• Becky (8/5): Great stay - Amazing location, really central but not loud, lovely decoration and great bathroom. Only negative would be the water pressure in the shower and bath, took 45/50 minutes to fill the bath and shower weak too but other than that, everything else was great.

• Elliot (10/5): - Located in the heart of the historical centre is great but lively. 1 night we heard loads of fireworks going off around the corner for 10 minutes for seemingly no apparent reason. It was also tricky to get to from train station. Metro was closed so we ended up walking. Even in a car, the area is not accessible. The place itself was stylishly furnished and the balcony overlooking the popular tourist street was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

• Jocelyn (9/5): Beautiful property once you find it! - Beautiful room and bathroom, new construction and very comfortable bed. The street is busy during the day, but it is quiet at night. It was a bit like a maze or escape room challenge to find the property! The host should consider making a guide or map with photos to aid in the process of finding the room and unlocking the various doors and finding the keybox.
• Amy (10/5): absolutely gorgeous, highly recommend if you want a luxury place to stay! - The room we stayed in with the hot tub was gorgeous! The room was huge, large bathroom with a big shower to, bed was very spacious and comfy, well equipped and good air con. lots of mirrors and a small balcony. the street was extremely noisy in the day however when in the room you could not hear a thing at night. there was a safe free of charge, plenty of coat hangers. the lobby area was beautifully decorated and again very well air conditioned. We didn’t see any staff apart from the cleaner but whenever we sent messages via whatsapp we had almost an instant reply. we had an issue with the jets in the hot tub but they came out to fix this straight away. Great location to many bars, restaurants and shops. The only thing i would say that i didn’t like about the property was the entrance to it, it’s an old derelict place with nothing on the walls and can be quite off putting. However, after exploring naples we found that many buildings did look like this. Also there is lots of gates and security codes to remember which can be quite temperamental however we felt extremely secure and safe due to all the gates.
• Guest (8/5): - Beautiful modern room, very clean and spacious. Amazing location right in the heart of the markets, making it great for our one night stay. A bit hard to find but the instructions during booking were very helpful. Bathroom didn’t have a Bench which meant we had to keep all of our things on the floor.
• Barron (7/5): I loved the luxurious room it's a great value just improve communication and transparency. - The room was beautifully decorated. I like the modern window that leads to the balcony looking over the historic street and all the vendors below. I loved that the room was soundproof, and even though the city was bustling with activity below, the room remained tranquil. The bathroom was modern and gorgeous and very spacious. I loved the Jacuzzi tub. I loved the modern electrical outlets, lighting, and phone chargers next to the bed. The room felt safe and secure with all the electronic locks. The what'sApp comunication was fair with the attendant. I liked that they arranged a taxi to the airport. I was not aware that this place was an Airbnb. I thought it was a hotel. After I reserved it, I learned that there is no reception and all communication is done by text. This made me feel apprehensive. Once arriving and hauling our luggage down the street, we tried to find the location, asking for directions for quite a distance. The attendant asked me to pay tourist taxes at a business next to the room. Taxes have to be paid separately, I was told. Then I was given directions by text about how to get in, which I did not understand. It is not explained how the room is set up. The building is like an old church building that has 3 rooms that have been turned into a luxurious Airbnb. I had no idea. A young man from the shop where I paid the taxes helped us by walking up with us to show us how to get in and obtain the key from a locked box inside the hall. Another thing that is not revealed is that there are no elevators. We had to carry 2 heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. It is a dramatic contrast to walking up poorly lit, centuries-old stairs with peeling paint finally reaching the 3rd floor, you cross the threshold, and bright lights come on automatically with sensors revealing shiny polished white floors and walls, and the entrance. This is where you need a series of codes to get into the room. So you need to be able to receive text messages on WhatsApp to communicate anything related to the stay. They failed to tell me how to get out once the main gate is closed. One night i had to go out and the gate was closed and I could't figure out how to get the gate open. The attendant did not respond to my text messages. Thank goodness a neighbor passed by and told me about a button on the wall way behind the gate to unclock it.
• Rebecca (10/5): Amazing find! So happy we got to stay here - We stayed here for one night. It was amazing. Not what we expected at all. Felt very safe and right in the centre of naples. Will definitely be returning. There is not one negative to say. The place was 10/10. Communication was excellent also.

• John (10/5): - We loved our stay here so much that we didn’t want to leave. This place is located right in the middle of all the action, shops, restaurants, etc. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked a rustic side street full of shops and vendors, right next to a bell tower. Very pretty. Great location to be able to walk to everything, and not too far from the port. This will be our spot every time we visit!

• Sophie (10/5): A truly hidden gem ! - Loved the comfort in the best central old town location. Maria Bruna was very helpful and Fabio, the driver, was very friendly! Could have a little shelf in the bathroom to put our cosmetics.

• Mixaletzo (8/5): Very good - Nicely renovated room with beautiful flooring and furniture, very nice lighting, high ceilings and a lovely bathroom (I had the room with the private bathroom). Clean. Located in a very central area and was like an oasis which you hardly expect when walking up from the noisy and kind of dirty street and very old and damaged staircase from the building entrance. Host was responsive and accepted to use Whatsapp when I asked. Did not had to meet to get keys and access. Nothing big, just some notes: The room was right next to another room (three apartments on the same floor). Perhaps this was mentioned in the description, but not in an obvious way. In any case, I didn’t meet anyone in the shared areas (which were also very well renovated), but I wasn’t very fond of the idea that someone was staying in the room next to ours. It’s a minor note for those who might expect full privacy. Also, the bathroom could use an extra piece of furniture to place personal items on. Even though it was well renovated, I think it was pricey considering it wasn’t a whole-floor apartment.

• Daniel (10/5): Fantastic Luxurious suite - What absolute luck we found this suite. We have never been to Italy before and there are so many hotels on booking.com but this one’s stood out. Communication from the owners is fantastic, easy instructions and directions to access the property. They were also very helpful via WhatsApp with recommendations in the area. The suite is located in a lovely alleyway with lots of shops lining the way. The suite itself is very luxurious with a marble floor, aircon, fridge, snacks, and balcony. It’s very clean and smells amazing . Cannot recommend this place enough !!
