- Stephen (10/5): Neeed somewhere close to visit my elderly parents. - Nice and cosy.
- Mark (10/5): The most beautifully decorated place, with lots of room, a dining table, leather suite, big comforta - No breakfast - there was an efficient kitchenette. There was nothing not to like. Gunal, Elvira and their gorgeous pup Toffee made us so welcome and gave us lots of info. The place itself is a home from home. We will return 😊
- Leaver (10/5): -
- Annette (10/5): Comfortable, welcoming stay in Coffs Harbour - Very comfortable short stay in Coffs Harbour for work. The host was lovely and brought me some fresh watermelon which was greatly appreciated. It was nice to be able to watch Netflix without having to log into my own account too. The only thing I mentioned was to have some suggestions from the locals perspective of cafes or restaurants to visit. Google is helpful but locals have the best information
- Tony (6/5): Good value for money - Situated in pleasant street. The hosts kindly allowed us to use the washing machine even though we only stayed for 2 nights. Much appreciated. Studio rather dark. Nylon sheets. Slightly inconvenient not to have a sink in the kitchen but we were expecting this from the description on booking.com.
- Daina (8/5): Very comfortable and provided necessary staples -
- Richard (9/5): Perfect accommodation for our short stay in Coffs Harbour - Quiet, good location and lots of facilities. Extremely welcoming hosts. Nothing
- Craig (10/5): - Private, comfortable and very well equipped with everything needed for a self-sufficient stay. Nothing
- Jacqueline (10/5): - We have just stayed here for four nights and loved it. The hosts Elvira and Gunal are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The studio is clean and very comfortable with everything you need and is located in a quiet street close to the centre of town. We will definitely be back. Nothing to dislike. Lovely studio.
- Susanne (10/5): Wir würden sofort wieder kommen - Die Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail, ruhige Lage, schöner kleiner Garten und total nette Vermieter
- Faileen (10/5): Brilliant, best airbnb we have ever stayed in. - Gunal and Elvira were wonderful hosts, and so considerate in providing free little extras in kitchen and other supplies- - they thought of everything to make the stay very convenient and comfortable. We will be staying there again, every time we visit Coffs Harbour.
- Glenn (7/5): Ok. - Well equipped. Lack of sunshine. A clearing of the hugely overgrown garden would help. No shoes rule is a bit tedious.
- Pierre (10/5): Le meilleur hébergement à ce jour. - Tous était exceptionnel, l’ambiance, la cour, l’accueil…
- Christian (8/5): -
- Vance (10/5): Lovely comfortable studio - Plenty of room and quiet but close enough to everything and access to netflix which was a real treat for us Nothing all good
- Beverley (7/5): -
- Raelene (8/5): -
- Cheryl (10/5): Generous kind, thoughtful. Beautiful - It was a great idea to have so many yummy things, like bread milk, butter, jam, Vegemite, bikkis, Freddy's tes, coffers and filtered water. Me!!! I was unwell so didn't get the chance to fully utilise the singing Frog.
- Rebecca (10/5): We stayed at Singing Frogs Studio for 4 nights and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was cozy, clean, - Everything Nothing

- Clifford (7/5): -

- Edward (9/5): Superb - Spacious quality furniture, decor and appliances Cold water bidet
- Susan (10/5): Excellent accommodation in all respects. - Extremely clean and quiet. Excellent bed - very comfortable. Lady host was lovely and welcoming. Everything that could be needed was right there. Parked undercover. Lovely garden at the back. All in all an excellent place to stay. Nothing really.
- Amanda (5/5): Good on a budget but be prepared this is a garage conversion and presents as such. - Location was ok, quiet residential street, close to town. Owner was really friendly and checked in with us, that all was ok. Seems like a converted garage which wasn't really explained in the details, it is described more as a unit. It is a breeze block structure painted white with furniture, so the overall appearance is quite stark. The lights were old garage strip lights. No fan or aircon in the sleeping area.
- Senne (10/5): Beautiful and spacious studio! - We really enjoyed our short but very comfortable stay at the studio. Gunal is a wonderful and friendly host. It has all the amenities to unwind after a busy day exploring the area. We especially liked the beautiful green garden with the frog and the amazing bed. It is really a nice accomodation and I would definitely come here again for a longer time!
- Anne (10/5): Don’t miss out - book this little gem at Coffs Harbour! - It was a great one bedroom property - very spacious, very clean & lots of little extras to make our stay perfect. Would thoroughly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Coffs Harbour.
