• Ida (8/5): War gut, sehr passend für die Größe unserer Gruppe - Der Balkon war wirklich schön zum entspannen und chillen. Auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Das hintere Zimmer mit Doppelbett war auch super, groß und gemütlich. Die Regenduschen waren auch mehr als angenehm. Der Zustand von 2-3 Stühlen, ein paar Ameisen (direkt am ersten Tag) in der Küche.

• Cristina (8/5): Recomendable - Amplio y cómodo. Sofá grande y cómodo, los colchones muy cómodos, el alojamiento muy limpio. Personal amable. Tenía cosas rotas (mobiliario exterior, cristales de varias puertas…), imagino que previamente han tenido inquilinos salvajes. La persona que tenía que abrirnos nos hizo esperar.

• Özlem (7/5): Zentrale gepflegte Wohnung für 4 Personen optimal, mit Problemen bei der Schlüsselübergabe - Die Lage war gut. Die Terrasse war schön groß und es war toll einen Parkplatz zu haben in der Tiefgarage. Es war alles gepflegt, jedoch für 6 Personen zu eng. Die Schlüsselübergabe war wirklich schlecht. Wir haben ca 1 Stunde trotz vereinbarten Termins im Auto gewartet und zig Mal die Besitzerin kontaktiert, die dann nicht mehr ran ging. Außerdem war alles zu eng für 6 Personen. Für 4 Personen ist es in Ordnung.
• Amir (1/5): Don’t book this apartment - Nothing Title: Misleading, Unhygienic, and Unfair – Avoid This Property and Booking.com Support Review: This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had, and the lack of support from Booking.com made it even worse. The property was nothing like the description, and the overall service was unacceptable. • Unhygienic Conditions: As soon as I entered the property, I noticed bloodstains from squashed mosquitoes on the walls, which was both disgusting and unhygienic. The flat was unclean, with dirty linens, torn pillows, and an overall poor level of hygiene. • Poor Amenities: Furniture was old and uncomfortable, causing back pain for both me and my wife. Lights in the dining area didn’t work, and the hot water supply was extremely limited. • Broken Inside Lock: The inside door lock was broken, compromising safety and adding to the discomfort. • Hidden Deposit Policy: They do not disclose in advance that they will charge an additional €300 as a deposit after booking. Once paid, you are left vulnerable to unfair charges. In my case, they deducted money despite me leaving the property in perfect condition (I have video evidence). • No Support from Booking.com: As soon as I arrived, I called Booking.com to cancel the booking because of the poor condition of the property. I spent four hours on the phone, during which they first assured me that they would contact the owner to help resolve the issues. Later, they refused to assist, claiming the linen was dirty because my kids had jumped on the beds—an outright lie. This showed me that neither the property nor Booking.com could be trusted. • Old Building: The building itself is quite old, poorly maintained, and far from the standard you would expect for the price. This property is completely misrepresented, with hidden charges, broken locks, and bloodstains on the walls. Booking.com’s support was equally disappointing and untrustworthy.
