• Pilar (10/5): Excelente, recomendable 100% - La ubicación es excelente, es muy cómodo, está cerca de muchas ubicaciones turísticas importantes y del metro también. Recomiendo quedarse porque la relación precio-calidad es excelente. Además estás al lado del Tate Modern y al ser gratis podés recorrerlo las veces que quieras ya que queda al lado del departamento. Solamente agregaría mayor utensilios de cocina porque si querías cocinar en el departamento no había demasiadas cosas para poder cocinar, pero la verdad es que estaba todo completamente equipado y muy bien amoblado

• Torrin (8/5): A central London location great for sightseeing and people competing in the London Marathon - Ideal location for me as I was running the London Marathon, and used the train for Waterloo East to get to the start. All things considered I don’t have anything to mention here.

• Linda (10/5): Ideaal rustig verblijf in busy Londen - Ideale uitvalsbasis voor de highlights van Londen. De locatie naast Black Friars station (neem de Thameslink vanaf St Pancras, 8 min) is super handig. Je bent overal in no time. De flat heeft een schitterend uitzicht vanaf de zuidkant van de Thames op de Noordkant met oa Saint Pauls Cathedral. De Thameslink Uber boten meren af aan de overkant. Cultuurliefhebbers komen aan hun trekken in het Tate Modern, dat naast de flat staat. En 5 minuten verder vind je Shakesspeares Globe theater. De flat zelf heeft veel privacy, is schoon, niet heel groot maar wel comfortabel en alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Aparte slaapkamers ook fijn. Heerlijke stortdouche! Hou er rekening mee dat het bed in de slaapkamer een twijfelaar is van 140 cm x 190 cm, dus iets smaller en korter dan de meesten van ons gewend zijn. Het slaapt wel zalig, vind ik.

• GF Castillo (7/5): Ubicación perfecta, mantenimiento mejorable - Lo mejor de este apartamento es la ubicación. Zona tranquila, con vistas al río, con cafeterías, restaurantes y supermercados a mano. Además de eso destacar que tenía todo lo que puedas necesitar y que la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente. Había temas de mantenimiento mejorables. Un estor que no se podía mover y se caía si lo tocabas, el grifo del fregadero al que le hicieron una chapuza, un montón de luces de la casa que no funcionaban. Es una pena, porque el alojamiento está muy bien, pero por ese precio uno espera que las cosas funcionen correctamente.

W apartamencie było bardzo ciepło, nie było problemu z ogrzewaniem. apartament wymaga remontu i gruntownego sprzątania, w pościeli dziury, nie działa piekarnik. Przydałyby się podstawowe przyprawy jak sól i pieprz. Jest ekspres ale brakowało kapsułek.

• Kamil (8/5): - Great location right next to Tate Modern in the first floor of the apartment building. The apartment has two balconies. The front balcony has a direct view of the River Thames. The most important part of the kitchen equipment is the Nescafe Dolce gusto coffee machine. Upon arriving late in the evening, we were surprised to find that the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The host arrived 15 minutes after the call and changed the bed sheets. We appreciated the host's quick action. The next afternoon, we found the apartment deeply cleaned and polished. The apartment needs new painting, fixing cracks in the bathroom tiles and replacing some old furniture. Apart from this one experience, our stay was very pleasant.

The flat is a little bit tired, no provisions provided but there are plenty - The location of the property couldn’t have been any better, literally next door to the Tate modern and Blackfriars station. It was really great price for being so central The property wasn’t very well equipped, there seemed to be an abundance of cleaning products etc but some of the basics weren’t met. There was no tea coffee etc, no hair drier, no plug or basin in the kitchen sink. The flat was good but in need of some decor upgrades, a deep clean and some little odd jobs done. There was so much dust under the couch and sofa bed. The whole place was just starting to verge on the shabby side. The bathroom sink was extremely slow running, the blinds in the bedroom were broken and completely useless, there was no way of securing the front door from the inside,a chain or bolt would have made us feel much more secure.

