• Natasha (10/5): Excellent condo! - Location, amazing view, local amenities and nice neighbourhood. Inside the property was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The pool and gym were great. Very happy we stayed here. Nothing apart from getting the key from the key safe. If you are not careful you get locked out of the apartment side of the apartment block in the car park and struggle to get back in without help!
• Pam (8/5): Scared senior..but thankful for concierge help - Perfect size for single traveller. Location very convenient great parking So hard to check in and find lock box. Signage or paint pathway line on the cement.. would have been so helpful Kudos to the young woman on the concierge desk July 21 9pm. She walked me to the lock box area. Without her help. I never would have found it. I am an older traveler.. not so quick with all the tech. It was scary..until I finally had a key to the suite.

• Jenny (1/5): NOT WORTH THE MONEY! - The place was in a great location. There was dust everywhere and under the beds was a little messy with some left over garbage. The beds are horrible! The pillows are paper thin. They do not supply bed sheets for the pullout. They expect it to be spotless at the end of the stay, but do not supply a broom to sweep up. I was charged extra for cleaning, when it was relatively clean expect the floors- no broom, and the bathrooms. We used the sink, toilets, and bathtub shower. We are being charged for that. I believe basic clean are floors, bathroom kitchen and linen. You will be charged this at the end of your stay. I would HIGHLY SUGGEST not staying here. It’s a great location, but the beds are really bad, the pillows are horrible. Not WORTH THE MONEY!
• Griselda (8/5): Except for the access and checking out fiascos, totally excellent. If sorted, definitely return. - Location excellent, everything as described. Apartment spotlessly clean and I would have given very good for everything EXCEPT a horrible experience trying to find the box for the keys 'hidden' in a part of the underground car park under the next door building. Then no access back into the building's elevators. When I finally achieved finding and releasing the key to the apartment, there was no apartment of that number on the floor. I was by that time in the next door building, with layout and door furniture identical to 'my' building. The entire process of checking in (including telephone calls to Global Stay) took 45 minutes. Checking out was, if anything, worse. The keys did not fit into the tiny box. I removed them from the ring to make them lay flat, which was almost impossible as the box was secured at head height and metal so very slippery. The keys kept falling to the garage floor. I finally got them to lay still but still the box would not shut. More telephoning to Global Stay who said to take the keys up to the apartment, leave them there and leave the apartment unlocked. Phew! Such a shame, as the apartment was great and in exactly the right part of town. See above. What I liked was the location, the cleanliness, the light pouring in from the south, and the very fast response from Global Stay when I rang (several times!) in distress about the very poor access to the keys, and checking out impossibility of leaving the keys safely in the box as directed.
• Anastasia (4/5): Low budget stay - Close to the subway, reasonably easy check in procedure, well equipped kitchen. The place is not well maintained. It’s quite dirty (see windows), some amenities (like kettle, see pictures) urgently need to be replaced. Very little lighting in the apartment. Staff requests documents via WhatsApp, not a safe system. Support was unhelpful, responses were superficial without any real desire to solve the issues.

• Dishen (9/5): Excellent facilties and great location at Madison. Well worth the visit - Not applicable. There was no breakfast option. The process for collection of the key was slightly problematic. The instructions I received said the key would be in a box marked G9 which had a pin to open. When I arrived at the place... the code I was given did not work. I spent some time trying out a few other boxes and the code didn't work. I was not able to contact Globalstay at thus stage because I was not connected to WiFi in the parking lot. About 20 mins later while still in the parking lot a lady come by to place other keys in the box, I explained to her that I was trying to access the keys to my Air BNB unit and it turned out she was from Globalstay and she then realised that the key for Box 9 was actually placed in Box 8 and that's why the code didn't work. This key collection experience was unpleasant for me because my partner had been waiting in the reception area for 20 mins and wasn't sure what had happened. Due to the door to the security door in the parking lot was not able to go back up to tell her because I did not yet have the tag. I had to wait down there and luckily ran into the lady from Globalstay otherwise I would have trapped in the garage level P2. The rest of my experience with this unit and Globalstay was excellent. My only suggestion would be to improve the key collection process. Perhaps have the key placed in a different location, because there are already about 50 other key boxes in that place and it can cause confusion when the actual marking differs from the picture shown on the instructions.

• Jeanine (7/5): Nice apartment. Getting and returning key fob was very frustrating. - Nice apartment with kitchen. Enjoyed using the provided streaming service on a rainy day. No hot tub. Didn’t find the pool or exercise space. GlobalStay demanded a photo and personal identification using my personal email before giving check in information. Never send personal identification documents by email! They agreed to let me use What’s App instead (it’s more secure). There is no way to provide this documentation without sharing your personal email address or phone number. They do not provide use of the secure booking.com email relay. Very difficult to get and return the key. Key code did not work at entrance but fortunately security guard let me in to access the elevator to the parking garage where the key was supposed to be. Lock box was in the adjacent garage. Door was blocked by multiple rows of shopping carts. No cell phone reception. It took more than 30 minutes but I eventually retrieved it successfully. After our stay I returned the key to the lock box but the door through which I accessed the lock box spot shut and could not be opened. And I no longer had a key fob to access the entrance to the elevator. Fortunately at the other end of the adjacent garage there was an exit to the retail floor. Then I had to walk outside around the block to meet my husband at the front door of the building. Note to future renters: prop open the fire door so you don’t get shut in!

• Alan (8/5): Very good - Great location, clean and well-maintained apartment, terrific view from balcony, washer and drier. Lockbox location is situated under the East Tower on Level P2, whereas the apartment is in the West Tower, which isn't accessible from Level P2.

• Zehra (1/5): It was the worst experience that I have - It was a really bad experience. I arrive there and try to get key of apartment. It is necessary to go parking lot etc. I could not open the door. I communicate vıa phone wıth the person who was respohnsible for the phone call. I wait a lot and send him videos that show I could not open the door. They gave me another room. I went to get the new key. It was not easy. I stayed one night. I left the apartmen properly. They did not send me the deposit back. I write them 3 time and ask. They just said let us to chek but no response. They answer my last mail and claim that I stay in both apartments and there wasnt any issue the door. They sent me the photos of another apartment that I cannot open the door. Somebody accomodated in that room. And they charged me for another room. It ıs completlly wrong. What I think they booked same apartment for two people. So I could not open the door because it was locked inside. I want to get my money back and appology. It is related to your poor management.

Modern clean and quiet - Loved how modern the property and in a really good location close to many stores within walking distance I wish the living space was a bit more modern. The couch and rug didn’t seem to match the aesthetic of the house. Very minor, it was still enjoyable
