• Elena (9/5): We had a good stay and recommend the apartment. - It was very specious, modern and clean. With lot of facilities. The terrace was perfect. The shower cabin is transparent, not convenient for friends 🙂 The bed in our Apartment nimber 5 was not so comfortable for us. The sink was clogged and was filling with water.

• Maitane (5/5): No compensa - La ubicación no está mal. Rápida respuesta del personal. La cerradura de unos de los apartamentos no ha funcionado bien en ningún momento (si bien es cierto que dijeron que mandaban a alguien pero nos apañamos con la llave) Relación calidad precio no compensa en absoluto. Las fotos de una terraza con jardín artificial ….inexistente. Uno de los apartamentos no tenía ni placa para cocinar. Otro solo 3 vasos …y hoy para colmo al ir a cerrar el sofá cama una cucaracha ha decidido salir y atravesar el salón. Desde luego para no volver.

• Kotryna (6/5): It’s spacious, bed comfy, huge kitchen, amenities in the bathroom and good location if you’re traveling by train from - We picked this for the location as we were traveling by trains. Location for this purpose is great. Flat is spacious, even a big kitchen which was comfy. Staff was excellent as they let us leave our baggage in their office while we wait until our evening train. I wanted to let you know that the shower seems to have a sewage/drain smell. Another inconvenience was that the confirmation email listed the office address instead of the flat, which led us to the wrong location at night. It was of course our own mistake, but clearer address and arrival instructions would help future guests.

• Andreea (7/5): Good value for money - It was clean and the check-in procedure was easy enough. I'd say for the price we paid it is good value for money. I'd say it's a bit far from the center. We had a 20min trip with public transport every day to and from our points of interest. Also, there was a really bad smell in the bathroom during our whole stay (mostly when the fan was working). It was really annoying and we had to make sure to close the bathroom door before going to sleep. Besides that, it was freezing inside when we checked in. We actually solved that by using the AC on heat mode, but still. As a note, some slippers would be good as the floor is freezing cold and since the place is huge.

• Margarita (9/5): - La limpieza, comodidad y la honestidad del personal, nos dejamos una cartera con documentación y dinero y nos la devolvieron con todo sin problema. Lo recomiendo 100%. las camas super cómodas y muy tranquilo sin ruidos, totalmente equipado de cafetera, vitro, lavavajillas, plancha. Por poner una pega, eché de menos algún espejo más, solo tiene los del cuarto de Baño. Todo lo demás todo perfecto.

• marcel (1/5): una merda - Un vero incubo . un posto allucinante , appena entrato nella stanza una puazza di sigaro fortissima persino le lenzuola puzzavano. La finestra della mia stanza , la 6, dava sulla rampa di una via urbana ad alta percorrenza. la camera senza totale insonorizzazione , le persona che parlavano fuori sembravano di fianco al letto. il traffico mi ha martellato le orecchie tutta la notte, non ho dormito. non ostante avessi pagato per 3 giorni dopo la prima notte me ne sono andato alle 6 del mattino. la comunicazione con la gestione di pessima qualità , non rispondono . il pegior posto della mia vita

The guide currently suggests using bus line L170 for downtown access; however, it’s important to know that while this bus picks up passengers downtown, it does not allow you to disembark there. ​It would be very helpful if the hotel updated these materials to prevent guests from getting stuck. Additionally, when I asked at the front desk, the staff member wasn't aware of this restriction. It would be a great improvement if the team was briefed on these local transport details so they can better assist guests with navigating the area. Aside from this communication gap, I hope to see these updates made for future stays
• Maria (7/5): Allotjament recomanable a la ciutat per tot tipus de viatgers. - Les instal·lacions són d'alta qualitat i contrasta amb l'estat exterior de l'edifici. L'habitació és molt molt espaiosa i permet l'entrada de llum. Molt ben equipada! L'accès digital de la porta de l'habitació. Tant per entrar com per sortir el mecanisme solia fallar tot i seguir amb precisió les instruccions. A l'hora de sortir de l'habitació no es podia fer ús de la clau i en un pareil d'ocasions vam estar ben bé 4-5 minuts per poder obrir la porta.

Non c'è il piano cottura ma solo un fornelletto ad induzione, ma la cosa più disagevole è che si trova al piano terra con ampia vetrata (oscurata dall'esterno) che da su un marciapiede e su una strada a rapido scorrimento Il rumore delle macchine non era fastidioso ma il vociare delle persone che passavano ogni tanto sul marciapiede era molto fastidioso, devo dire che però i miei familiari non hanno provato lo stesso fastidio ed io dal secondo giorno mi sono abituato
• Padoan (8/5): La consiglio - La casa è davvero molto bella, non trovi nessuno ad accoglierti ma telefonicamente sono molto disponibili e veloci. È attrezzata con 2 asciugamani per il corpo e 2 per le mani. Lenzuola incluse. La posizione è abbastanza centrale, la zona però non è delle più belle.

