• Alessandro (10/5): Comfortable and smart hotel stay in a less hectic part of town. - Very good and friendly service, especially from people at the door (Sami and colleagues), and Adnan and others at the desk. All restaurant and bar very nice and good service from staff, also great service from the room cleaners, will definitely stay there again if in Istanbul.

• Alessandro (9/5): Great stay with very good service from most staff at the hotel especially Adnan and Saunit - Very good service from staff especially Adnan at the desk and Saunit at the door, very polite and helpful. The hotels is stylish and food was good. The room was advertised as a price for 3 adults and one child with one child free, but on arrival the lady on front desk said they had to charge for our third adult guest, which didn’t make any sense. After some discussions Mr Adnan came to help and confirmed they would not charge more than the amount on booking. Another criticism was the cost of a simple cup of cappuccino (400 TRY)

• Aminath (1/5): Not a five star property noting close to a arjaan - Not much to like, one staff at breakfast was genuinely willing to serve. We stayed in two rooms and both the rooms were similarly bad 711 an 710 were our last rooms we were first given 609 and 611 and then changed to 610 and 611. Both rooms given to us had faulty locks and door closers which had to be repaired while we were in the room. Then changed to another room that had cigarette smells in the room which shouldn’t be the case since it’s a non smoking property. The beds had insects. Attached in the photos, the next room given to us had no door in the shower and they claimed that it was an upgrade but it’s the first time I’ve been offered a room with no door in the shower or bathroom. The front office manager was rude and spoke in patronizing manner. Hints of racism all around. At breakfast on the 5th day, we were asked out room number by the chef as if we were at breakfast without paying or as if it was the first time. The glass on the doors were not properly fixed and was a concern as it’s a risk. The property is managed like an air bnb as if it was a family rental house. Avoid the property at all costs

He assisted me with everything I needed in a smooth and respectful way, and his cooperation made the whole experience much easier. Excellent service — highly appreciated.

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean, spacious with daily room service and the yellow taxis are available just down the block or can be arranged by the front desk. • Tan (10/5): Perfect. Aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar - Heel erg huiselijk. Je voelt je gelijk thuis. Alles is hygiënisch en net. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mijn verblijf was echt heel erg comfortabel. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Enige wat minder was, ik vond de ontbijt voor zo’n lux hotel wat minder. Niet om te klagen maar in vergelijking met andere luxe hotels was de variatie niet heel erg hoog. Maar ook dat was niet erg. Ik heb er verder goed kunnen ontbijten. Maar wel prijzig.

Unsere Klamotten haben nach Zigaretten gerochen. In der Nacht könnte man kaum schlafen.
• Mashal (6/5): - للأسف تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت مخيبة جدًا للتوقعات ولا تعكس مستوى مجموعة روتانا إطلاقًا. لا توجد أي خدمات قريبة من الفندق، مما يجعل الإقامة غير مريحة على الإطلاق خصوصًا لمن لا يملك سيارة. خلال فترة الإقامة كانت هناك أعمال صيانة مستمرة من الساعة 9 صباحًا حتى 6 مساءً تتسبب في ضوضاء مزعجة جدًا. تقدمت بشكوى رسميًا ولكن لم يتم إبداء أي اهتمام أو اتخاذ أي إجراء، وهذا يدل على ضعف في مستوى خدمة العملاء وعدم مبالاة براحة النزلاء. الإفطار عادي جدًا ولا يرقى مطلقًا لمعايير فنادق روتانا، سواء من ناحية التنوع أو الجودة. بصراحة لا أنصح بالإقامة في الفندق في الوقت الحالي حتى يتم تحسين مستوى الخدمة وتوفير بيئة مريحة تليق بالعلامة الفندقية.

• Bayan (10/5): ي اجمل مكان سكنته🩷 - للامانا قبل احجز قريت كومنتات شوي خوفتني بس توكلت على الله وحجزت وكان افضل قرار اهتمام رائع جدا ونظافه تجنن وتغيير كل شي واضافه من عندهم صابون ملابس وكل يوم يجددون ادوات الحمام عكس الكلام اللي قريته وغير كذا كانت اشياءي ثمينه حدا مافقدت شي منها والموقع يجنن وبمنطقه حيويه وكل شي حولك اعيد واكرر واسكن فيه مليون مرا بعد ، شكرا من كل قلبي🩷🩷🩷 ولا شي

Many problems we face, we had booked to stay till 21st October but we left on 17th October. Water leakage from shower to the bedroom, we told the staff but nothing happened The parking is like a storage area, with bad smells The breakfast was very limited and highly priced. The room cleaning was very bad.
• Talal (5/5): - واسعة صراحة و نظيفة اولا تمنيت اقرا تعليق يقول انها بعيده، بصراحة بعيده و غير كذا ماتقدر تتطلع تتمشى تحتك كوفي او مطعم او شي كل شي لازم تكسي و مشواير صراحة كثيره، ثانيا: الحمامات ما يحطون صابون عزكم الله، من جينا ماعبوا صابون و بصراحة ماني فاضي كل شوي ادق عبوا صابون سواء ادين او شور ثالثا حجزنا الليله اللي قبلها عشان مانتبهذل و نترجاهم لان جيتنا الصبح بدري و قلنا ندخل على طول وصلنا تقريبا 8 الصباح وحنا حاجزين الليله اللي قبل، وقعدنا حول الساعه يقولون نجهز الغرفة🙄 بصراحة مايستاهل خمس نجوم واجد ملاحظات كانت عندي عليهم بعضها نسيتها، والغرفة غريبه نوعا ما كانت اشيائنا تضيع بشكل غريب و نصحى نلقاها🙄شي يخوف صراحة ايه اذا شغلت علامة التنظيف عند الباب و ما قلت للرسبشن ينظفون محد ينظف، والاكواب نستخدمها و تختفي اكتشفنا ان اللي تنظف تفتح جهاز غسيل الصحون و تحطها داخله لاهي اللي تغسلها ولا تجيب بدالها 😂

The staff are extremely accommodating and attentive to the comfort of their guests. This time, I was allowed to check out late without any extra charges, which I truly appreciated. Such thoughtful gestures make me feel valued and always happy to return. Thank you very much to the entire hotel management and team!

The staff reception is outstanding, and all employees are very friendly. The hotel is luxurious, offering all the services you may need, including a large gym, a swimming pool, and a restaurant that operates 24/7.
