• Krzysztof (8/5): Ok , ogromny minus za widok z okna. - Czystość, wyposażona kuchnia Widok z okna a w zasadzie brak widoku.okazalo sie na miejscu ze z okna widać mur i klimatyzacje taki wewnętrzny komin!!!w opisie nie było słowa , było piękne okno do głowy nie przyszło ze przed oknem jest mor!!!!

• Marja (9/5): Heel fijn verblijf. - Een hele fijne kamer met een heerlijk bed en 4 kussens en prima douche en wc. Prima locatie, dichtbij het strand en horeca. Fijn contact met de eigenaar. Hij reageerde ontzettend snel en vriendelijk op vragen per WhatsApp. Dat ik veel trappen moest lopen, daar had ik niet op gerekend.

• Marta (10/5): A fabulously stylish and cosy apartment - Very clean, stylish, comfortable, and located in a quiet street. Friendly and helpful owner. I stayed for a week and I felt very much at home. I truly appreciated the attention to detail both in terms of aesthetics and practicality. It exceeded my expectations. Nothing comes to mind. I’d recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

• J Hunt (9/5): - Excellent central location. Easy access to Airport/buses/train. Endless options of local cafes/bars/restaurants. Studio perfect for short stay, comfortable bed, Excellent shower. The building is mainly hard surfaces, so lots of noise from others accessing building, stairwell, apartment above.
• robhaagie (9/5): Perfect appartement oo top locatie - Het roze appartement, locatie, informatie vanuit host. In het complex zijn ongeveer 8 appartementen. Binnen het complex is het best gehorig. Maar dat je geluiden hoort in een stad hoort erbij.

• Mirko (8/5): Gute Unterkunft in der Stadt. - Hervorragende Lage in der Innenstadt. Die Schlüsselfunktion über das Handy hat immer und gut funktioniert. Das Zimmer und das Treppenhaus sind sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung entspricht den Erwartungen, es hat nichts gefehlt und alles hat funktioniert. Teilweise laut in der Nacht von umliegenden Bars, dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts. Der Blick nach draußen war gegen eine Hauswand in einen Innenhof mit Klimageräten, bei offenen Fenster laut.

Superbe sejour - L’emplacement, la propreté, le confort, les équipements la bienveillance, la terrasse sur le toit, la gentillesse de l’hôte et le prix ! Rien tout était parfait à l’exception peut être la fenêtre donne sur un mur et de fait peu de lumière naturel. Néanmoins le reste est tellement top que c’est vite effacé 😉
• Mathew (10/5): Fab Stylish Apartment in the centre of Alicante. - The location & the apartment itself, which had absolutely EVERYTHING you needed, including a fab shower! We met Nicolas on the lovely rooftop terrace as we enjoyed the bottle of bubbly he kindly left for us. It was a joy to meet Nicolas and he gave us great tips for eating out. We dined at one he recommended and we loved it! Nothing at all!
• Cecilie (8/5): Fresh leilighet sentralt til strand og by - Stilig leilighet,med alt vi trang. Fin takterrasse vi kunne bruke lenger opp. At vinduet gikk ut mot en annen murvegg. Litt tungt med koffert opp trappene,men helt greit uten barn.

Bon il n’y a aucune vu de la chambre (un mir) mais la terrasse sur le toit est hyper sympa ! Par contre, sans les promos que j ai eu, je l’aurai trouvé un peu trop cher.

Equipped with everything we could possibly need and in a perfect location. I will definitely be booking again in the future! Absolutely nothing, it was perfect

• Elia (10/5): Süssestes pinkes Apartment mit top Lage und Einrichtung. - Die Unterkunft ist wirklich extrem schön. Herzlichst eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und das Badezimmer ist auch top mit genügend Platz. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann alles problemlos zu Fuss erreichen und es ist ruhig in der Nacht. Die Terrasse ist noch ein weiteres Highlight mit der süssen Beleuchtung und den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit Nicolas problemlos und schnell.

Purtroppo la finestra si affaccia su una tromba interna e l'appartamento non è dotato di ascensore bensì di scalini alti.

• Routledge (9/5): Absolutely fantastic stay in a cute, cosy, clean apartment, centrally located to all amenities, I will be returning and - I loved the location of the property, super central to shops, restaurants and the beach! The apartment was beautiful, cosy and clean with everything acquired for my stay. The terrace was a lovely touch in the evenings to enjoy a drink and relax. Impeccable property and the host was very responsive and attentive to any questions or help to ensure my stay was as stress free and a comfort from home. I would thoroughly recommend this property and I can’t wait to return! Easy to follow check in instructions and everything was as expected and more, super clean! The only thing I could say was that I was awoken in the mornings by noise, being worksmen, I think this due to work being done on a lower level ( may have been linked to the host I’m not sure) but in the mornings and when popping back this was quite loud however I understand things need doing at times and can’t be put off forever and it wasn’t super early or super late! Host was considerate. This was the only thing however and know it wouldn’t be a permanent thing!
• Stuart (8/5): Alicante Old Town Studio - The best thing about this place is the great location in the old town (which by the way is lovely) Well appointed, very clean and nicely fitted out. The access to the property via the web was ludicrously complicated, we had no signal on our phones so it took ages to get in, we eventually got let in by a French family staying upstairs. We couldn’t call the owner as the number wouldn’t work but we messaged the owner and he was helpful. The window looks out onto a wall so don’t expect a view of any sort. The apartment is a bit small and we couldn’t find the cutlery in the kitchenette.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - I could not fault one thing about this property. It was a pleasure to stay here. Nicolas was more than accommodating with any requests or information required. The property is new and the interiors are fabulous. We stayed in the Pink Glamorous Studio for one week and although it is small it is extremely functional. We had plenty of storage for our clothes, we could cook and eat in the studio or we had access to a beautiful roof terrace. The bed was very comfortable and a great shower. The apartment is located in the centre of the old town. Walking distance to all restaurants, shops and the beach. I would highly recommend this unique apartment. I will be back !

• Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect newly renovated apartment to explore the old town of fabulous Alicante - Absolutely beautiful apartment in a gorgeous part of Alicante. Perfect place to explore the beach and city of Alicante. Nicolas and his wife Melanie are great hosts, not long renovated the entire building so everything is brand new and very clean. The roof terrace was a beautiful spot to relax after exploring and the hosts are always on hand for any questions.
• Jeannette (10/5): I would like to return for another visit - I was sent a very informative guide before arriving which was extremely helpful not only as to the amenities of the building but where the nearest supermarket was and tourist information, etc. Nicolas also responded very promptly to any queries I had and I met him a couple of times during my stay. The studio was very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The building was ideally situated for visiting all the attractions in Alicante itself or for travelling by tram or bus to other locations.
