleitet. Auch wenn das Haus selbst Probleme hatte, war der Service dieser Mitarbeiterin tadellos. Vielen Dank für die menschliche und unkomplizierte Hilfe! "Ich kann von dieser Unterkunft nur dringend abraten. Das Hotel liegt ohnehin schon abgelegen in einem Industriegebiet, aber der Aufenthalt selbst war unzumutbar. Die Wände sind so dünn, dass ich über Stunden lauteste Sexgeräusche aus dem Nachbarzimmer ertragen musste. Hinzu kamen ständiges Gepolter und extremer Krach auf dem Flur, sodass ich mich zeitweise sogar bedroht fühlte und Angst bekam. Als ich dann auch noch Bettwanzen in meinem Bett entdeckte, war das Maß voll. Ich habe noch in derselben Nacht storniert und mir fluchtartig ein neues Hotel gesucht. Wer Wert auf Hygiene, Sicherheit und Schlaf legt, sollte diesen Ort meiden

• Michal (5/5): - We're saddened to leave bad review as the place was very clean, videocall checking well managed, parking just outside, all was actually really well. And at the price it would have been amazing. Apart from the fact that we needed a good night sleep which we did not get. We stayed in mid-April. As we entered the room a sauna heat hit us. Luckily we could open the window. Well... Did not help. After being open fully for over 2h we gave up as the mosquitos were entering, blocked it with the net curtain and partially the blinds as closing it completely was not an option as the heat somehow wasn't going away. We kept on waking up sweating and mind you, we both like heat and keep our own places heated to 24C all year round. As we had with us a car fridge, we had a thermometer and by 6am the temperature only dropped to 26.8C in the room. There must be a laundry room next door or something because this was not normal. And as per the nature of the area, lorries and machinery started making a lot of noise from 6ish. This probably wouldn't have been an issue if we could have kept the window closed, but that was not an option. My partner grabbed coffee (even for me while I'm banned from caffeine, but driving that tired would be dangerous) and a sandwich. The sandwich was also very good and so was the coffee. Real shame. If this is the only room this hot, then the place would be better off keeping it permanently OOO. If the whole building is like this (corridors were just gone) then an AC is absolute must. We couldn't wait to get the hell out of there, tired and with a long journey ahead of us. Luckily this was the only bad sleep of the trip.

La ubicación está bien si vas a moverte en el entorno del polígono industrial. La cafetería cierra los fines de semana. El sábado se puede desayunar en el centro comercial que está cerca, pero el domingo fue un problema, porque estaba también cerrado.
