• Zhao (1/5): Very bad！ - There is nothing to improve because we cannot even stay here. We cannot check in at all. This has been the worst experience I have ever had on Booking. We had booked a three-night stay in advance, with a total cost of 337 euros, and clearly accepted the additional charge of 10 euros per hour after 22:00. Before payment, the property never mentioned that check-in after midnight was not allowed, nor did they provide any information about such a restriction. On the day of arrival, our train was delayed, and I informed the property in advance that we would be arriving later than expected. Despite this, the property cancelled all three nights of our reservation exactly at 00:00 and charged us 267 euros. After the cancellation, I attempted to contact them multiple times, but they did not respond at all and offered no explanation. Because the reservation was cancelled in the middle of the night, we were forced to spend the entire night outside on the street, with nowhere to stay and no possibility of arranging new accommodation at that hour. It caused significant inconvenience and stress during our trip. If you do not want your entire booking cancelled at midnight due to a delayed train, lose your money, and end up spending the night outside, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. La peor experiencia que he tenido en Booking. Habíamos reservado tres noches con un coste total de 337 euros, y aceptamos pagar 10 euros por cada hora después de las 22:00. Antes del pago, el establecimiento nunca mencionó que no se pudiera hacer el check-in después de medianoche ni informó ninguna restricción.
