- Cipi (1/5): Never again: App-controlled room door did not open - emergency hard to get - nearly missed the plane - In principle everything ok - but look at the down-side Core capability of a hotel is offering accomodation for usage - that did not work: Having to get to the airport the electrical room door would not open anymore. Only controlled by an app the motor of the door handle simply did not turn anymore - leaving me outside of the room not able to access it: failed to deliver on the core capability. Then 10 minutes search for an emergency contact: 1. booking.com-email did not work: 9:00 being too early, 2. booking.com-phone number just a message: Occupied from 10 a.m., 3. after long search I found an emergency number - 20 min to find out that they need to send a person. Which would take one hour until they arrive - me having to catch my plane! Out of nowhere the door opened another 10 min later and I sharply cought the flight. Never again - if you provide an app and people-less accomodation make sure that it is clear what to do in an emergency and then fix the problem in an appropriate time.

- Lorenzo (8/5): - This is a clean and well connected small apartment, Close to metro station in a more local neighborhood. All was good. The opening system with an app and your phone only is a bit weird and requires you have the phone charged if you plan to stay out the whole day.
- Uwlnevrno (9/5): - I like where the apartment is. There are many stores and restaurants around. Right by the metro straight to downtown. The apartment itself was quite nice. It has everything we needed. The sofa bed was a lot more comfortable than I expected. The doors are controlled by the app. So if you don't have internet, that can be a challenge. And you'll have to download the app beforehand, which I am not a big fan. Also there was no door to separate the bedroom and the living room. That might be a problem for certain travelers.

The app...(OMG) - There was no way to enter the building and apartment if you do not have internet and access to the app. For at least 20 mins we were trying to figure out how to open the front door and then how to use the elevator Oo. I think people with lack of a tech knowledge will have big problems to get in. Also I was charge 200e deposit in front of the door so I could get in..

Ligt langs een drukke weg, dus veel lawaai. Bed was smal en hard. Schuifdeur naar de woonkamer waar onze zoon lag te slapen maakte veel herrie. Badkamer en koelkast roken niet fris

- Elena (9/5): - La ubicación, cercano a paradas de autobuses y metro, la app para el check in y facilidad de abrir portal y apartamento con la app. El piso precioso. Y el anfitrión (aunque no nos llegamos a ver) en todo momento atento a mis preguntas y con rapidez en sus respuestas. Y aunque está en una calle con muchísimos negocios(carrefour y Alcampo,fruterías, Domino's (recomendable) es muy tranquilo y las ventanas desde luego hacen bien su función, cuando las cierras, no sé escucha nada. Fuimos a un evento al Movistar arena, y está relativamente cerca andando. Con todos los mensajes de sobra y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Tema zona azul y verde, tienes que estar cambiando el coche, la zona verde es mucho más barata que la azul y desde la 9 pm hasta las 9am no se paga, está bien. El colchón de matrimonio una mijita duro.....pero de verdad que precioso, limpio y muy muy agradable. Ah y por último; Leed bien xq te retienen una fianza de 200€ que me ha devuelto justo a los 7 días tal y como dictaban las normas. Por lo demás genial.

- Miryam (8/5): Amazing stay! Clean and nicely decorated! - It was a great stay overall! It was super clean, everything is brand new, the sofa bed is also comfortable! the bedding well taken care of. We had a balcony so that was super nice! The staff responded very well when we had issues and the location is great, 2 blocks away from a metro station. We had issues checking in. I guess it was bad luck the app wasn’t working properly that day but luckily my sister was there to help. Definitely not a place for boomers who aren’t tech-savvy or elderly people to come on their own. And we also had issues with the water heater for the shower, but it was solved!

- Jan (1/5): Podczas pobytu w tym miejscu mieliśmy bardzo nieprzyjemną sytuację. By - Podczas pobytu w mieliśmy bardzo nieprzyjemna sytuację. By otworzyć drzwi do klatki jak i do pokoju potrzeba jest aplikacja, drzwi otwierają się automatycznie. Drugiego dnia wracając o 23.00 do mieszkania otworzyliśmy drzwi do klatki schodowej i otwierając już drzwi do mieszkania w zamku wyczerpały się baterie, przez co zamek nie mógł się otworzyć. Zadzwoniliśmy na infolinię, rozmawialiśmy godzinę z Panią z infolinii i ten kontakt to była zupełna porażka. Panj próbowała nam udowodnić, że to nie możliwe, że drzwi się nie chcą otworzyć i że pewnie jesteśmy nie w tym bloku, klatce później, że pomyliśmy piętra i na koniec mieszkania, by jej udowodnić właściwy adres musiałem wysyłać zdjęcia na whatsapp. Przez godzinę tej rozmowy prosiliśmy by ktoś przyszedł do nas z kluczem i wpuścił nas do mieszkania. Był marzec więc było zimno i byliśmy zmęczeni po całym dniu. W końcu nam się udało ubłagać by ktoś do nas przyjechał. Jednak czas oczekiwania na Pana z kluczami to 1,5 godziny. Udało nam się wejść do mieszkania o 2.00 w nocy. Ale to nie był jeszcze koniec. Mimo zapewnień że otrzymamy klucz do drzwi Pan po przyjeździe poinformował nas, że nie może nam dać tych kluczy. By jeszcze raz się kontaktować z infolinią. Chcąc pozostawić ślad nie dzwoniłem już na infolinię tylko napisałem e-mail z prośbą o naprawę zamka i dostarczenie kluczy, do rana nikt nam nie odpowiedział. Rano musiałem się przypomnieć. Zapewniono mnie, że o godzinie 11 przyjdzie osoba, która wymieni baterie w zamku ale nie da nam kluczy. W obawie o powtórzenie się sytuacji, poinformowałem, że jeśli nie otrzymamy kluczy to wynosimy się z mieszania i to było tylko argumentem, by te klucze pozostawić. Posiadając taki system otwierania drzwi, nie rozumiem dlaczego nie ma drugiego rozwiązania lub pogotowia, które by szybko pomogło. Jestem bardzo rozczarowany pobytem w tym miejscu i ta sytuacja zepsuła nam cały wyjazd, z pewnością nie polecam nikomu miejsca. Bo taka przygoda może spotkać każdego.

