• Smurfyoo (6/5): AirBnb accommodation staying with family. - The price and quietness. It was quite difficult to find. I spent about 30 mins to find when I arrived that area. I was not awared of the location and not noticed the room actually is on the second floor of a walk up apartment, which is not having lift. Difficult for us to move our luggage. Dislike the neighborhood who were smoking. Fortunately can't smell it once closed our room. Taking train and bus to reach.If without big luggage, it would be a good location to stay.

• Valérie (5/5): - 5 étoiles uniquement pour l'emplacement Tout le reste. La salle de bains était trempée à notre arrivée. La machine à laver était en panne avant notre arrivée mais cela ne nous a pas été signalé avant qu'on essaie la machine qui n'essorait pas. Nous avons perdu une matinée à aller faire essorer et sécher notre linge. Il nous a été proposé d'attendre le réparateur qui devait passer en fin d'après-midi.... Nous avions autre chose à faire que de passer une journée entière dans la chambre après avoir déjà perdu la matinée. Chambre minuscule, pas de rangements, nous devions enjamber les bagages pour nous déplacer. Appartement prévu pour 4 personnes mais pas les lits qui n'étaient pas appropriés pour 2 adultes, très petits. Si vous êtes seulement 2 personnes cela peut passer. Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits et avons été obligés de demander des serviettes supplémentaires et du papier toilette !!! Il nous a été répondu que normalement c'était payant !!! Pas de ménage de tout le séjour. En bref, il vaut mieux mettre un peu plus cher pour passer un bon séjour à Tokyo... Si l'option annulation gratuite avait été disponible, je n'aurais pas gardé cette réservation au vu des commentaires les plus récents.

• Ashlyn (8/5): It was a great stay. No complaints from me - It was a good location and perfect for the few days we were there. I loved the in unit washing machine.
• Rolher (10/5): - Su limpieza y decoracion La direccion de la casa no tiene la direccion en la puerta del edificio y se repite en dos casas mas. Al llegar nos condundimos y tocamos en otra casa. Los vecinos nos ayudaron y tampoco ellos encontraban la direccion

• Samanta (2/5): Sucio a más no poder. - Nada. La habitación era un asco, el baño sucio, asqueroso, y se nota que hecharon agua por todos lados y no limpiaron. Estuvimos 3 días y no fueron a limpiar nunca. Las camas no son dobles son de 1 persona. Por favor limpien las cosas, es antiguienico sentarse en un baño que huele mal cuando se supone que esta limpio y tiene manchas de otras personas. No recomiendo a nadie este sitio.

• Jaimy (6/5): we hadden het gezellig, maar we waren blij om weer naar huis te gaan - de badkamer met badkuip was heerlijk de bedden waren echt heel erg klein. het waren meer twijfelaars dan tweepersoonsbedden
• Hip (7/5): Acceptable place to stay if you want basic room - Quiet location. Walking distance to bus/train station. Convient shops and restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom was a bit small.

• Ngan (7/5): Good value for money apartment for a small sized family of four, who were out most of day. - Great location near Hatsudai station, you can walk to JR shinjuku in 15-10 mins Not enough kitchenware, toilet paper. Instructions to location had right instead of left so needs amending.
• Casey (9/5): Overall happy and thank you - Very convenient location and the room is just nice for four of us. The host is very helpful by sending me clear instructions to complete self check in. This is very helpful as we only arrived at HND airport at 1030pm and reached the property almost 12 midnight but self check in is so convenient and easy. The surroundings is also very safe.

• Johanna (3/5): Poor - The location was great, close to the station & shops. Comfortable beds. Very basic apartment, bathroom is old and outdated with some mould. The apartment is also on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator, we had a pram and had to carry it, along with luggage up & down. Location was great but we stayed at much nicer apartments for a similar price point all over Japan.

• Wee (4/5): plenty of other nicer place. - not in shibuya but is one station away from shinjuku. must walk 10-15min to nearest station. Located near Nice and quiet local Japanese neighbourhood. too small, hard to put luggage. no lift, staircase to one floor above walking to station not 5mins but a 10-15mins walk along quiet neighbourhood alley.
• Marifel (7/5): Good - The location is close to restaurants and shops, quiet around the area. The unit has everything you need: fridge, microwave, stove and things you need in the kitchen, good airconditioner/heater. However, the room is a bit tight for 4. Still a good accommodation overall. When we arrived, the PIN/CODE i was given ( thru email) was incorrect. We tried to key it in to the padlock on the door but it wasn't accepting. We weren't able to call the property owner as our phones weren't open for international calls so talking to the owner was impossible. I emailed the owner to ask for the right PIN/CODE but received his reply the following day. It took us almost an hour outside trying to figure out what to do coz no one from the building that you can ask for. Luckily, a Japanese guy passed by and we politely asked if he knew how to speak English and with a good luck, he does so we asked for his help to ring the property owner for the PIN/CODE. He was so kind to do that and was able to get the correct PIN/CODE. He was so happy for us to get the right code to be able to get in to the unit. He even welcomed us to his country and wished to enjoy our holiday. I will never forget that kind hearted Japanese guy. He was an angel sent for us.
