• Jo (8/5): Great location and host - It was in such a great location with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Plenty of power points and chargers. Very comfy couch. No airconditioning in the rooms they were very hot and a very tiny shower. We are a basketball family who are all 6ft plus and the shower was just too small.

A bit too many rules and check out requirements. - Lovely furnishings and facilities The bedrooms were quite small, and the only shower cubicle was so small that my tall, large son could not get in without leaving the door open. The owner gave us a list of cleaning instructions before we left, which were a bit over the top.
• Robyn (10/5): Stylish, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location - We booked on the day and Kathryn was immediately responsive and helpful. Check in was clear and straightforward because of good instructions. The apartment was stylish, clean and really comfortable. The beds and sofas were really comfortable. We really relaxed. The location was quiet and, if it hadn’t have been raining, it’s so close to the beach. It had everything we needed.

• Norazlin (9/5): Lovely stay in a homely accommodation - Clean and homely. Secure parking in a quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen was fully equipped with complete range of crockery and utensils. If you drive, no issues with connectivity to central as the apartment is located in a private residential area. Clear instructions from the host, Kathryn. NIL
• Anonymous (9/5): Comfortable, clean and easy to get to apartment near the city. - Very well appointed apartment with little things like lots of ways to charge your phones in each room and lounge area. Spacious and generous kitchen and appliances. Good instructions on how to get into the apartment and park the car. Perhaps a more scenic view would have been better but then we were only there for one night and so didn't need that in the mix. Location otherwise was close to town.
• Carl (8/5): Property was great owner need to change her attitude though - Very clean and comfortable Nothing with the property however communication with the owner at the end was very disappointing. Her cleaners accused us of a couple of things that we didn’t do and the owner accused instead of asking. One was to do with the keys and her text message to me was you need to return it immediately. Surprise surprise the cleaners found it exactly were it was placed by me which was exactly where I found it when I arrived. Also accused us of sleeping in 3 beds when there was only 2 of us. Maybe they wanted more money

• Lisa (9/5): An impressive apartment and excellent value for money. Thanks to Kathryn and Michael for a great stay. - It was both comfortable and elegant. The high quality appliances and abundant kitchen items made it feel like a home away from home. It was also close to the beach and all amenities. Overall it was excellent. Just a couple of minor suggestions to further improve the experience would be the provision of top sheets and air conditioning in bedrooms 2 and 3.

Our teenager kids absolutely loved it, even asked us to extend the stay just because of it. Would be nice with a tissue box in the living room.
• Margaret (10/5): Exceptional - We found The Loft was well designed, comfortable, spotless, it had a well equipped kitchen, the main bedroom was spacious as well as transporting the luggage and food from the garage to the apartment was easy with the lift conveniently located close by. The first time getting into the apartment seemed difficult however following the text instructions forwarded to me we managed without a problem.

Kathryn is a wonderful host, with very clear instructions and easy communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to have stayed longer. The bedrooms were quite cold, but there was nothing to dislike about the apartment.

• Christine (10/5): Absolutley stunning apartment - This property is absolutely beautiful. From the high end furniture and space to the well equipped kitchen for cooking our breakfast. With our group of 5 adults there was so much space and we never felt on top of one another. All beds were comfy and the rooms are laid out with lovely furnishings and toiletries. Our communication with the owner was outstanding and Kathryn was very helpful and at hand when we needed her. This property is a perfect getaway and a lovely home away from home! I would highly recommend!