• Matthias (7/5): - Die Lage ist toll, es gibt einen schönen Balkon mit zwei heilen Stühlen. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach. Die Wohnung war nicht gerade sauber, mehr als die Hälfte der Deckenlampen war defekt, ebenso die Duscharmatur. Die drei Stühle waren total durchgessen. Es wäre schön, wenn das Fenster im Schlafzimmer, von dem man auf die Themse schaut, wenigstens einmal im Jahr gereinigt wird.

• mandy (1/5): - Ive messaged the owner no reply in the middle of the night to tell them we don't want to share with mice in the apartment my 14 year old grandchild was petrified never slept till we decided to leave at 430am. my wife was never going to sleep with a family of mice I've had no reply from owner or booking.com no apology .I've been to many apartment never seen mice playing in the front room I have many videos. And there is a sign to remove your shoes you need wellies Mice playing in front room in the middle of the night

It is not a 2 bedroom apartment. Generally just not clean, feels grubby. Beds are super soft, you need new mattresses. Shower drain blocked.
• amy (5/5): Great location not good value for money - The apartment was in a great location. The host communication was brilliant and instructions for check in were really easy. Didn't really use the kitchen as only there for 1 night No heating on yet the apartment was excessively hot, even with window and balcony door open (average weather day 18oc daytime 8oc nighttime) also in general wasn't the cleanest, could do with a fresh paint job and fixing broken things e.g mirror in bedroom the frame was in pieces a table had been put in front to hold it together. Expensive considering the state of things
• Troy (7/5): Perfectly located apartment that gives access to all the sights in London via various stations - The lock box to collect the keys was very straightforward and the experience was exactly as indicated throughout the hosts communication. The instructions on how to find the property look like they could do with updating. It referenced a Starbucks near the entrance however this isn’t the case and it’s a coffee shop by a different name.

While the apartment was clean, it seems like it hasn't been updated in a while, but this did not affect our stay.

Rullegardiner virkede ikke i soveværelset, vandhane i køkkenet var løs, manglede lys på badeværelset Møbler var meget slidte og sofaen fedet og smudset. Både badeværelset og køkken var der kalket til omkring vandhaner, bruseniche m.m.. Vinduer i soveværelset kunne ikke åbnes/lukkes da de var i stykker og beskidte. Så lever absolut ikke op til prisen og vores forventninger når der bookes via booking.com.

• Elaine (2/5): Avoid this property - The location was perfect for me, close to Blackfriar's Station, the Tate Modern, and the Globe Theatre, with the Founder's Arms Pub literally right outside the bedroom window for a good dinner. I felt very safe walking back after the play. The flat itself is adequate, although it feels very much like that time I stayed in the apartment of my neurodivergent scientist friend from World of Warcraft (that very quiet discipline priest who it took forever to get to know and then only in whisper chat) when I was in his city and he was at a conference. There is residue of human life but nothing with any personality. It's almost comfortable but not quite, more like shabbily inoffensive. They did not clean the place after the previous guest left. I walked in to find the bed in the living room obviously slept in, dirty towels in the bathroom, food and dirty dishes in the kitchen, and garbage in the trash cans. The bed in the bedroom appeared to not have been slept in and the previous guest appeared to have been quite tidy, so given my lack of options and lack of desire to fight with Booking I stayed in the bedroom, showered, and left early in the morning. I messaged the owner on Booking asking about the fact that the flat had not been cleaned and asking what his expectations were for my own tidying before I left but did not receive a response. Cleaning the place between guests is a basic, minimum requirement. Really. It made the difference between a reasonably comfortable stay and feeling like I was camping out in someone else's apartment.

One blind didn’t work and cracks on the bathroom floor. Mirror broken in bedroom. Balcony was dirty when we arrived. Could do with a once over but generally good place to stay. Suited our needs.

Instructions largely accurate and sent in good time S/b available from 1300 notified we’d arrive at 14.20 and on arrival found that it was not ready and had been left in an appalling condition. Provisionally booked an alternative hotel. Owner offered no apology but said he’d get it cleaned. Text at 16.43 to say ‘Done’ no recompense for our inconvenience although he charges £50 per 30 mins over staying! Retuned to find it clean but couldn’t bring ourselves to touch anything as first impression so dreadful. Asked for refund but he hadn’t opened my text.

