• Shannon (1/5): Disgusting - Location. It’s was disgusting very messy not cleaned at all. Air conditioner filter disgusting beyond belief. Dust every where shower scum every where not cleaned toilet dirty finger prints and scum on items through out the apartment. Management sent people into apartment when we were not there and with our permission. Management not willing to compensate us at all and just referred us to booking.com which we have contacted them with no response.
• Lauren (6/5): Average. - The size of the apartment. Tv remote didn’t work. It was a bit dirty particularly the bathroom and blankets.
• Robert (4/5): Disappointing - Easy to walk to catch trams, close to marvel stadium, convenience of supermarket, bottle shop, pharmacy Cafe very close by. Got a message on the day of checkin that keys were lost had to walk a couple of block to get keys. No fob for carpark which became annoying as had to intercome in and out each time we left and explain the situation to the carpark very inconvinenet. Also was not parked on no.inated level due to not having appropraute access, car got broken into despite it being a "secured carpark" with muliple things taken, resose from accomodation " sorry for the inconvinence" thats it! Very dissapointing!! Apartment not very clean, walls filthy, build up of shower scum in bathrooms/shower, heater doesn't work properly to heat up apartment, quiet cold Area is quiet, not many places open not necessarily bad thing but would be nice to have some resturants etc open.

• Anthony (10/5): Great location, super comfortable apartment - The location was perfect. Close to Marvel Stadium and being directly next door to Woolworths is a massive plus. Plenty of good food options nearby too. Tram stop pretty much right outside the building front door too is super handy (even though we decided we needed the exercise and walked into the CBD it was nice to have available). Instructions could be a little more clear on how the remote works with the garage and boom gates upon initial entry. But one phone call to the staff and everything was perfect and sorted with no drama.

• Desiree (6/5): Great location, good value for money - Great location, quiet building Room needed a good clean (wasn’t filthy but wasn’t spotless either). Having more than one set of keys would have been great as you cannot leave the complex if you do not have a set (need chip for elevator) which made it difficult if everyone travelling wanted to go to different places
