• Molly (10/5): We loved every moment and would absolutely recommend. - Everything! It was a perfect location, a great team with kind and thoughtful communication, a fully stocked apartment. Honestly couldn’t have been better. The stairs up are a little scary, but the building is old and has so much character. Might not be ideal for older guests or people with a bunch of luggage.

Mieszkanie nie było przygotowane na 3 osoby - dodatkowo bardzo ciężko by tam było we troje ( ostatecznie przyjechałyśmy we dwie). Zostawiłam irygator w łazience ale właściciele twierdzą że nic takiego nie znaleźli.

• Hafdala (8/5): Genial - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, éramos dos adultos y dos niños, no sé hacia agobiante. Lo que más nos gustó es que tenía lavadora y secadora (con niños es esencial) también había detalles de cortesía (aceite, té, café y sal) lo cual es de agradecer. Está súper limpio. Que no nos podíamos duchar dos personas seguidas, el calentador solo daba para una ducha.

Ne pas trouver Une bouteille d’eau sur la table pour l’arrivée, je l’ai déjà signalé… Le voisinage avec un chien qui aboie des qu’on se trouve sur le palier et les voisins qui parlent sur palier comme en plein jour à 1h du matin !!

Located into the heart of the city center, just a few minutes away from Sol - you have everything you'd possibly need around - bars, restaurants, shops and etc. Apartment was clean and well equipped for your stay with everything you'd possibly need - dishwasher, washing machine, dryer... Hosts were very welcoming, nice, cooperative and caring - available 24/7, instructions were detailed and very simplified at the same time. We were impressed with the attention and support they offered. There's no doubt that we'd stay at this place again next time we visit Madrid! Everything was perfect!
• Biljana (9/5): Precioso junto a Plaza Mayor idealna polazna tačka za upoznavanje i istraživanje prelepog Madrida - Ljubazni domaćin koji na vreme prosledi sve potrebne informacije. Čist apartman, dobni kreveti, čista nova posteljina, sredstva za higijenu, fen za kosu, dobar prostor za odlaganje odeće, mašina za pranje i sušenje veša sa dostupnim kapsulama, dobar internet, kompletno opremljena kuhinja.Lokacija odlična. Meni nije smetalo ali mislim da je korisno da određeni putnici trebaju da znaju da je pristup otežan sa velikim koferima preko starog uskog stepeništa. U spavaćoj sobi nema prozora ali je odlično sijalično osvetljenje. Popraviti tuš bateriju sa kojom se lakše može regulisati pritisak vode (bez kape za tuširanje uništi se frizura).

• Sid (8/5): Great central location for first time visitors. - Loved the location which is comparable to Times Square of New York City. All the attractions, resturants, bars, cafes, shopping, metro and cabs at your doorstep. This is the best location for first time visitors to Madrid. The living room and bedroom and kitchen are nicely decorated and all done in good taste. The washer and dryer was an added bonus indeed. The host and the company were very nice and always available. The bathroom smelled a lot even when spraying room freshner. The bedroom had 2 single beds and had no window so no natural light at all. We paid $400 per night so rate was on the pricier side though it was in the prime location over new year's time. Although we knew there was no elevator in this 2nd floor apartment, but the stairs were steep and there is no window or natural light in the stair case so a bit scary coming back to this apartment at night time.
• IKEMIYA (6/5): コスパは良いがリピ無し - ・マヨール広場から徒歩1分未満のすごい立地！ ・広々としている！ ・部屋の中に生活に必要な物は何でも揃っているので便利！ ・徒歩2分のところに24hスーパーマーケットがある！ ・スタッフの方々がとても親切で連絡もスムーズ！ ・シャワーの温水にリミットがあり(ヨーロッパの住宅にはよくあることだけど…)、家族4人で宿泊したが2人連続ではシャワーが浴びられなかった。途中で冷水になるため、60分ほど待機してから次の人が温水を浴びられる状況。 ・12月末に宿泊したが、寒すぎた。エアコンが2つとも壊れていたのか、30℃設定で2時間ほど待っても部屋が冷え冷えとしており子供は風邪を引きそうだった。外付けヒーターもあったが、一晩つけっぱなしでどうにか小さな部屋があったまるくらいだった。スタッフに新しいヒーターを持ってきてもらうよう頼んだら、翌日には持ってきてもらえたので、その1台で凌いだ。 ・他の方のクチコミにあるように、シャワー洗面所から常に臭いがしていた。鏡が大きく、洗面所でメイクをしたかったが、とてもじゃないがこの臭いの空間で何十分も居られない。 ・冬にはもう泊まらないと思う…が、冬でこの臭いだと夏はもっと厳しいと思う。

• Asuman Filiz (8/5): - Plaza mayor girişinde, çok merkezi, temiz ve ayrıntılar düşünülmüş. Bavullarınız ağır ise eski merdivenler sizi zorlayabilir. Çok kalabalık bir bölge olduğu için gürültülü ancak balkon kapışarı kapanınca uyuynabiliyor. Eğer uykuda salt sessizlik arıyorsanız sizi zorlayabilir. Biz çok takmadığımız için uyuyabildik. Ayrıca bir odası penceresiz olduğu için bir arkadaşımızda sıkıntı yarattı. Salondaki koltuktaki ile yer değiştirdi. Dışarı açılan tek pencere salonda.Bu arada salondaki koltuk çok rahat.