Best of luck finding one at shops nearby. Make sure your credit cards work with their damage deposit link which rejects all major global credit cards ( American). Else you will be locked out of your apartment building.

- Noel (4/5): Bien para el precio. - Me gustó que aunque la zona no es bonita, el apartamento esta muy bien y completo. Esta cerca al aeropuerto si tomas el metro y luego bus. La cama y sofa tenian pulgas. El aplicativo de MIT me pareció engorroso al principio. La estación de metro está a 4 cuadras y la zona no es tan segura. Igualmente volví a elegirlo para quedarme ahí 2 noches más porque la relación precio-calidad es buena.

- Matej (7/5): - Penthouse apartmán s 2 terasami bol priestranný a nádherný. Z terasy je vidno krásne na business centrum 4 torres. Apartmán bol veľmi moderný, čistý a svetlý. Apartmán sa nachádza kúsok od metra zo skvelou dostupnosťou do centra ( cca 10 min metrom) Veľmi veľký hluk od áut z ulice - nepomohlo ani keď sme stiahli rolety. Zasúvacie dvere netesnili a preto cez ne neustále prefukoval studený vzduch z vonku - ubytovaný sme boli vo februári. - príchod a ubytovanie sa - bol to pre nás veľmi zlý zážitok pretože dvere od hlavných dverí a dvere od apartmánu sa otvárajú pomocou aplikácie - keď sme prišli ku dverám apartmánu tak nebolo možné ich otvoriť - okamžite sme volali na infolinku tohto ubytovateľa na ktorej sme strávili 45 minut volaní a vysvetlovaním že sa nemôžeme ubytovať - bol už večer. Vysvetlili sme im že potrebujeme aby poslali technika ktorý nám dvere otvorí - technikovi trvalo kým prišiel skoro 3 hodiny ! Podarilo sa nám ubytovať o 10 večer. Najväším sklamaním bolo, že nás ubytovanie nekontaktovalo aby sa ospravedlnili za situáciu a navrhli nejakú kompenzáciu ale museli sme my iniciovať kompenzáciu cez booking. Nakoniec po skoro mesiaci naháňania nám ubytovanie poslalo pár eúr ako kompenzáciu ktoré boli pri cene pobytu smiešne. Pekný apartmán ale po tomto prístupe ubytovania by som sa tu už znovu neubytoval.

Public transport within 5 minutes walking distance. All amenities including supermarkets and coffee shops within a few mins walk. Everything was perfect!

- Soraya (6/5): - Está en muy buena zona y aunque la calle era muy concurrida dentro del apartamento no se escuchaba nada . Tanto la caleta como la esponja de los platos estaba cortada por la mitad una forma muy cutre de ahorrar, Aunque la limpieza no está mal las almohadas necesitan ser lavadas o poner un doble forro ya se se ven los surcos amarillos y no es nada agradable.

- Perez Barrera (10/5): Excelente!! - Excelente todo!! No le falta un detalle!! Muy bien ubicado, todo muy limpio. El personal excelente y la chica de la limpieza también. Lo recomiendo 100X100!! 12 días en los cuales me he sentido como en casa. Muy fácil la aplicación de abrir y cerrar. Solo una pega, el olor del baño!

- Castaño Molina (9/5): - Un apartamento ideal para quienes ya hemos estado en Madrid y sabemos movernos. Cerca a estación de metro y supermercados, así como restaurantes y pizzerías de cadena. La dotación del apartamento es muy buena, tiene todo lo necesario para hacer preparaciones ligeras (desayunos, meriendas, etc). El hecho de contar con la aplicación permite la facilidad de no cargar llaves sino que con tu móvil abres y cierras fácilmente las puertas del portón y el apartamento La ducha es un poco pequeña, pero para 4 noches que estuvimos es pasable. Ya en una estancia un poco más larga si es agobiante ducharse allí
- Rita (8/5): - O apartamento é fantástico e a localização muito boa. Muito próximo do metro e conseguimos estacionar o carro no parque de um hotel na mesma rua. O check in é muito simples, a aplicação é super prática para abrir as portas. Vinha da casa de banho durante a noite um cheiro muito forte a canalização. Quando começamos a tapar durante a noite o ralo do duche e do lavatório o cheiro deixou de incomodar.