- Lorna (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (9/5): We booked for two adults only however required additional accommodation for our grandson which was - Adequate for our needs N/A
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - A charming host.Studio was clean and well maintained. Gunal was very accommodating and alot of thought was put into the studio, especially with the little extra treats, which were lovely. Would highly recommend
- Denise (9/5): A lovely home away from home. - Very homely and comfortable, better than a motel as we had a lounge suite, 65” tv, Netflix and creature comforts. We made very welcome and would definitely go back. Nothing
- Nicola (8/5): Lovely stay just a lot of rules to follow - Comfy bed, great host, attention to detail was great No basin for teeth brushing just the laundry sink, lots of rules
- Findlay (9/5): Superb -
- Ian (9/5): Superb -
- Dave (10/5): Exceptional - The ambience of the studio was fantastic. Our hostess, Gunal, made us feel very welcome. We only stayed for one night, but it felt like we were home, especially the Freddo frogs left in the kitchen for guests. We have happily recommended the Singing Frogs Studio to our friends.
- Reginald (6/5): A little disappointed that the facilities are not quite as advertised - It was quite comfortable There is no hand basin or kitchen sink. There is a double laundry tub in the bathroom and this is meant to serve for everything.
- Marilyn (8/5): Very good -
- Marilyn (8/5): Very good -

- Vicki (10/5): A hidden gem in Coffs Harbour. - The property was great. Very spacious. The hosts showed us around since we were settled. The hosts had everything there which made it a very friendly user place. They left chocolates and biscuits and had a few essentials in the fridge. There were plenty of towels, quality shampoo, conditioner etc. We loved everything about it.
- Kerry (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place to stay - very quiet, complimentary food unexpected but very well appreciated, very clean, extremely comfortable bed and MM commented best shower he has had in ages (that is a huge compliment 😀) - not far off/on highway - highly recommend Nothing - all good
- Irene (8/5): Very good -
- Faruque (10/5): Exceptional -
- Komal (10/5): Absolutely wonderful! - Everything one needs after a long travel was here. Nothing really
- Ben (8/5): Very comfortable overnight stop. - The frog theme was cute and the suite was very comfortably furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Not having a sink in the kitchen and having to use the trough in the laundry.
- Jeff (9/5): Great place for a couple to stay in Coffs! - Very comfy bed, nice lounge chairs, good TV, strong wifi, good kitchen facilities. Lovely host met us personally & explained everything. Nothing really.
- Debbie (9/5): Comfortable, spacious and peaceful - After a long day driving it was wonderful to experience the comfort, spacious and peaceful accommodation under Gunal's home. Parking is in a safe driveway, literally right outside the door to the accommodation. The space consists of one larger dining/kitchen/lounge room, a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. If you've ever visited Coffs Harbour you'll know the water pressure is exceptional. Kitchen and bathroom had everything you'd want and the back garden was delightful.
- Carol (10/5): Georgeous - Absolutely everything. Beautiful appartment underneath private home everthing you need has been thought of. My husband said its the best bed he has ever slept in shame it was only overnight would have liked longer There is nothing.
- Juan (10/5): Excellent! - Thank you for an unforgettable stay in your lovely studio apartment. The cozy, peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect retreat, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The apartment was just the right size, and I especially enjoyed the garden with its delightful Jasmine fragrance—such a thoughtful touch! Your attention to detail in keeping the space clean and tidy did not go unnoticed, and the sweet treats were a delightful surprise for those of us with a sweet tooth! Most importantly, your warmth and care made this place feel like a true home away from home. I’d love to stay in touch and hope to visit again once we’ve settled in town. I’m truly grateful for the experience and look forward to the possibility of building a lasting friendship!
- Deanne (7/5): All the mirrors were a little disconcerting! -
- Peter (10/5): Would have liked to stay longer. - Quiet suburban location with excellent facilities and comfort. Comfortable bed and helpful owners. Great set-up for couple on holidays in Coffs Harbour. Nothing.
- Julie (9/5): Superb - The magnifying glass at the key box. No running water in the kitchen, Had to use the laundry/bathroom sink. The sink was set up for both bathroom and kitchen, but it would have been easier if there was a sink in the actual kitchen.
- Cretan (9/5): Superb -
- Lesa (8/5): Very good -
- Elaine (8/5): Home Away From Home - Home away from home. Lovely thoughtful touches, lovely facilities, very clean and comfortable; and sweet treats! Friendly welcome. Central location in a quiet area.
- Rosina (9/5): Superb - We stayed here on the way to Sunshine Coast for a family function and decided to stay on the way back. It was comfortable and convenient for us. Nothing. Everything was great.
- Rosina (9/5): Superb - It was comfortable and the heating worked very well as it was cold. Shower was hot. We enjoyed our stay and have booked our return journey. Treats were unexpected but a nice surprise. Everything was great, so no comments needed.
