- Farai (1/5): Pictures do not represent what this hotel looks like - The pictures are not a true reflection of this hotel -. It's more like a really bad motel probably more ideal for back packers. We arrived at 3am with kids and the rooms were provided looked nothing like what the pictures showed. The rooms were stuffy and smelly - curtains had stains. We had booked sea view rooms but the rooms overlooked the next door building wall. We could not sleep there as it was that bad and requested for a refund and at 3am with a 3yr kid had to look for alternative accommodation - so we had to incur additional accommodation costs to sleep elsewhere. Still seeking recourse for a mis-sold and mis-represented product.

Gatan som vi bodde på var mycket känd för uteliv fram till 02-03 på natten. Rekommenderas till singlar 😉 själv var vi ett par. Personalen var trevliga. Ett familjedrivet hotell där Pappan är en Stjärna 💫🤩👌 Vi är vana att rummet städas varje dag, här behövde vi säga till att det är dags att städa!

- Anonymous (1/5): The Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! - Staying at this hotel in Antalya was hands down one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment we arrived until the day we left – it was a disaster. Breakfast: The breakfast was so bad, I wouldn’t even feed it to animals. Tasteless, poorly presented, and downright disgusting – I don’t even want to imagine what their kitchen looks like behind the scenes. Cleanliness: The hotel was absolutely filthy. After every shower, the bathroom would flood. The sink was barely attached to the wall, the mirrors were dirty, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Towels and bed linens were stained, the pillowcases looked used, and the balcony was covered in dirt and dust. Even the soap and toiletries looked unhygienic and suspicious. Swimming Pool: We were told we’d be able to use the pool two days after arrival because it needed cleaning. We stayed for seven days – and it was still dirty and closed. Even if it had been clean, the pool is located next to a public street with no privacy at all. Anyone walking by can watch you swim – it’s ridiculous. Staff: The staff were rude and unprofessional. They knocked on our door constantly and made inappropriate comments. When I requested our room to be cleaned again, I was told the cleaner was “on vacation.” The Worst Part: We took the hotel towels to the beach – which no one told us was against the rules. The towels were included in the price we paid. After using them and handing them back for washing, a staff member showed up at our door with the hotel manager and accused us of “ruining” the towels, demanding we pay 1000 lira. Nowhere in the hotel or on their website does it say you can’t take towels to the beach. When we protested, they threatened to charge us 5–6000 lira if we “kept doing this.” At checkout, we were charged 1500 lira because of the towels, and even accused of dirtying the bed sheets – which is completely normal after a beach holiday! We were treated like criminals over something that

The view of the sea is lovely! It's on the main road along the coastline, and there was a huge amount of party noise Fri/Sat/Sunday nights. Unfortunately the hotel did not have soundproofing as we could hear thr conversations of people walking by, arguing in the street, the loud music from the bars next door was too much. If you have a baby/toddler and you wish them and yourself to sleep, this is not the hotel for you. But if you enjoy a good party, this is perfect for you.

While the property has a lot to offer, the rooms and toilet were quite small. It didn’t take away from the overall experience, but a bit more space would have been ideal.

- Shuaib (8/5): Nice clean hotel with free shuttle service to a beach - Contrary to many negative reviews, I found the hotel quite nice and clean. They have a shuttle arrangement to Larena beach with free pickup and drop off. They also have a swimming pool. The rooms are rather small. But manageable. Even though they said the breakfast is served until 11 am, they started winding up at 10:15.

Lied about many facilities. - - The breakfast was decent and satisfactory. - It's more economical to pay with cash in lira rather than using a card in a foreign currency. We had additional 60 euros commission for paying 1070 euros. - There are good beaches nearby, however they are paid. If you come before mid-April, they will be closed! If you want to swim before the season, don’t come here! - Rooms have air conditioners, balconies and small fridges. - They falsely advertised having a hammam and spa; in reality, they don't. Instead, the spa services are offered at a neighboring 4-star hotel and costs 200 TL for entrance to 2 saunas, hammam and indoor pool. They also offer massages. - The rooms were tight, no shelves in the room or bathroom, not very comfortable - The room prices at that 4-star hotel are nearly the same as the Royal City Hotel's, but they also include breakfast, their own beach, and free gym & spa access, making Royal City Hotel not worth the charge. - They also lied about having a garden—no garden was found. - There is no second pool. - We experienced issues with the shower; it was not working in both rooms for half of our stay. Later on, they fixed it. - The windows face a busy, noisy street, creating a very loud environment. - Only one staff member spoke English; the rest did not speak any. - If you will take some tours, know that you will be picked up the first and dropped off the last. - The swimming pool had no water and is situated right next to a busy road - you wouldn’t want to swim there anyway. - There was a Russian flag at the entrance.

Doesn't make an effort to help you, doesn't know information about anything, about the city, events , tour, contacts. Receptionist watching TV like they were in they house. But it's their problem. The owner should pay for them to be trained and incentive. They don't have anything that motivated them at work. Breakfast is not a lot of food options.

We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot and the beaches are just some minutes walking. Supermarkets, restaurants all are close! Of course you hear the traffic outside because of the central location. If you expect silence you should maybe choose a hotel which is less centrally located or outside the city :). The balcon view is beautiful! Northing!

- Elyza (4/5): I wouldn't come again.. - PROS Location: Near to several restaurants. There is a carrefour about 5-10 minutes on the right. There is a 24/7 gas station at a 5 minutes walk. View: There is an area across the street for wonderful pictures. Food: Breakfast has a good variety. Cereals, fruits, vegetables, juices, tea, coffee, and a few more "lunch" type of food, but it's for everyone. CONS: Room: The room is nothing like the photo. We had a sea oriented room but saw nothing but trees. The balcony is not the same, the bathroom and room was much smaller than the picture. There are several areas where reparation is needed. We were on the first floor Clean: The sheets were either stained or dirty. The toiler paper roll was half used.

The location is good and there are many restaurants nearby. The facilities in the rooms seem old fashioned to me. One of the rooms we booked didn't have a mirror in the bedroom which is never ideal. Also there are loud sounds of cars and music throughout the night even from the third floor. The pool is at the front of the hotel and not as big as expected from the pictures. There is no kettle in the room and no minibar service.