• MARIA ANGELES (10/5): Agradable estancia en pleno centro de Madrid - Apartamento muy espacioso junto a la Plaza Mayor de Madrid y las Cavas Alta y Baja y a escasos 8 minutos de Sol, por lo que está perfectamente comunicado y en una zona inmejorable para hacer turismo. Destaco la facilidad del check-in, en el que estuvimos guiados por el anfitrión ya desde el día anterior a nuestra llegada, y con quien tuvimos una enorme facilidad de comunicación y atención; la limpieza, lo espacioso y cómodo del apartamento. Desde luego, muy agradable, sin que le faltara detalle alguno y, además, tremendamente tranquilo pese a estar en una zona muy concurrida. Sin duda, lo recomiendo 10 sobre 10.

A pesar de hospedrarnos en agosto, estar a pocos metros de la plaza Mayor y tener abajo muchos restaurantes, el apartamento es silencioso y se puede descansar muy bien de noche. El portal y las escaleras hasta llegar el apartamento son muy tétricos, como en la película REC. Tiene dos camas muy estrechas y un sofá cama bastante incómodo. Para tres personas no es la mejor opción.

Del alojamiento nada, las escaleras del edificio son un poco incomodas y lo que es la zona común del edificio no estaría mal hacerle un lavado de cara siempre respetando el encanto del edificio en si.

Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz, herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim ☺️ Merkezi bir konum olduğu için çok gürültü geliyordu, özellikle de geceleri.

• Julie (7/5): Mixed bag - clean but noisy - Property was well located in sol and was close to the action. Apartment was bright inside and modern. Host let us leave our bags when we arrived hours before check in which we were grateful for. The property is located in an extremely noisy and busy part of the city. If you can’t handle an interrupted sleep it’s not for you. The bathroom is completely internal to the apartment and has a strange plumbing smell which we had to overcome by buying air freshener and spraying generously. We had been warned the apartment was on the second floor of an old building and there was no lift but we weren’t prepared for the completely dark, internal staircase and door leading out to the plaza. It don’t feel safe, stairs were different spacings (so difficult with a suitcase) and dangerous if you were on them when the timed lights cut out. While the flat itself was lovely and the hosts excellent with communication I wouldn’t book this property again.

Support staff helping us on WhatsApp struggled to guide to the apartment entrance. Another tourist helped us find the apartment. Staff on WhatsApp could have said. “Immediately on the left of the restaurant there is a door with the number 11 above the door”

• James (5/5): Nice location, ok place, Stinky. - The location was great. Washer, dryer were nice to have to use. The place was mostly clean but mildew in the shower. The kitchen had a decent amount of kitchen and dining utensils. The shower worked well. The bathroom stinks like a sewer, we had to keep the fan on and keep the door shut the whole stay so the rest of the place did not stink. Bedroom has a strange window that has no blinds to keep light out if someone else is in the kitchen. Bedroom needs shelves/hangers and a luggage shelf. Late check-in at 5pm is later than any place I've ever stayed. Never sent instructions till I was texting for them at 4:40 pm the day of my arrival sitting in Plaza Mayor after traveling for 24 hours and waiting in Madrid all day, supposed to be 48 hours before according to the text I received from the property. Then property management blamed me for them not sending instructions and saying I blocked them on WhatsApp then sent me a WhatsApp invite a few minutes later😂. I made a reservation at Booking.com not whatsapp.com . They had no problem responding on booking.com immediately when I asked to check-in before five. Should communicate through booking.com just like booking.com suggests. You should provide 2 sets of keys as sometimes people do different things at different times. No Wi-Fi pass code was given so basically the same as no Wi-Fi.

• Jeffrey (10/5): Thanks to the staff for being helpful and friendly with this whole experience. - I liked the location and the modern-feel of the apartment. Customer service was fantastic, they were easily accessible and answered any questions that we’ve had. Everything went smoothly. I would say the stairs leading up to the property need to be improved, and also improve the stairway lights so that they stay up longer. We’ve had to climb them in the dark a few times, and it could be dangerous if we tripped.

• Adrienne (10/5): Perfect place to stay as a tourist in Madrid - The location of this apartment is supreme—just steps from Plaza Mayor but on the correct side so that the walk to Puerta del Sol to catch the metro is a little closer. The kitchen has everything: good knives, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, etc. the beds and pull out were comfortable with very soft sheets! The bathroom had wonderful shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap. The two floor walk up is a bit of a pain, but it’s a bit charming, too, because it’s an old building. If you’re staying more than one night, that walk up is worth it.

• Luke (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked that they had a washer and dryer. They need to include the dryer in their list of Facilities as every other place we stayed at in Spain doesn't have a dryer. Everything in the apt was new and clean. Very close to the Plaza. The check in time of 5pm was too late. Didn't get a choice if we wanted Sofa made up as bed or sofa for our stay.
