• Daniel (10/5): Over all a great place to stay - Everything about the property is great good food good rooms and good facilities The only thing would be that the room lets in to much light at night
• Todd (8/5): - Quiet location - great pool and restaurant/bistro just a few steps away. The only sink in FAMILY SUITE is in bathroom so you need to wash up plates etc in between everyone having showers. Plates in cupboard were not properly clean.

• Andrew (8/5): I would stay again in a spa suite. - In my confirmation email I humorously expected a red carpet arrival. On the way staff rang to check our progress; we were a little late. Reception staff Justina and Lucy met us at reception complete with Red Carpet, a self made card with a Red Carpet leading to the Hotel. We enjoyed this immensely! Bistro service was pleasant and the food wholesome. Our room was nicely designed. The function room staff were efficient and also friendly.

We liked the rooms, tidy beds super comfy and always kept clean daily. Had extra area by pool for cooking BBQ and microwave and kitchen sink etc. which we used as we bought a lot of our own food. Though we did have dinner in the bistro on the last night. Gym needs more gear, food was not great at all! The place would be a 10/10 if the food was good. Steak was hard to cut hard to chew and my son and I left half the steak on our plates because of sore jaw syndrome. It spoils what is an amazing venue. The gym could use some more free weights and a couple of leg machines.

One of their busiest days (Good Charlotte), but still kept their cool, sweetness and politeness while under the pump! Bed was comfy. Not much. Worst I could say was the room was simple. Only criticism was the shower fitting leaked from the wall, so shower wasn’t great, but passed it on to staff at desk and they said they’d look into it.

• Kylie (10/5): - The pool, spa and sauna facilities were clean, visited regularly by staff for water testing and towel replenishment and absolutely perfect for relaxing in! The rooms were neat and fairly spacious and the beds were comfortable.
• jennifer (5/5): Lovely setting. $10 lunch was not great,pizza was lovely. - Pool,sauna and amenities were terrific,just wish i knew prior that 400 kids were about to check in .it was noisy and bistro was full. It was the amount of unsupervised teenagers that were relentlass bombing in the pool making it impossible to enjoy a swim,they also abused the sauna. My complaint was met with this is a yearly event of basketballers. There are cameras in this area and these out of control kids should have been monitored by management .poorly handled. Also smoking neighbors, smoke comes in through poorly sealed door.

We are return customers to the spa room and it didn’t disappoint. My husband got food poisoning from our rook service breakfast and the spa had some pubes in it so we needed to rinse the spa before use. We also would have preferred a ground level spa room as the lift is musky as there is no air circulation.
