• Paula (2/5): No pudimos alojarnos, no pudimos contactar con él a la llegada y nos cancelaron la reserva - Nos pidió disculpas y estuvo dispuesto a alojarnos, pero desde Booking nos recomendaron no hacerlo ya que no sabíamos cuál había sido el problema realmente y que consecuencias podría tener durante nuestra estancia. Cuando intentamos volver a reservar, ya no era posible. Acordamos la hora de llegada con el anfitrión y una vez allí, llamamos y enviamos mensajes pero no nadie nos respondía. Después de unos 40 minutos apareció una persona y, al preguntarle, nos dijo que era él el anfritrión pero que no se había acordado de nuestra llegada y que se le había apagado el móvil. Perdimos dos horas mientras esperábamos una respuesta y mientras nos realojamos, ya que se había cancelado la reserva y no teníamos donde quedarnos esa noche.

• Natalia (10/5): Teneryfa - Apartament jest bardzo ladny, zdecydowanie spelnil nasze oczekiwania. Dobrze wyposazony, w kuchni bylo wszystko. Tak samo byla pralka. Z plusow- byl plyn do mycia naczyn czy do prania, wiec zdecydowanie pomoglo to w organizacji. Przepiekny wikok na ocean. Z miejscem parkingowym na sasiedniej ulicy nigdy nie bylo pronlemu. Bardzo mily wlasciciel. Czasem byl troche brzydki zapach w lazience. Lozko niewygodne. Brakowalo mi jakiegos stolika czy szafek nocnych zenby miec miejsce na odlozenie telefonu, i innych mniejszych rzeczy.
• Jack (9/5): Excellent stay at Ocean front apartment - Beautiful view of the ocean from the apartment. Kitchen has most appliances. Ease of parking near by. Need a car to stay in the apartment. Manager promised that we could leave our luggages in his office but later changed his mind after we arrived at the premise that we should check in at 4 pm.

Great location in La Paz with lots of places to eat nearby, in a quiet area and close to the bus station. Would definitely recommend! Nothing
• Maria Teresa (8/5): - La terraza del apartamento tiene unas vistas impresionantes,además está muy bien equipado de menaje y todo está nuevo. Antonio fue muy amable al recibirnos. A la terraza le falta una mesa ,ya que solo tiene dos sillones y la mesa de dentro es fija por lo que no puede sacarse fuera.

• Dagmar (10/5): Spektakuläre Aussicht auf den Atlantik - Sehr schönes, sauber und gepflegtes Appartement mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den Atlantik. Das Meer ist quasi zum Greifen nahe. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär!Die Wand zur Terasse ist komplett verglast, so daß man auch im Bett liegend noch auf den Ozean schaut. Mit geöffneter Terassentür hört man dazu das Rauschen und Tosen des Meeres. Wir waren absolut fasziniert davon und haben diese bequem ausgestattete, ruhige Wohnung absolut genossen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat uns auch gefallen - neues Mobiliar, zweckmässig und bequem.. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und es fehlt an gar nichts. Das Bett ist super bequem und hat sehr gute Matrazen, so daß wir erholsamen Schlaf fanden. Das Badezimmer mit bodengleicher großer Dusche ist super sauber und mit ausreichend Handtüchern und Pflegemitteln bestückt. Die Innenstadt sowie die historische Altstadt sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. Da la Paz eine belebte Gegend ist, findet man aber auch schon in ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuss vom Appartement aus eine recht belebte Einkaufsstrasse mit sehr vielen Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten, kleinen Shops, Hotels etc. Das macht die Sache sehr einfach und sehr praktisch. Das heisst, das Appartementhaus selbst liegt in einer sehr ruhigen kleinen Seitenstrasse aber man hat es gar nicht weit bis zu dieser grossen Einkaufsstrasse, so daß man sich gut versorgen kann. Der Check in verlief problemlos und einfach. Antonio, der Besitzer dieser Wohnung, ist ein sehr netter, freundlicher Herr, der uns persönlich empfangen und alles gut erklärt hat. Ein wirklich sehr netter, hilfsbereiter, unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Wir hatten diese Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt unserer Entdeckungen in den Bergen gewählt. So konnten wir durch die nah gelegene Bushaltestelle schnell und problemlos die wunderschönen Städte in den Bergen erreichen und dort herrliche Wanderungen durchführen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und können sie gerne weiter empfehlen. Je nach Wetterlage kann es im Badezimmer etwas unangenehm riechen, was sich aber schnell durchs Öffnen der Fenster beseitigen lässt. Nichts, was der Wohnungsgeber ändern könnte oder zu verantworten hat.
• Sebastien (7/5): - Appartement bien rénové, spacieux, lumineux. Très belle vue sur l'océan. Pas trop loin du centre ville. Parking relativement aisé à proximité. Nous n'avons pas testé l'équipement de la cuisine. Seul bémol, nous espérons vraiment qu'il s'agit d'un coup de malchance mais le linge de lit, draps et taies d'oreiller, sentaient très fort le linge mal séché au point que toute la pièce sentait mauvais.

• rimkel (9/5): - Gerai įrengti apartamentai su gražiu vaizdu į vandenyną. Apsistojome tik vienai nakčiai, tad viskas tiko. Automobilį reikia parkuoti toliau esančioje gatvėje. Patarimas norint palengvinti procesą - įrengti raktų dėžutę patogiam atvykimui, nes turėjome tiksliai nurodyti kada atvyksime, kad mus įleistų, o tai nėra patogu keliaujant. Ir virtuvėje praverstų šiek tiek druskos, aliejaus, arbatos.

• Simone (8/5): - La vista oceano rende l'appartamento suggestivo. Appartamento perfetto per 2 persone per fare pochi giorni. Gli spazi non sono tantissimi Sarebbe da migliorare la doccia vista che c'è ancora il tendone. Aggiungerei dei cuscini piu comodi

• Norbert (9/5): Amazing view - New interior, fabulous view, calm location, comfortable bed, good communication with the owner. I missed the table and chairs on the terrace so I could have breakfast there while enjoying that beautiful view.

• Arnis (8/5): Ok for a night - The flat is inside an apartment block facing the sea. It seems that all the building is like an apartment hotel where all the rooms are rented out to tourists. Outside it looks a bit weared down, but inside it looks quite well maintained, spacious and clean. The view is beautiful- facing the ocean. Since it faces the north side, the sun does not really shine in, maybe in the summer months a bit before sunset. The area La Paz itself is quite touristic with mainly German speaking crowd around and therefore also restaurants primarely serving German food. There is no parking outside the place, you have to seek spaces in the streets close by. Upon check-in, which was in person, we didn't get informed that there is renovation going on in the flat just next to us. It meant that from 8.30am we had to hear noises from building works and workers shouting, as well as the smell of their cigarrettes as they smoked indoors, plus the dust once you open the terrace door. Luckily, we left early, but if you would stay longer and, for instance, wanna spend a day chilling on the terrace - that would not be pleasant at all.
• Andrius (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartament , with great views from the balcony. Newly renovated. Great location only few minutes walk from town centre.
