• Zsolt (8/5): - Great apartment, great location, easy check-in. Well furnished and equipped with everything you'd need. Double bed is on the smaller side.
• Eduardo (6/5): - La casa parece recien reformada y esta muy bonita. La zona es muy buena, bien comunicada. El apartamento nada mas entrar tenía arena de playa, pelos en las sábanas y en las toallas, la vajilla estaba sucia, las ollas con aceite... Los propietarios se disculparon pero no ofrecieron mandar a alguien que de verdad limpiase, tuvimos que limpiar nosotros la mierda de los anteriores inquilinos... Poca iluminación. El aparcamiento en la zona no es tan fácil.
• YVO (7/5): - Appartamento tranquillo d notte, possibilità di parcheggiare in strada vicino all'abitazione. Siamo state praticamente fuori tutto il giorno ma posso dire che c'è poca visibilità verso l'esterno. Il soggiorno/cucina ha un unico ingresso in parte finestrato (con traslucido) che dà luce naturale all'ambiente interno. Il bagno è cieco e dotato di ventola (che sarebbe da pulire).

• Dragan (9/5): Great base for exploring the area - The location is excellent, right in the centre of the town with many restaurants, cafés, and small shops within walking distance. It’s a great place if you want to experience a more authentic local atmosphere rather than staying in a large tourist resort. The area felt lively and welcoming, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The beach is also very close. The apartment is functional, nicely organised, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time there, and it worked well as a base for exploring the island. The apartment felt a little smaller than expected for four adults (but guess it's fine for a family), and the walls between rooms are thin. We always found a parking space a few minutes’ walk away, so not an issue.

• Sławomir (9/5): - Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Czysty, schludny, nowoczesny. W sam raz na krótki pobyt z rodziną. Zlokalizowany w miejskich uliczkach, ale ma to swój urok. Klimatycznie. Blisko do wielu ciekawych kulinarnie knajp, restauracji. Smacznie! Dobre miejsce startowe w kierunku plaży czy wypadów po wyspie. Bezpośrednie wejście na uliczkę, ale było cicho. Bezpiecznie.
• Alexandros (9/5): A pleasant stay, very close to Teresitas beach - - Proximity to Teresitas beach, only a few minutes walking - Cleanliness - Combined washing machine and tumble dryer - Plethora of kitchen utensils - Shops and restaurants/coffee shops in the neighbourhood - Entrance to the properly only with a code, reliant on a battery-operated device. If batteries go dead, there might be a problem to get in.

• Laurentius (9/5): Perfect voor 3 tot vier personen ..aanrader!! - Teresitas home 1 was heel erg goed gelegen (midden in het dorp, begane grond)auto geparkeerd recht voor de deur!! Het mooiste strand van Tenerife op loop afstand!Het appartement was heel erg compleet , ook voor langer verblijf geschikt!! Waren er 2 dagen en zouden graag langer zijn gebleven maar helaas waren er nieuwe gasten op komst.. we komen hier zo snel mogelijk terug … Echt top👌👌 Niets

• Daria (10/5): Great place for a family holiday! - The apartment is clean, cozy, and beautifully renovated with modern furniture. Everything for cooking is available and in perfect condition. The beds are super comfortable, we slept very well. A lovely bonus was the beach toys – our child had so much fun! We would definitely recommend this place.
• JESUS (8/5): Optimizado para rentabilizar como AT/VUT. - Un bajo limpio y recién reformado. No es nada malo, tan solo… por reseñar. Está todo “optimizado para la rentabilidad”: Lo más barato del IKEA en muebles y utensilios y los albañiles más baratos y chapuceros de la comarca. Si pones inducción, asegúrate de que las sartenes son para inducción, de lo contrario… de nada sirven más que para la foto.

Fue un solo un par de detalles uno de ellos era que una de las rejillas de Aire acondicionado del techo estaba floja y medio caída y la quite por precaución ya que tenía niñas y la otra era que los mandos de la tele no tenían batería, estaban gastadas
• Łukasz (10/5): - Duże czyste mieszkanie, w pełni wyposażone, w kuchni jest wszystko co może być potrzebne, lodówka, opiekacz, kuchenka mikrofalowa, piekarnik oraz pralka. Klimatyzacja sprawna. Blisko do pięknej plaży. Sklepy spożywcze i restauracje w pobliżu. Dobra baza wypadowa na trekking do Parku Anaga.

• Mihnea (10/5): Exceptional - If you are looking to stay on the small fishing village among the locals, that is the perfect location. The peoples are very friendly and will not bother you unnecessary. In the neighborhood you will find nice small restaurants, owns by locals with excellent traditional food. The apartment is nice designed and you have any things that you need to stay there for a long period of time. If you have a car, you might have an issue with parking the car , in special over the night. It seems that is not a restriction to park in the streets. However, the unwritten rules is first come first serve. The streets are very narrow and some of them have only one way to drive. On those streets you can park only on one side of the street. In the case of the apartment's location you only can park on the left side of the street, being one way and narrow. However , we find that near to the beautiful beech Las Teresitas, there is free parking place. It is safe, and we park the car there every night. It took us a nice 10 minutes walk from our apartment.

• Adrianno_es (10/5): So far best stay on Tenerife - Great place, few steps from Teresitas beach, just by the market and bus stop to Santa Cruz. Apartment was lovely, decorated with taste and equipped with everything you need during few days stay. Bed was comfortable and we got two types of pillows so we could choose between its hardness. One more thing - we appreciated small gifts in the fridge 💛