- Fontyn (10/5): Stunning apartment in a very quiet area. Great experience. - The host was so hospitable and walked us through the apartment to explain where everything was and how things worked. It was beautifully presented and furnished, and spotlessly clean. We were blown away by these aspects. It was a very quiet area so no traffic noise. The garden is gorgeous and really well maintained - a restful spot to sit and relax if you have the time. The hosts left a few treats for us, including chocolate frogs, which were very much enjoyed. The little frog trinkets, pictures, etc throughout were a lovely touch. We accidentally left a couple of items behind. They were thoughtful enough to ring and tell us and offered to send them home for us. Another solution was found but we appreciated their thoughtfulness. Highly recommend this place. Small issue with getting onto Netflix but with multiple attempts it worked eventually.
- Lyn (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our stay at Singing Frogs accommodation. It was perfect for a break in the drive from Sydney to Queensland. The location is good, it was easy to find, check in was easy and communication with the friendly and welcoming host was excellent. The unit is quite spacious, very well furnished and has very good facilities. The bed was supremely comfortable and the bathroom was great. It is under the host’s home, but very private, with a lovely garden out back.
- Brendan (8/5): Very good -
- Adrian (8/5): Very good - Very quiet location that had easy access to central Coffs.
- Kevin (9/5): Superb -
- Robyn (9/5): Home away from home in Coffs - Very comfortable bed, spacious living and dining room, access to Netflix and convenient location in Coffs Harbour. Very receptive and friendly host who ensured we had everything we needed. All OK
- Elaine (8/5): Very good - The property was clean comfortable and well appointed. The property is in a quiet street and close to Coffs Harbour shops etc. There was no Kitchen sink or dishwasher or a full cooker only a small infrared cook top in the kitchen, There is a stainless steel twin tub in the laundry/bathroom, for washing dishes and vegetables etc which I do not think is very hygienic.
- Sydney (9/5): Singing Frogs - What I liked was the feeling that I was staying at home not an overnight stay. It was especially nice to be able to really relax after a long day of driving and to have a very quiet place to sleep. I'll definitely go back again. The only thing I didn't like was that I could only stay one night.
- Sandra (9/5): It was a lovely, well appointed unit - we enjoyed our stay there - Very nicely decorated - felt homely
Loved the chocolate and biscuits
Netflix
Great shower
Very comfortable bed Was a little dark but offset by huge mirrors
- Ken (10/5): Hear the frogs sing at The Singing Frogs Studio - Günal has provided an exceptionally comfortable, clean and superbly appointed unit for travellers to Coffs Harbour. She welcomed us, showed us where things were and how they worked and ensured we had everything we needed. All inclusions were high quality, well thoughout and appreciated by us. The bed and pillows supremely comfortable. The TV and sound system high end and the wifi worked well. Undercover parking, at the door. Outdoor area to relax and listen to the frogs. Full size fridge and a real espresso machine and quality coffee beans extraordinary. The bathroom linen and accoutrements top shelf. Reverse cycle ac if required and heating and cooling extra equipment on hand. The leather lounge very comfortable and full size dining table and quality chairs add to the overall feeling of old school luxury, not cheap modern throw away rubbish furniture.
The smallest query and Günal was on hand to solve the issue, and is so generous with all she does. Um, the only negative I can think of is the fact that there's no sink in the kitchenette but the substitute is only metres away and not really worth worrying about. That being said, the absolute attention to detail of everything else makes this minute detail pale into insignificance. Would it be a reason for me not to return should I want accommodation in Coffs? No way Hosea! The place is brilliant!
- Damien (9/5): Superb - N/AU Unavailability of a kitchen sink was slightly inconvenient but did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay.
- Kate (8/5): Very good -
- Felix (9/5): very enjoyable and comfortable - Excellent facilities and impeccably clean. Nothing more
- Barry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Allison (8/5): Very good - We were greeted by our friendly host on arrival. She was very accommodating with parking and access. She even put the outside light on for us when we went out for dinner. Minimal cooking facilities. This didn't bother us as we were only stopping over for the night on our way threw but some might have an issue with this.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jean (10/5): Final was very welcoming and explained everything fully. - Very clean with everything you needed. Very spacious apartment. Nothing
- Ietje (9/5): Great o/ night stay , recommended !! - We travel with our own breakfast stuff.
Very quiet area and most comfortable bed !!
The owner met us shortly after our arrival to make sure we had everything we required.
Off street undercover parking. Absolutely nothing, we recommend this unit to any one. We only stayed overnight however very suitable for longer stays.
