• István Hugó (10/5): - Minden rendben volt, a lakás tiszta volt, a szállásadó pedig nagyon kedves. Külön figyelmesség volt részéről a bekészített kávékapszula és a szódakészítő gép :) A konyha pedig valóban jól felszerelt.

• Irma (10/5): - Smještaj i vlasnik su za same riječi hvale. U apartmanu imate sve što vam treba. Blizu je centra,osiguran parking i mir. Definitivno se vraćamo opet. Hvala vlasniku na svemu.
• Katalin (9/5): - Nagyon szép, tiszta szállás. Nagyon jól felszerelt, apró figyelmességekkel, mint kapszula a kávéfőzőhöz, tea, cukor, só, fűszerek. Kényelmes ágyak. Távolabb volt a szállás a karácsonyi vásártól, kb 4,5km. Másik kényelmetlenség pedig, a fürdőszobában volt a WC is, ami néha kellemetlen volt, amikor reggel, ébredés után mindenki sietne a mosdóba, ki ezért, ki azért.

• MARIA LETIZIA (10/5): - Appartamento spazioso, dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario per vivere la casa come se fosse la propria, indicazioni tempestive e precise del proprietario.
• Eial (10/5): Your dream house in Graz - If there was more then 10 to rate, this place would get it. Clean, modern, house welcoming, all the needed facilities in plave - for the dishwasher, for the washing machine and dryer, even soda stream. The location was great, close to everything we needed. Absolutely nothing.
• Adel (9/5): Pleasnt stay in Graz - Really we liked there is something like a satisfying feeling in the property, everything nice , the simple balcony is a plus’s the sound proof windows are nice too ,it is comfy near the center , air conditioned, washing machine,car parking , we felt comfortable ☺️ The apartment is tastefully decorated the appliances are new put some old pieces of the furniture are there and ,I have an issue with the old furniture, it gives me negative impression.i wish they where less , fresh paint on the chairs stained one of our cloth, the dish washer smelled egg that was not nice.
• Madalena (10/5): Impeccable ! - Tout était parfait! Appartement spacieux et très bien aménagé, décoration très soignée et de très bon goût, cuisine complète et petite buanderie très pratique. Climatisation dans les chambres. Petite terrasse très agréable avec vue sur jardin et montagnes. De plus l’appartement est situé à environ 8’ à pied de la station de tram qui nous emmène en centre-ville de Linz en 15’. La disponibilité de Lukas et la communication fluide avec lui ont été un atout positif.

• Bobiša (10/5): Fantastic. Bravo!! - Everything was fantastic. Parking, clean, comfortable, friendly and extremely organized owner. High recommendation. The bathroom doorknob has a bad sound, especially at night.
• Mary (9/5): Superb - Well-stocked kitchen. Bedrooms were good size. Rather eclectic furnishings made it interesting. Giant TV with Netflix and other streamers. Parking was in alley right behind house. Luckily, the renter's dad was there upon our arrival because based on the email we received I thought the lockbox with the key was outside of the building. Had to hunt down the washing machine and dryer which are right inside the main door (behind closed door) and found a washing machine between the ground and 1st floor behind another door. A full-length mirror would have been nice.

• Mateo (9/5): Great value for the money - Great flat with all what you need and more. There were even kids books and games. Lovely decoration, comfy beds and great blinders to sleep without any light. Fully equipped kitchen, and private parking spot.
