Aircondition i stua og hovedsoverommet. Rent og ordentlig. Nydelig utsikt! Bildene er av balkongen og utsikten, siste bildet er av leilighetsbygget.
• christian (9/5): UNE VUE INOUBLIABLE - Vue exceptionnelle sur la Basilique du Pilar, la Cathédrale et le pont de pierre.. Petits déjeuners bien agréables sur le petit balcon. Accès très facile à pied pour se rendre dans le quartier historique, visiter les monuments les plus importants et profiter des restaurants. ( le " Flor de Lis" absolument fabuleux pour une cuisine aragonaise authentique. Bien que nous ne les ayons jamais rencontrés, les propriétaires nous ont plusieurs fois aidés via Whatsapp ou messagerie Booking. Très attentionnés et gentils. Garage appréciable, réservé aux habitants de l'immeuble. Une bonne surprise enfin: non pas des ventilateurs mais la climatisation. Fermeture de quelques meubles à améliorer. ( Mobilier "ancien") Peut-être prévoir plus de patères pour accrocher et faire sécher les serviettes. ( L'étendoir donnant sur la sombre cour intérieure n'est pas enthousiasmant.*) Certes un peu cher quand on n'est que deux à occuper l'appartement, mais rien à regretter tant la vue est unique!

• Bonnemason (10/5): Excellent séjour, à renouveller 😍 - Très bel appartement au charme un peu vintage. La vue est splendide 🤩Il est très bien situé, pas besoin de la voiture que l'on peut laisser dans le parking souterrain. En traversant le pont à pieds, on est de suite dans Saragosse. Un petit supermarché à côté de l'appartement très pratique. Béatriz est une personne à l'écoute, réactive et très arrangeante, c'est un plaisir !

• Sara (10/5): - El alojamiento está muy bien organizado y situado en la ciudad. Totalmente equipado tanto en cocina como baños. Muy cerca de un Mercadona y de todo el centro en general. Las vistas son alucinantes. La dueña es una persona súper agradable. Nos dejó acceder antes al apartamento para poder descansar, ya que tuvimos que hacer un trayecto en coche de 8 horas. También nos envió un documento con posibles lugares a visitar y actividades para hacer en Zaragoza. Todo estupendo!

• Benito Rocha (10/5): Estancia ideal en Zaragoza - La ubicación era excelente y la plaza de parking fundamental! Súper cómodo y la anfitriona muy atenta. Además, fuimos en invierno y nos esperaba la calefacción encedida. Muy acogedor. Nada negativo, sólo por comentar algo.. tienen muchos avisos de no hacer ruido y respetar a los vecinos. Al llegar nos encontramos con una vecina que nos advirtió que tengamos cuidado, ya que los vecinos se quejaban de los ruidos. Lo entendemos perfectamente, pero al final éramos 5 personas en un apartamento y tienes el miedo de no saber cuándo el ruido normal comienza a ser molesto.

• Carolina (9/5): Situación estupenda. - La situación del piso es estupenda. .Aunque la cocina y el baño están reformados, el resto del apartamento está antiguo. Las ventanas son las antiguas de madera y no aislan bien. Que para dormir no necesitas más, pero le falta que sea un poco más coqueto.

Apartment was clean & had an elevator. WiFi worked well. The kitchen also seemed to be well equipped. We were passing through and only stayed one night so didn’t use it to cook. The furniture is really old & needs updating . Some of it was broken.

Very reliable experience, great customer service. Entering and maneuvering in the parking garage was tight for the full size van we were driving. If driving a smaller car there will be no issues with garage.

La ubicación es inmejorable, a 5 minutos de la Catedral y las vistas espectaculares. Viajamos en familia y totalmente recomendable, también es super cómodo el parking en el mismo edificio. Muy buena relación calidad precio y por su puesto cuando volvamos a Zaragoza en familia repetiremos en este alojamiento.

• Cristina (10/5): Ubicación excelente. - Ubicación excelente y vistas increíbles desde el apartamento. Además todo eran facilidades por parte de la casera, se preocupó por nosotros y nos permitió adelantar la entrada. Es cierto que es un apartamento quizá un tanto antiguo, pero cumple el papel para pasar un finde con amigos.

The owner was super kind and attentive ,honestly went way beyond what I expected. The place itself felt like stepping back in time, like living inside history. The balcony was our favorite spot, the perfect place to share a glass of wine with my parents on their anniversary. It was such a special and unforgettable moment for us. Truly an experience I’ll never forget!

Waking up to the amazing view was worth it. The bathroom is small so we took quick showers to cool down. We loved being able to stroll across the bridge and be right in the heart of Zaragoza.
• Lee (9/5): A beautiful apartment in a prime location in central Zaragoza. - A very clean, comfortable and well furnished apartment in a superb central location by the river and opposite the impressive Basilica. Great value for money. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. The only minor issue was the shower did not drain very well when on full power.
• Barry (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was furnished in older european style which gave it it's charm. The parking is under the building with key access only. The host was excellent. It has one of the best views of the Ebro river, the Catedral-Basilica de Nuestra Senora del Pilar and stone bridge Puente de Piedra. A short walk will take you over the river to the church. There are many restaurants close by and worth a tour. Gracias and Thanks from Australia It rained in the afternoon when we wanted to do more walking.

The master bedroom has its own balcony with a direct view of the cathedral, and the front room has the same view. The location of the apartment is fabulous - it's a short walk to the old city and there is a supermarket 3 minutes' away. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Everything was perfect. AC was cold, views were spectacular, wifi was fast, kitchen was stocked, beds were comfortable, parking was private and easy to get into, restaurants close by! 10 out of 10! We had a great time and recommend to anyone for a great stay!!!

What a torture. The apartment is nowhere close to 75 sqm and it looks like your grandma's apartment just before she died. So what if the view from the living room window is nice? Who can enjoy it when you feel that you are about to catch fire spontaneously???

The apartment itself was very nice and extremely well-located, just a few dozen steps away from the Puente de Piedra and all the main attractions in the city center. The balcony offers an exceptionally stunning view of the Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar; simply sitting on the balcony and enjoying such a view is an experience in itself. Another great feature is the underground parking entrance right next to the building's door, making the arrival process very easy. Beatriz was exceptionally kind and communicative, providing us with many tips for our visit to Zaragoza. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Having a car park was great. The host was very responsive and helpful when we couldn't get in the door with the system used. Some things in the apartment are a bit tired and old and in need of rejuvenation, in particular the kitchen and some of the furniture. Also, someone needs to check the equipment in the kitchen. There was no soup ladle, and other cooking utensils were absent. No tea pot or strainer so we couldn't use the tea leaves provided.
• Bert (9/5): Romantic apartment with a fantastic view and wonderfully close to the city center, with car parking - This is a very cozy, warm and beautiful apartment with a stunning view on El Pilar and super close walking distance from the city center. An absolute charming place which we enjoyed a lot for our 1-night stay only due to travelling to Andorra for a ski holiday. The host is amazing, with clear and good communication so that the arrival process went super smoothly. We really liked that the apartment has 3 bedrooms so that our 2 children could sleep separately in a room each, the apartment also has a private parking spot inside for a car, which is a great asset in Zaragoza so close to the city center. The beds are ok, but mattresses could potentially be of better quality. We stayed in the apartment on Carnival evening, which also meant quite some noise outside on the street, which you can easily hear if you sleep with the window open. This is of course exceptional and not an overall issue of he apartment. The kitchen is very small but enough to prepare a simple dish.
