• Damian (9/5): Apart from the one very small minor thing I didn’t like, the property is great, never any issues what so ever is peacefu - I have stayed here multiple times and never had any issues of any kind, host very helpful especially for my first time with directions to the property. Always clean, fresh bedding, yes bathroom is not in your room however it is your own bathroom. Great location especially with a gym on site as well. Only thing I didn’t like, which to be fair they did try to sort/provide is an ironing board and iron. You do have a half/small ironing board which I haven’t attempted to use as honestly I don’t think it would work. But that would be the only thing to improve would be a full size ironing board.
• Iman (1/5): Nooit meer - Locatie Contact alleen via whatsapp, geen gesprekken. Ik heb een aantal keer gebeld bij aankomst er wordt niet opgenomen. Het is een shared appartement, de "privé badkamer" zit niet op de kamer, maar is buiten waar andere kunnen komen. Kamer kan op slot, maar ondanks dat voelde het voor mij niet veilig om alleen samen met andere in een appartement te zitten. Ik had liever dat ze dit in de omschrijving hadden gezet, samen met al hun andere eisen. Dan had ik het nooit geboekt.

• Dälken (10/5): Gut man hatte alles was man brauchte - Die Freundlichkeit, Flexibliät, es war immer einer erreichbar, der Weg zum Hotel wurde super durch Fotos und Videos auf WhatsApp gezeigt. :) Auch super in der Nähe der U Bahn Station und Restaurants :) Wir würden aber nochmal kommen :) Leider war es von Samstag auf Sonntag abends ziemlich laut, es wurde an Türen geklopft und diese auch zugeknallt :/ Bettwäsche haben gestunken und Haare waren drauf vorhanden :( Badezimmer Wasserhahn war nicht sauber wollte man eher nicht duschen :)

• HUANG (10/5): - The location is perfect, just next to the subway station. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Get good rest for my trip here.
• Marwin (3/5): - Point positif emplacement bien situé métro et bus. Attention annonce très mal formulé vous aurez une chambre dans un lieu partagé avec une salle de bain « privé » mais vous devez traverser le couloir commun pour y aller avec de plus le fait que vous ne pouvez pas laisser d affaires à l intérieur car on ne peut pas fermer à clé de l extérieur.

• hong (4/5): 第一晚水斗下水道堵了，洗漱非常不方便。只能睡睡觉，其他都不方便。 - 唯一优点就是是有电梯，但是也要爬很多台阶 只有床和电视机，烧水壶 微波炉 冰箱 洗衣机都没有，浴室是隔一个走廊，私密性很差。

Within minutes you can reach Soho, Covent Garden, and the London Eye. The apartment is clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very kind, helpful, and always attentive to any needs. We had a really pleasant and relaxing time — a truly ideal place to come back to after a day out exploring the city. Absolutely recommended, and we’ll definitely come back! Nothing
• Ismiranda (10/5): I probably will stay here again if next time I come for visit - The property access is very close to public transportation, the area itself is very nice to scroll along the wharf area. With value of money spent, the room size is OK for me, wifi also very good. The host also very helpful. Unfortunately I can’t extend anymore because the room already booked for next guest. I don’t have anything to complain. The bathroom is separated but I have it for my self. Bathroom is spacious and very clean.

• Mitchell (7/5): - The room is fine, the location was right next to the bus station wich was realy nice, didnt meet any host but talked by whatsapp wich worked great The warm water in the bathroom is not enough to fill the bath after a while the tap only gave cold water, besides that the bathroom is a good size

The preferred check-in time is between 2-4pm which I struggled with as a late booking and had work, but the host did make alternative arrangements, which was very helpful!

The person we were suppose to meet for the room key at 3pm never showed up and didn’t answer their phone, then finally sent us instructions via message on what to do and where to find the keys which were very odd.

• Traveltavern (1/5): Far below average. Disgusting bathroom and manky bedsheets. One of the worst stays ever. AVOID. - Not a lot. It was near my meeting so I guess that was the saving grace. The other thing I liked is that I only had to endure this dump for one night. The room itself was basically a spare bedroom in someone's flat. It was filled with the odour of cheap rose fragrance, spray. Like someone's gran had deceased in it. the bedsheets were old, manky, thin and uncomfortable and the room was overlooked by the entire neighbourhood of flats in the courtyard. The bathroom was atrocious. A serious plumbing and cleanliness issue that was just left to rot by the owners. They couldn't even be bothered to keep it clean maintained. The drains were completely blocked and backed up so when you took a shower you were just standing in 5 inches of filthy water and it reeked of sewage. absolutely revolting. The sink was the same, backed up, dirty water filling the sink. The toilet was stained wth encrusted faeces, I mean at the very least CLEAN THE TOILET. Just gross.