• Cases castells (10/5): Muy bonita valencia - La ducha, la terraza Que no había pilas en el mando del aire acondicionado pero mi chico llevaba una linterna y le pusimos las pilas y asi tuvimos calefacción. Todo lo demás perfecto y falta también falta una escoba.
• Jordi (9/5): Ideal para pasar unos días en pareja visitando la ciudad - Todo genial, la habitación es una pasada. Por nombrar algunos puntos a mejorar: el aislamiento de la puerta, se escucha todo lo que pase en el pasillo. Escasez de toallas para pasar más de 2 días.
• Radostina (10/5): Супер - Удобно и комуникативно място, наблизо има магазини и заведения за закуска и кафе. Сградата е нова, наскоро ремонтирана има сигурно заключване и отключване на стаята. Апартаментът е на улицата, всички хора минават пред прозореца, но прозорците са пгледални и минувачите не виждат нищо вътре в стаята. Ако отида пак във Валенсия бих отседнала отново в този апартамент. На ми хареса това, че за 6 дни нямаше как да почистя поне малко стаята, една метла би била достатъчна ☺️

• Nicolò (1/5): NON PRENOTARE! - Solo la posizione Abbiamo prenotato la struttura per 6 adulti, trovandoci a dormire in un letto a castello PER BAMBINI, con tanto di pupazzi peluche e lavagna per disegnare. Impossibile dormire per un adulto di stazza normale e nessun supporto da parte della struttura o di Booking, che lascia prenotare letti per bambini a degli adulti. Divano letto sudicio e pieno di macchie, tra l altro ancora da preparare. Terrazza non come da foto; inestistente e completamente vuota. Nessun mobile!

Bardzo dużo sprzętu kuchennego w tym toster, czajnik do kawy, opiekacz, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, małe żelazko, deska do prasowania, naczynia, talerze, kieliszki. Wszystko w pełni wyposażone . Jak dla nas rewelacja.

• Chiara (9/5): soluzione ottima per una famiglia con i bambini che vuole visitare la città - la suite è ampia, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. i bambini hanno amato il letto a castello. l’areazione nel bagno è sicuramente da migliorare. la posizione è comoda se ci si muove con i mezzi (autobus/metro/taxi), mentre meno comoda se si vuole camminare a piedi perche adiacente ad una strada ad alto scorrimento

• Diana (10/5): Muy recomendable - Muy buena estancia, nos quedamos solamente una noche pero todo fenomenal, las instalaciones muy buenas y tiene todo lo necesario y más. Lo único que no pudimos poner el aire acondicionado para calentar la habitación y que no habían más mantas para poder dormir más arropados.

• Scarlett (7/5): Très bien dans l’ensemble et chaleureux ! - Très beau, on s’y sentait bien, la Clim réversible parfaite j’avais chaud comme il fallait, serviettes et gel douche et shampooing à disposition, spacieux, moderne … Adorable l’attention de l’eau dans le frigo ! Très mal isolé niveau bruit (j’entendais les voitures, les gens dans la rue parler, la porte ou bruit de couloir ça m’a parfois réveillé. J’aurais sûrement préféré être pas du côté rue mais il me semble pas que c’était précisé dans la description donc attention de le préciser je pense ca serait mieux. Et j’ai pas trouvé d’assiettes et de tasses, verres (hormis ceux à côté de l’évier côté WC).

• Nikolay Pakhomov (9/5): - Amazing support over WhatsApp, assisted with very late checkout, on how to open up metal blinds. Very spacious room, great AC, fridge, coffee machine. Very good room for the value. Quite noisy street (windows on the ground floor facing the highway), plus constantly have to think about whether metal blinds are open/closed, because "mirror" windows are tricky :)

• Aurélie (10/5): Logement bien situé - La proximité du Centre ville à pied. Le service de bagagerie, l'accès autonome, simple et sécurisé. Il y avait une photo avec terrasse, nous nous attendions donc à avoir un extérieur mais nous n'avions qu'une vue sur le trottoir et les voitures, c'est dommage! Une sensation étrange d'être en souplex. Les lits sont petits. Je préfère les logements 3,4 et 5 que nous avions déjà réservé.