Not the cleanest. I asked specifically for separate blankets for the four guests, but got generic response marking check-in details etc. Two blankets. Walls were dirty. Washer had not been emptied. No salt. No coffee.

• Lin (6/5): Location was no doubt great but the place was very average. - Location is unbeatable. View from windows is great. Both beds are so uncomfortable and small. In my opinion they are unsleepable. The whole place is tired but just about functional. The cleaner left huge amount of washing inside washing machine and it took near half day till finished and we had to bear the noise and didn’t know what to do because we wanted to do a washing ourselves. Check out time no flexibility at all which wasn’t ideal and hospitable.

Apartment needs maintanance, quite dirty (random dirty sticky spots in bathroom i had to scrub myself), ventilation in bathroom was very dusty. Quite noisy at night as there’s bar outside. For the price we got it was alright as we only slept there anyway.

Granted we arrived early and the beds hadn't yet been made but after coming back, the place still hadn't been cleaned properly and the bedding was the same. After contacting the owner on the day of arrival and spending time cleaning the place, a reduction was refused but we were offered a free cancellation…didn’t understand the thinking at all and on Friday late afternoon only being there for the weekend we decided to stay. Not the greatest experience on booking.com

Apartment has everything that you might need for a short stay. Some places in the apartment needs some maintenance but mainly very good place to stay
• Sandra (1/5): Disappointed and angry - The location The two duvet covers were wet and a set of pillowcases were wet as well though the duvets and pillows were dry as was the bottom sheet and mattress. The apartment floors were clean as we saw the cleaner doing this as he was still there doing the cleaning when we arrived at 1pm. Dusting or surface cleaning had not been carried out. The property owner fobbed me off with that due to where the apartment was situated that was why the bedding was damp and I should have used a hairdryer to dry the linen off!!! Booking.com and the owner have declined to give me any compensation. BEWARE!!!

Host was fantastic at responding and adressing a minor hiccup we had. There was a miscommunication and the apt had not been cleaned when we arrived but the host immediately solved the problem. The apt could use some paint, but overall, super cozy and absolutely clean after cleaning crew came in

Everything you may need is supplied, including shampoo, conditioner & shower gel which was unexpected for an apartment rental. The bed in the master bedroom wasn't very big or comfortable. At 5'9" my husbands feet were out the bottom of the bed and the mattress was far too soft for our liking. Every time he moved, I felt like we were on a boat! Our daughter said the sofa bed in the living room was comfortable though!

On arrival there were empty toilet rolls left in bathroom, toilet was unflushed, dirty bath mat, dirty sponge by kitchen, washing machine on when arrived, bedding was airing on balcony, towels were unfolded in bedroom and the bedroom mirror looked like it had never been cleaned.

We only really slept in the apartment. So did not use all facilities. However, although perfectly usable. The bathroom really needs refurbishment. General updates to things like cupboard doors in the kitchen area, and a lick of paint here and there wouldn't go amiss.

After we find the apartment, it was one bed room instead of two bed room! , Every thing adjustable but in shower very very carefull!!!, When you open the both tap boiling water! No adjustments No cold water!!

• Brad (4/5): Great location, Great owner - but it needs some love, especially for the price. - Amazing location. It is right on the Thames and next to Blackfriars tube, so just awesome location. It was tired and it felt like I was staying in someone's spare room rather then a proper hotel/business. The curtains were broken and didn't close properly. I couldn't get the window in the only bedroom to close and the shower had about 10 open half bottles of shampoo and conditioner on the floor. When I arrived the washing line out the back had towels hanging on it and there were clean dishes on the rack. It really did feel like it was a spare room in someones home, rather than a central London hotel/rental. While the host was really nice and welcoming when I couldn't find the code to come in - the actual place itself needs some love. Especially for what the normal price would have been!

• Lester (8/5): Good value. - Nice flat and location. I think they either forgot to put the duvet covers on or they were not dry enough to put them on (we saw them hanging in the balcony outside) In any case it's unpleasant to use them w/o covers. Everything else was fine. Good value.
• Gary (8/5): Great location, perfect spot and lots around area to see, eat etc, - Location is unbelievable!!! appartment could do with a little tlc but on the whole a great located appartment If it had two separate rooms
