- John (6/5): Well equipped but a bit tired. Air con was very inadequate fir the height of the Spanish summer. - Views and the village of Frigiliana. The villa isn’t really suitable for folk with mobility issues. Not obvious from the ads.
- Monica (8/5): Large Villa with great views in a good location - Large villa with plenty of seating areas and nice terraces with sweeping views. Pool area was lovely . Walkable to Frigiliana. Communication from the hosts was good and they facilitated an earlier check in for us. Parts of the Villa need some tlc. Aircon units in the bedrooms constantly turn off after about 15 minutes. Instructions say they have contact and motion sensors, but they turn off regardless. Pool towels were fine but bath towels need replacement. The fifth bedroom is not in the main villa but is a separate annex to the front of it . This is not mentioned in the listing and we found out accidentally after booking. It’s a decent sized room with its own bathroom, but has no internal access to the villa and whilst other bedrooms have views over the valley, the window of the annex overlooks the entrance steps and the washing line! It may suit some, but did not suit our group and we should have been aware of it before booking.

And walkable to town The lift, heat for lower bedroom area, and entertainment room were in disrepair. Staff provided one space heater after we notified them. Splits also constantly turn off. No rugs , bare walls throughout, no lights above bathroom mirrors, plastic picnic table cloths on indoor dining tables and a broken sofa near the pool table. While it was too cold for the pool, the pool deck had no chairs or chaise set up. It is not luxury and not worth the high price. I haven’t listed all the bad points. I requested a partial refund but owner refused.

- Linda (9/5): Fabulous place to spend our holiday with the swimming pool and proximity to town. - The property was clean & spacious with a beautiful view from the balconies and a walk of about 15-20 minutes to the centre of the main town. All bedding, towels and beach towels were provided. There was also plenty of kitchen/dining equipment. . The air conditioning on the top floor master suite was out of action awaiting repairs-
